it does not actually (I didn't want to leave this one artless, but I was busy with uni assigments bleh) I mentioned this before since she transforms sailor moon style, it is painless however the most annoying thing is the transformation from human to mermaid since it does take a while for the effect of the water on her skin to turn blue. Ps Whippa has vision issues and when they both go swimming, Koilee guides her through the water (Whippa wears scuba equipment).
