nahhh. calibration, son. (yes i know u can do this with color mixer/grading but this is easier and more efficient for simple less specific edits)

I think the reason that s80 feels a lot different from the s400 is because it has an equivalent 28 mm focal length as opposed to an equivalent 35 mm focal length, which means the default focal length is always going to look more zoomed out compared to the s400. To get a an equivalent field of view, you're always going to have to manually zoom in a little bit, which is not the default and I guess changes how you view things, both subconsciously and also literally.

EDIT ITS BACK FOR NOW. Every time I don't use it for more than a week or two the sensor craps out for about an hour or so. It it starts working again once you take some pictures with it and leave it running for a little bit.
