As soon as Kynan’s hands touched Cabal’s Ruin, a shiver ran through him.  Even he, untrained in the Arcane arts, could feel there was power in the garment.  It seemed to crackle with it.  Lines of electricity ran likes veins through the leathers, sparkling a beautiful glow against the dark material.  Kynan had the wild urge to put it on.  He could harness that power, he knew he could.

But that wasn’t the purpose.  That wasn’t his purpose.  He hadn’t just killed a woman to seize power for himself.

“Ripley,” he said, and held the cloak out to her.

Hey Critters!

I want to do a thing. I do not know how to start a hashtag, but I want to!

So my love for Kynan Leore is well-documented, but I'm always sad there isn't more art or fic of him. And seeing some fanart of Cenokir made me have a thought.

What if we took some time to create something dedicated to our favorite minor characters of Critical Role? Art, fanfic whatever!

I don't know what the tag would be, maybe #criticalnpcs or something? But I think it'd be fun
