Fandom: JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

Character(s): Josuke, Okuyasu, Koichi, Rohan

Note(s): I shall do my best! I also don't know much about Russian culture, but hopefully Google doesn't steer me wrong

Josuke

History and Geography aren't really his strong suits in school (he's not awful, it's just boring). So he likes hearing you talk about your home if you want. Josuke likes to compare stories.

Since he's not on the best of terms with Rohan, he tries to slowly learn Russian to talk to you in it. And he's also happy to help you with any Japanese that you might be struggling with too.

Josuke does wonder how you're doing adjusting to Japan. Sure, he knows Russia isn't a winter wonderland like stereotypes say, but Japan can get humid as all hell in the summer and really hopes you aren't dying of the temperature. He'll do his best to come up with ways to keep you cool.

Koichi

This sweet boy is asking if you're alright, Japan is a long way from home. If you're homesick then perhaps he can find some restaurant that has food similar to what Russia has. Maybe Tonio could whip up something since he's a talented chef!

Koichi is also fascinated to hear about your home too. He knows of some historical things when it comes to Russia due to his history class. And he definitely tried to learn more when he started dating you.

Being "friends" with Rohan has it's perks as Koichi is going to try to learn Russian so he can talk to you in that language. He wouldn't mind if you'd prefer to help teach him, but he likes the idea of being able to communicate with you in your native language fluently.

Okuyasu

Firstly, he asks where Russia is. He's not exactly the smartest tool in the shed. Of course he knows what Russia is (albeit more of the stereotypes with it), but he has no idea where it'd be on a map besides being some frozen wasteland (again, stereotypes).

He likes hearing about your home though. Listening to you talk about it and the things you did growing up is very interesting. Comparing childhood songs or games is something that he does often (he likes reminiscing about happier times with his family).

If you tell Okuyasu about the employed cats that Russia has then he's amazed. He's heard mythologies surrounding cats and he does own Stray Cat now and wonders if he'd be able to employ her somehow…

Rohan

Well, first thing he's doing when he learns you're Russian is asking what you know about the Baba Yaga. It just seems like some folklore that would be fantastic to reference and put into some manga series.

Rohan is pretty well traveled so he's been to Russia a couple times. He enjoys talking to you about your homeland and how it differs from Japan.

He most likely does use the stories you have of Russia for help with his manga. He'd use his stand, but he actually likes you so he's fine with listening to you talk about your childhood and things that you grew up with in Russia while he takes notes.

You’d been hanging around the guys for a few days now… you didn’t have a stand but that wasn’t stopping you from trying to aid in the investigation of the serial killer loose in your new hometown. Since you’d only recently arrived to Morioh, you were grateful to this mixed bag of friends who let you tag along everywhere.

Jotaro and Rohan hadn’t been around you as much, but when they were around you together… let’s just say it’s a good thing you were oblivious to their little rivalry…

Jotaro has a hard time making eye contact with you. He’s a shy one deep down; he’ll stare at you when you’re not paying attention, thinking how cute and funny you are, but as soon as you look in his direction he immediately averts his gaze. He keeps his verbal interactions with you short, keeping his cap pulled down, but this awkwardness becomes more difficult to sustain once Rohan enters the picture…

Rohan, on the other hand, is as chatty as they come with you. Whether he’s complimenting you or being a prick, he uses Jotaro’s stoic nature to his advantage, consistently interacting with you more. He absolutely adores you; your face is etched in his mind and he sketches you every night.

Whenever around each other, the two men would shoot each other dirty looks, knowing they were both vying for your attention. Jotaro would call manga “stupid scribblings” while Rohan would spit back, “Fish lover.” But one day, they would hear some disheartening news…

“Gosh, youre a blushing mess!” Josuke teased you. You smiled. “Oooohhh, tell us who it is!” Okuyasu urged you.

In the corner, the biologist and the mangaka both froze, awaiting your response.

You giggled and stated, “He’s… a little older than me. He works at Kame Yu… he’s so handsome and sweet! Very charming… I think I’m in love!”

Jotaro grunted, pulling his cap down more and crinkling the paper he was holding in his fist. Rohan narrowed his brows and sighed. They gave each other a look of sadness and frustration, as if to say, “Well, we both lost.”

You met Kira Yoshikage at the mall, of course. You’d dropped your wallet and he returned it to you, his fingers lingering on your hands as he did. On the outside, he kept a cool demeanor, but on the inside, his pulse was racing and he could feel blood rush to his cock. My only regret is that I couldn’t spend the rest of my life being caressed by those perfect hands.” And with that, the dreaded serial killer of Morioh detonated his stand on himself, disappearing in an explosion and a cloud of dust.

Josuke quickly healed his injured friends and they rushed to your side upon seeing you were a crumpled, crying mess on the sidewalk.

“Hey, if he was a murderer he’s not worth crying over!” Okuyasu tried to console you. Everyone gave him a look, and he quickly shushed.

A week later, once all the commotion had settled and you’d had time to yourself, Rohan decided to go visit you in your time of need. He held back a groan upon seeing Jotaro arriving at your doorstep at the same time. “Well, I suppose we can set aside our differences to bring comfort to someone we both care about.”

Jotaro only huffed in response.

Rohan knocked on your door and you answered after a small wait. Both men felt heartbroken at the sight of your teary face. You just looked at them.

“May we come in?” Rohan asked. You nodded and let them both inside, simply going back to your sofa and sitting down. There was awkward silence for a few moments before Jotaro spoke, “He didn’t deserve you. If he hadn’t have killed himself I would’ve done it anyway… the thought of that fucked up bastard touching you makes me sick.”

You sniffled, “But… he said he… loved me.”

Rohan scoffed, “I’m sure he did, in a sick way. He loved your hands, he wanted to own you… but he couldn’t have truly loved you. Not like you need.”

You sobbed a bit more, and they both rushed to your side, Jotaro putting a reassuring hand on your shoulder and Rohan stroking your cheek. You suddenly stopped crying and stared up at them. Then you realized. They both wanted you. Both of these kind, handsome, brave men. But who would you choose?

Jotaro Ending

Your gaze turned to Jotaro, his aquamarine eyes looking right into yours for the first time. Your body subconsciously moved away from Rohan’s touch and towards Jotaro. Keeping one hand on your shoulder, he boldly moved his other hand to the other side of your neck, grasping it gently. Your expression was gentle and wanting, and he felt compelled to pull you closer. You closed your eyes and leaned in, his lips finally touching yours. You moaned quietly into the kiss as he gently pushed you down onto the sofa, making out with you romantically- more romantically than he thought himself capable of.

Rohan, accepting his loss, turned to leave. He silently walked home, and once in his studio he slowly collected all his drawings of you, packing them into a portfolio and hiding them away. He didn’t want to look at them anymore, but he’d never throw them away.

Back at your place, you remained on the sofa, laying against the arm of it, all your misery forgotten as Jotaro - still wearing his hat - tried his best to thrust into you without being too rough. “Oh, Jojo.” you moaned, Jotaro keeping one hand against the sofa for leverage and the other underneath you squeezing your ass. “Good grief, woman,” he said with a hint of fake annoyance, “your pussy is so damn tight.”

Rohan Ending

You instinctively turned to Rohan, the way he touched your cheek was so loving. He gave you a smug smile, but it was laced with affection. Here are my basic thoughts :))) fair warning I have Much to say wrt Kakyoin lives au uhhh man I should just write a fic. Whatever throws this at u

kakyoin lives but his healing journey is long and arduous and uncertain. Every day is a coin toss. The physical and mental toll on the both of them is too high--theyre both 17 for fucks sake it'd be too high for anyone. How could they navigate a budding, relationship (probably each other's first?? And what with kakyoins lonely past??) when they've got more trauma combined than what most people go through in a lifetime? When jotaro thinks for even a minute too long about what kakyoin is going through (because of him, his brain supplies helpfully), Jotaro starts to unravel. So even though jotaro is sure he loves kakyoin, he does leave. he's scared of the way he feels. he does choose to live a life away from Kakyoin who, for the better part of his twenties, remains recovering with and working for the Speedwagon Foundation. Kakyoin was never really mad at Jotaro tho. Sure, he was probably bitter and stubbornly pushed away how he felt to mask his disappointment. But it was a lot, they were young, and jotaro is famously bad at sitting with his discomfort. And kakyoin was so focused on like, basically relearning how to be a human all over again, he's not sure he would've been any better himself.

When they meet again, Jotaro has already been through a failed marriage and is a few years into fatherhood. And god, kakyoin is a hearth fire. Just as bright and sharp and full of life as he'd been before, but somehow even more honed, more graceful. Jotaro is well and truly fucked. He'd never moved on, not really. And kakyoin forgives him. He sees right through Jotaro, he knows what jotaro means when he stumbles. It takes Jotaro a while to lean into it, to let himself Receive, to forgive himself. But Kakyoin is patient. And when it happens, that's it. End of story. Ruined for anyone else tbh

They do laundry and taxes together, man!! They know how the other takes their coffee, how to perfectly steep each other's tea, they borrow each other's socks, they're so in sync it disturbs everyone around them. They're an old married couple. Their flirting is devastating. People think they're fighting. They use their stands inappropriately. Kakyoin is able to take Jotaro apart with a single word, a gesture, a look. They bicker. They're like two stones smoothed over to perfectly fit into the curves of the other. They critique movies together and take nature walks and go bird watching. They both smoke the same brand of cigarettes (they get help quitting from Koichi). They have a fucking porch swing. And kakyoin is a good dad. He's so god damn proud.

Kakyoin works for the swf and uses that brain for good, but he's still an artist. Jotaro is always encouraging him to try for galleries, and goes to his shows when he does make it in. Kakyoin loves that jotaro is passionate about his degree. They have a lot of respect for each other and support each other's work. Truly equals in every sense of the word.

They talk over the phone a lot while JoJo's in Morioh. They like playing chess together. They have a favorite late night coffee shop. Theyre diligent about returning their library books. Jotaro makes a really good pineapple upside down cake. you agree

When I sent Koichi to investigate him, he told me that he wasn't dangerous and that he was a good person.

I trust Koichi's judgment, but I'm not sure how I feel about him being a mafia boss.

I'm heading to Italy now, I just hope Koichi made the right call.

Hello to my favorite bitches, long time no see! Ready for a classic mejigay gossip sesh?

If you were anything like me, you started a Tumblr blog about visual kei very young (I've posted about vk on this blog since I was 16) and now you're an adult. MEJIBRAY broke up around 6 years ago now I think right? I am now 24, have a masters degree and planning on moving to Japan in spring. Crazy how time flies right.

Let's refresh our minds a little bit okay? Now I'm assuming you remember everything from those 6-ish years ago. The MEJIBRAY label/contract issue with Tsuzuku and Koichi, Tsuzuku's borderline disorder, the refusal to do encores during the last tour, the charcoal face paint and the result of it all which was 8p-sb. If you want a recap on that specific semi-disbandment drama there's plenty of posts that I made about it while it was happening so feel free to check it out! (keep in mind I was like 18 and very dramatic writing those posts lol) There's also this great summary from a redditor in the comment section here

The same redditor even filled me in on stuff I felt out of the loop about in their reply to the OP. I know 8p-sb is gone and Koichi does Trembling Bambi solo stuff while Genki (Tsuzuku) is a vocal coach, is in the band 30 seconds certain victory, and revives VanessA occasionally. But this has also happened:

Yeah what the fuck Koichi? Now, I do remember starting that yakuza theory here on Tumblr back in the MEJIBRAY semi-disbanding days. I read it on tanuki and told y'all about it and got soooo much shit for it at the time lol. Looks like Koichi kind of confirmed the theory! (take that rude anons in my asks back then lmao). However, Koichi staying in the same industry he claims is rotten and run by the yakuza is definitely weird. Why talk all high and mighty while benefitting from it one may ask. Either way, for those wondering what Koichi is up to, there's your answer and an explanation to why he got backlash. About the VanessA stuff, one can conclude that our favorite duo, Genki and Koichi, doesn't seem to be that involved with each other anymore.

I would also like to take time to talk about Genki's well being, as some of you might know he has a youtube channel in Japanese. From my so-so Japanese skills I can still keep up with a lot of what he's saying. Good news, he's doing better now than the MEJIBRAY days from the looks of it. In this video he talked about how the photo from the MEJIBRAY days was him being unwell and the picture to the right is him feeling much better!

(TW for this paragraph: self harm) In another video he talked about various topics/gave advice such as about self harm/cutting and how it annoys him when people say he shouldn't hurt the body his parents gave to him. He thinks that's an incorrect way to tell someone to stop cutting and seems in general to be very open to talk about this topic while smiling and not getting angered. So he seemed very stable, mature and content to me.

What about Meto/Yutaro? Well, he seems to be a happy chef! As for MiA... I've seen him hang out with hosts like Roland and in general seems to live that bougie life. Roland is a top host who aims for the prince vibe just like MiA, and is open about his plastic surgeries just like MiA. Now let's get into a really recent topic about Mia!

Just like me, you might still follow our MEJIBRAY boys on various social medias. And just like me, you might have seen MiA's picture where he chews a bone. "Huh, weird" you might have thought as you scrolled past it. Well here I am, resurrecting this blog once again, just to tell you that the bone is MiA's fucking ribcage bone. I ain't posting that picture, find it yourself cause it's gross.

As MiA poses in the same costumes from his MEJIBRAY days and posts them on Instagram, you'd think his life and social media posts were a bit mundane. Then, a fucking picture of him chewing a thick ass bone pops up. The bone in question was taken out during a ribcage surgery, that MiA claims was done in order for him to create a custom guitar with his BONE INFUSED into it. Yeah I know. What???

In general you could either see it as him being a massive attention hungry person, or as unhinged and putting his life in danger. Bone surgeries are very harmful and anyone with two working eyes can see his shaved jawline bone already. So adding a removed ribcage bone to that... It's dangerous.

That's it for the gossip sesh! I'm thinking of making this "Keeping up with MEJIBRAY: The series" a thing whenever I think there needs to be a big gossip update like this.
