god lord x and his guardians is so underrated. yokubo is a nonbinary icon and probably struggles with whether they should present masc or femme today but slays either way. ken'o was cursed to be irritated or disgusted 24/7 due to not doing his job properly and instead of just being highly judgemental and protective he's unable to tell his loved ones that he cares about them and would do anything for him, the most he can say is that he tolerates them. kyofu is such a mean prankster, that probably uses your worst fears against you and goes way too far with the jokes every time. kofuku is a sweet guy who just wants people to be happy and runs his little carnival in lord x's realm, dreading the moment he's told to kill one of his guests (i also hc that he attacks via traditional carnival game items, such as darts). gekido was cursed with anger issues but is self-aware and always pulls himself away whenever he feels them coming on because the last thing he wants to do is hurt his friends. it's very freeing to him to be able to take it out on someone though, so he's more than eager to kill if lord x requests it of him. zetsubo feeds on despair and is a great listener if their friends have issues. they get a little pushy for people to spill if they're hungry, though.
