I noticed there wasn't an export for Kugelmugel so I made one.

I mostly made him for personal projects. He wasn't too difficult to make. He's not entirely accurate but I did my best. I also had quite a bit of help from khalli-bugs exports for Hetalia eyes and hair shine.
