Solar Opposites Monster AU Story Sneak Peek #2: Sherbet’s Monstrous Transformation

As Sherbet lies in a bed, moaning in pain, Sherbet started screaming out as she to feel her insides tighten. Then, a pair of wings pop out from her back and blue and pink candy cane swirls horns appear on her head.

Cherie: Sherbet? What’s wrong?!

Montez: notices Sherbet’s skin turning Cotton Candy Pink and cotton candy blue Stand back! The mad woman came, she must’ve infected her!

Sherbet: in pain S-S-Somone… help me… please..

Sherbet then started to grow bigger and muscular as her clothes tears apart by the growth, her glasses fell of her face as its glass shattered, her voice starts to deepen, her hair begins to become puffy and her hair color becomes the colors of cotton candy, her shoes rip apart by the growth her newfound DNA has, her muscles grow huge, her teeth grows sharper, her voice becomes deep and her eyes turn three flavors of cotton candy swirl pupils. As the transformation ends, Sherbet was now a sweets demon!

Candy Mutant Sherbet: ROAR!

Nova: Sherbet! No, fight! Fight it Sherbet, you must remember who you are before it’s too late!

Sherbet’s eyes turn normal for a second but then back to her monstrous pupils as she roars and wrecks havoc on the town as the people ran away screaming for their lives.

Pezlie: Wah! Wah!

Cherie: Hold on to mommy Pezlie!

Cherie grabs Pezlie as she, Montez and Nova ran off to get the Solar Opposites. But then, Sherbet growls and jumps in front of them.

Montez: Sherbet, please! Snap of this! You’re not a monster! You’re just a teenage girl!

Sherbet roars and shoots starburst ooze at the three formal Wallians and Wall baby as it traps them.

Cherie: Ugh! We’re trapped!

Nova: Someone do something!

Suddenly, Sherbet gets hit by a hockey stick and it turns out to be Korvo.

Cherie: Korvo!

Nova: What are you doing here?!

Korvo: Thank goodness I found you guys! We must leave! Quickly! Some of our friends are turning into monsters!

Montez: What?!

Nova: We’re so sorry!

Korvo: Don’t worry, we’ll find a way to cure them! But first, we must find our friends and get them to safety.

Sherbet then roars and escapes up on the rooftops as Korvo helps Cherie, Montez, Nova and Pezlie escape from the slime. Korvo then taste the slime and finds it delicious since it’s Starburst.

Korvo: takes a sample on his finger and eats it Mmm… strawberry flavor. Now come on, we must find the rest of the gang.

Shlorpians’ favorite Starbucks orders headcanon:

Korvo: Matcha frapuccino with whipped cream at the bottom. Iced matcha latte... he just loves anything green-flavored. Green is a flavor, shut up. If he needs to drink coffee to wake himself up, he’s adding a shitton of cream and sugar to it.

Terry: Pink drink! In general he loves fruity flavors. Cotton candy frapuccino is also a close second. He never needs coffee. He’s the one that remembers and orders everyone’s drinks.

Korvo and Terry are unashamed of getting “girly” drinks. They’re aliens. They don’t need to conform to Earth gender roles. Plus, they always have cravings for sweets.

Jesse: Vanilla frapuccino and chocolate cookie. She also loves cake pops!

Yumyulack: Tries to be “cool” and claims to hate Starbucks. He only drinks “real” coffee. Or crack. Crack is good, too. But if he really had to choose, he would ask for a ginger ale at Starbucks.

(Oh, you thought Starbucks didn’t have soda? I did too, but one time in middle school my friend bought a drink for her younger brother at Starbucks and he asked for a trenta ginger ale and apparently they did have ginger ale. I was so confused.)

Pupa: Do not give it ANY caffeine or sugar! Still manages to polish off the family’s unfinished drinks when they’re not looking.

The Solar Opposites Gang’ Monster Forms (for @avaveevo)

Now that you’ve already met the Solars’ monster forms, meet their friends, frenemies and honorary family members’ monster forms:

Miss Frankie (She-Wolverine Mutant)

The skin is seafoam green and her form has a bikini on it to cover privates. She also freaks out whenever her Wolverine claws attack someone.

Principal Cooke (Werehog)

His fur is different shades of tan and he is very protective his girlfriend Miss Frankie in that form.

Cherie (Goliath She-Hulk)

Unlike most She-Hulks, this is one most dangerous! Her boobs are covered, her skin is cherry pink and her spikes are cherry red. Montez is even smitten by his girlfriend’s Goliath hulk form.

Montez (Werebat Mutant)

His mouth is like a bat’s snout, his fangs are very sharp, his fur is different shades of gray, his hair is the upper part of his head, he has very powerful claws and talons. His wings are even human sized-too. The only thing that calms him down when in rage is his girlfriend Cherie, little Pezlie and his friends and family friends.

Nova (Were-Rabbit Mutant)

Nova’s fur is Cupid’s blush. Her eyes glow white. Korvo is very protective of Nova, because she like a big sister to him, due to the fact she inherited traits from Janiz. Korvo is lucky because he has two sisters. A birth biological one and surrogate one. Nova is protective of her adoptive daughter Sherbet in that form as well.

Ms. Perez (Were-wolf Mutant)

Her fur is chestnut. Her eyes glow neon orange. She is very protective of her girlfriend Mia in that form. She always stay calm in her monster form, but not when Mia, her friends and/or the kids are in danger. Jaime (Mutant Vampire)

His shaded parts on his vampire ears and fingers are bloody red. He only sucks cow’s blood and enemies’ blood, not innocent civilians. His wife Darcy is smitten and horny towards it, so is he.

Darcy (Hellhound Monster)

Her fur is black, her eyes glow summer sunglow, she is very protective of her husband Jaime in that for, and also horny it too. Jaime is also smitten.

Sherbet (Sweets Demon Mutant)

She has a few glittery skin parts that cotton Candy pink, her eyes glow cotton Candy pink, her mouth foams color is grape soda purple, she foams when enraged over someone she loves is hurt. She had a bikini on it. Her skin is cotton candy purple. Her horns’s color is also cotton candy purple. She breaths fire from her mouth that is all three color shades of cotton candy, which are pink, blue and purple. She is very protective of the Replicants and Sonya in that form, like a big sister. The only thing that calms her down are her friends and family, mostly her adoptive mother Nova. Nova even supports her daughter’s form, since she doesn’t have to worry about her getting hurt.

Kevin (were-fox form)

Fur is maroon. Eyes glow yellow. Very protective of kids and wife in this form.

Mia (Octopus Monster)

Her clothes fall apart into pieces in this form. Very protective of Ms. Perez in that form. Only thing that keeps her calm is her girlfriend.

Randall (Were-Dragon)

Shades parts on tail and arm and stomach are blue-green. Very protective of crush Janice in that form.

Janice (Were-Lizard Mutant)

Skin is different shades of yellow and orange. Eyes glow when enraged. Feels horny yet uncomfortable since she doesn’t want be a burden, y’know.

Sonya (Were-Kraken Form)

Unlike Ruby Gillman, Sonya’s were-kraken form is human-sized. Grows bigger and stronger the size of an adult, like Yumyulack and Jesse’s. Her headband rips apart. She at first was scared of her monster form after she revived it during her three-hour coma, but Korvo managed to help her accept it and she bows loves it.

Alice (Medusa Mutant)

She became friends with the Solars after she became amazed and grateful that Mundane Terry actually saved her during their fight at the pier on the beach. She only turns enemies into stone, not innocent people. She is now Nova’s maid and family friend to the Solar Opposites. Mrs. Brandine, who became good in “Super Gooblers”, decided to let her go after being touched by Nova’s kindness and the Solars saving her maid.
