Any new Kohaku headcanons?

hi im sorry im replying to this so late, my jobs been hell and the kids have all been getting me sick so ive been dying for like a week. But i will happily give you some Kohaku headcanons

so we all know she had to cut her hair shirt in the extra chapters revolving around the medusa and time travel right? well even though she found it easier to handle, she didnt feel comfortabl with it since she was so used to her long hair.

her and Senku have this agreement where if anyone tries to date him, she will tell them the worst most horrifying thing ever about him to get them to stop liking him.

she is the aunt that spoils her nieces and nephews when Chrome and Ruri start having kids.

she probably wont admit it, but she considers Tsukasa and Hyoga two of her closest friends.

circling back to Chrome and Ruris kids, she is the one who has all the toys, blankets, stuffed animals, and anything else made for them

she is also the person who teaches them how to fight and use weapons such as spears and swords

she will use the medal she got from going to the moon for target practice

once her and Ruri learned what Maid of Honor was, she took on the role for Ruris wedding

this is all my sick brain could think of so i hope you like it, i dont think its my best work, but im sure once im no longer sick ill come up with better headcanons.

Time for a rant post. Because it’s actually kinda annoying me now.

Dr. Stone Guys (mostly) have eyes JUST AS far apart as the girls.

Examples:

Ukyo is my best example…

Ukyo has eyes that are wide and far apart, like the girls do. And it’s obvious. Looking at him is kinda why I realized this was true.

Next up, example: Chrome

Still a bit obvious here because he’s got wide, small (length wise) eyes.

Another example, Gen:

His eyes are longer, I think, especially for his face shape. So I think this both hides it sometimes and makes it obvious in some frames.

Example: Stanley Snyder and Dr. Xeno

There are Exceptions, I Believe.

Examples:

Only sometimes do Tsukasa or Hyoga have eyes that are drawn far apart. Usually, they look the standard distance apart. Even here, they don’t look very far apart. And these like my best examples, I think.

Senku is another example, but I’m running out of space for pictures and I have a point to make here lol.

So what’s the difference?

The nose. The boys have defined noses. The girls don’t. The girls noses are usually a dot or a small line

Examples:

small other thing: I think Senku looks very different in the manga than in the anime. I think it’s his eyes and the nose.

And when Hyoga is drawn without his mask, his face changes a bit, I think?

I was so confused on the coloring in Dr. Stone until I saw a post that it wasn’t mean to be accurate.

The variation solely in Senku’s hair is INSANE it goes from light green to dark green, white to light green, white to dark green, in some it’s almost all white, in others the white is nonexistent

In some, the tips look fucking blue?? In some, the entirety of his hair looks blueish?? Sometimes the tips are so dark it’s almost black?? Sometimes the roots are so yellow it hurts

Kohaku’s eyes range from dark blue to emerald green

Xeno’s hair color goes from pure white to purple-ish white to BLOND

Senku’s eyes too - reddish brown to pure brown and a few pure red

The coloring on the Ishigami Villagers outfits goes from blue to brown to red and all over again (and I’m not just talking about the seasonal changes)

Gen’s hair goes from white and black to blonde and brown and Tsukasa’s goes from Blue-Black to full on brown

Stanley’s eyes go from purple to yellow?? His hair also goes from white to blonde?

Even just parts of clothing, like the inside of Senku’s shirt being blue??

Don’t even get me started on adult Kohaku being in two different places on the front and back cover of volume 19 istg (also, Senku’s outfit fades to red in this one where it never did before??)

Senku’s also on every spine except two (Volumes 3 and 6, which have Kohaku and Byakuya respectively)

Some of the outfit ones I could leave up to multiple pairs of clothes, and for a few you can even make hair color excuses as it grows out and changes, but what the fuck is up with the eyes

I have never seen a manga so inconsistent and I love it

while writing my "times senku talked about you," i became a senhaku shipper

they eye fucked, kohaku runs to senku, he turned his body towards her to receive the hug. he didn't RECIPROCATE, but RECEIVED it.

he's like the biggest unaffectionate character in dr stone and yet is okay with receiving a hug from someone he knew for less than a year or so? he literally pushed taiju, his CHILDHOOD best friend, away whenever taiju wants to hug him.

HELLO???

was it casual when that happened????? 🤨🤨🤨

it also never occurred to me how they fit each other nicely. they're both goal driven and also know that a relationship is not a priority, but rather something that they'll get into once their goals are done. it also works because it's the nerd + athletic pairing, but it's also their own kind of pairing, you know?

they're each other's types.

senku said that his type is someone who'd bring him things (and pump oxygen into a furnace) who's a better representative for that than kohaku?? she is literally gave him everything in the kingdom of science. chrome, the village, the knowledge of what happened to his father, manpower—literally everything. she was the reason for it all.

kohaku told moz that her type is someone who continues on with their goal no matter what hardships they've faced which is literally senku??? time and time again, senku has faced hardships and multiple battles throughout his journey of facing the petrification of the world and the world of science yet still manages to pull through those hardships.

senku is the first person she had met outside their village, and someone that impressed her while kohaku was the first person senku had met after getting separated from taiju and yuzuriha, and someone that impressed him.

they impressed each other with their own strengths.

i feel that because of that, they've got a special bond with each other. the hug they shared in season 3 shows that.

(i don't remember the manga after s4; currently re-reading it though)
