Found in a thriftstore: My first digital camera!

This is a Kodak DC215 Zoom from 1999, which uses a CF card for storage, has a good flash, has a 2x optical zoom, and the photos are 1.0mpx -- so your flip-phone’s camera was better. Mine came as a bonus when my aunt bought a computer, and she sold the camera to me for $75 in 2005.

The thrift had the camera, software, strap, and manual -- it did not have the 4mb CF card [which held 12 photos], the USB cable to take photos off the camera without removing the CF card, or the box (I still have my box!).

not sure how I like the DC215 so far. I think I prefer the Powershot still, but this one is definitely unique!

#Kodak DC215 昨年 DC280J と同時に入手して全く使わなかったカメラ。1/3型CCD 1.03メガピクセル パンフォーカスという冗談レベルのスペック。センサーが小さすぎて、写る絵は単体では見るに耐えないのだが、換算2.9mmで撮る広角と鮮やかな発色は如何にもコダック。4枚以上をコラージュして縮小すると何とか見られる絵になる。
