Sometimes when I can’t hit the gym, I pull out the yoga mat and get going. Crunches w/arm & leg extensions are a good go-to ab workout. To intensify this workout, hold a weight or medicine ball with both hands as you extend your arms...fitness is difficult to keep up with alone & we all know consistency is what achieves the best results. I learned this exercise in a group workout w/my aunt and cousin and now I am able to apply it at home. If you’re lacking motivation, grab a friend or join a group.
