Of course your arrival would not only interest the Pillars; now you also have the demons. Your missions have been encompassing the lower ranks, but as you eliminate them with simplicity and speed the word spreads, and with it comes the most anticipated interest.
Akaza is the first to bring the news to Muzan, the father of demons. It doesn't take long for Dōma to find out through gossip from Gyokko, alerting Hantengu in the process. You're a celebrity!
But fame is merely a temporary thing. Muzan finds your appearance curious, perhaps because you went unnoticed all this time until Ubuyashiki required your talent. What more could you bestow beyond a couple of acrobatics and the basic ability to wield a sword?
Yeah, sure.
He was wrong. And that's saying a lot—for Muzan, at least. But to have to see for himself who you were was to accept the first defeat: he had been wrong. You didn't just brandish a sword, leap and twirl in the air; nor did you seem to smell the scent of demons on the wind, much less contort your face into a grimace of horror. You had had one of the most powerful demons in front of you and the first thing that had seemed sensible to you was to ask the most ridiculous question of all:
'Who are you?'
Muzan
Tumblr media
Muzan thinks you're an idiot. It's the only justification he sees possible to explain why you don't know who he is. Even when he introduces himself to you, the most logical thing you have to respond with is that 'he has to prove it instead of just saying it'. Ridiculous. As if that wasn't enough, you don't carry the weight of his revelation on your shoulders, let alone the fear hanging in your eyes, and you don't even put your hand on the handle of your sword. What are you waiting for? Was this all a plan of Ubuyashiki's to distract him? Was this a trap?
Muzan genuinely believes that there must be something wrong with your head. Maybe some terminal illness; or maybe you really are afraid. Possibly you were a coward. But the more time passed between you, the more the demon realized that he was still wrong about that. You just didn't care. About him, his name; neither did you care about fighting or defending yourself. It wouldn't be surprising if neither did death, if you could stand and be silent—the boredom eating your face.
It took Muzan an —embarrassing— moment to realize that the reason for your disinterest was because there were no longer any humans in that village. Or perhaps you had evacuated them, or one of your companions. You yourself confirmed to him instantly that Ubuyashiki was suspicious of a supposed appearance of him in the area, and that's why you went ahead. Muzan had to admit that the move was clever; but your way of making him feel humiliated, even more so. If that's what you wanted to achieve, at least: make him angry at your audacity.
Tumblr media
"You should wield your sword."
"You could kill me now," you replied simply. "No one will stop you."
"Aren't you afraid?"
"Of what?"
"Death, of course."
"I find no point in being afraid of such a good friend."
Tumblr media
Muzan finds your ability to remain calm throughout the encounter fascinating. He could feel the rhythm of your breathing alter as his blows increased; not exactly the strongest, but useful enough to bring out a hint of your nature. You knew full well that the demon in front of you was playing games. It would be ridiculous to think it would be that simple to dodge and hit back a couple of blows as if it were nothing—but you continued to give it your all.
The resolution of this encounter has two paths with the same ending. The first is that you decide to escape, taking with you the demon's deep gaze on your figure melting in the night, in the distance. The wind dragging the murmur of your breath among the leaves. The second is you deciding to strike full on; the edge of your sword reflecting off the ruby surface of Muzan's eyes, before being stopped by his hand in midair. The flow of your blood would pulsate beneath your skin—the life coursing through your veins in a confrontation with death.
Whatever you do, Muzan can think of only one thing as he recalls the way your smile was planted on your face, perhaps the product of a state of pure adrenaline: you could become a demon.
Tumblr media
Your laughter burst in your chest, vibrating along your throat, against his hand.
"Do you think my proposal is funny?"
"I think it's ridiculous."
"The idea of outwitting death all this time didn't seem entirely ridiculous to you."
"I plan to live as a human, and die as one. I don't understand the need for something as ridiculous as immortality is."
Your sword fell to the ground; your hands dangling in an instant from Muzan's arm.
"You do not fear the Gods," you muttered between your teeth, "but someday your judgment will be mortal—of that same mortality you once denied..."
"Mortality? Divine judgments?" he interrupted. A choked laugh escaped from between his lips; corners quivering in a crooked smile. "There are no such things. Have I ever been punished or even prevented from committing all the atrocities that haunt my name?"
His fingers caressed the skin of your neck, sliding the tips of his fingernails along your blood pulse.
"There is no such thing as Gods," he whispered. "Have I ever seen one, ever?"
A reflection of his smile appeared on your face, and Muzan had a bad feeling for the first time in a long time.
"You must look for them in the light," you whispered back. "Look at the light, Muzan. Look at the sun."
Tumblr media
Clever little shit.
Muzan is turned away from you in an instant, trying in turn to hide a genuine smile as he watches you speed away into the light. You were going with the Gods—those who are cruel, unjust. You were leaving with a smile plastered on your face; more like a tense gesture, not exactly serene. He took the road back, almost disappearing into nothingness itself before being devoured by the sun.
After this encounter you may consider yourself unfortunate. The eyes of the beast were set on you with wild interest; humiliating memories behind them, and intrigue growing as time goes by. Muzan considers you weak but interesting. He believes your potential could be of help, both to you and to them—if you are a demon, of course. At first it is a proposal that he intends to offer you again, and that if rejected then you would have to die... if that's possible with you.
The dynamic with Muzan is somewhat strange. What makes him start obsessing over you is your ability to avoid death; even if you have it next to you, you never feel affected by it. He begins to designate different demons to find a weak point, something with which he can seriously hurt you or keep you cornered; but he soon realizes that there is no way to keep you between a rock and a hard place unless he uses force majeure. The most obvious is to choose some upper moon—marking you like an animal going to slaughter, with one of his best executioners.
Muzan would be an obsessive and possessive yandere to extremes. He is a violent demon, who enjoys sadistic practices towards you; and who can only come to experience some kind of 'love' for you if you yourself seek to manipulate behind the scenes his weakest point: you.
Whether you're a demon or not, it's pretty clear he doesn't plan to kill you anytime soon. He would never admit it, but losing you would be far worse than having to chase you all his life.
Kokushibo
Tumblr media
Kokushibo regards your transformation with the same intensity as Muzan. He thinks it would be a waste of talent for death to come to you so soon; especially with how pleasant you appear to the eye, and how easy it is to exchange a couple of words without the need for a sword fluttering in the air or those uncomfortable, bitter vibes common to fear and anger. Nothing emanated from you—not even a hint of joy.
Kokushibo notes with deep curiosity how little you care about being in front of him. It is intriguing, but eventually annoying. He doesn't understand what is so wonderful about you that Muzan would extend his mercy to you. Of course, you are useful to some extent; but also extremely ridiculous and purposeless. If you had one it wouldn't matter either—even you didn't take your situation seriously enough.
It would take Kokushibo a long time to become obsessed with you, but once he does, he recognizes it; and with that, he becomes a real threat. At first he would be so because of his own demonic nature—his lack of principles and his lack of even psychological mortality, a product of years of living as a monster surrounded by other monsters. But being obsessed with you, Kokushibo becomes possessive and constant; never stopping in his tracks, whether he has to kill thousands or even exterminate villages to take over your humanity and condemn you to immortality.
Kokushibo is upset at the idea of sharing you, but he knows that if he were to refuse, everyone would fall victim to Muzan's wrath. Because of this, he only demands a certain amount of attention from you, within certain times and moments. It's very specific—but necessary to quiet his need for you. Kokushibo, being in a good mood, a product of your good attention and complete devotion, is a great training partner; as well as being an interesting individual to chat with thanks to his experience over the years. The anecdotes are plentiful, and will certainly keep you entertained.
Like Muzan, Kokushibo would be a possessive yandere in extremes. When angry he would be sadistic, but extremely passionate in intimacy. Both do not enjoy displaying in front of others acts of affection or appreciation, but would certainly do so in private; especially if you ask them to. It would cost much more with Muzan, being that he has a big barrier due to his own ego—but that is not the case with Kokushibo.
Should you earn their respect, you can rest assured that Kokushibo would be a pleasant companion, capable of providing you with something far better than those mundane pleasures you pursue as a human. Isn't that appealing? Immortality, power, and death in the palm of your hand; whenever you need it, wherever and however you like it best. Not that it matters, of course. By hook or by crook, sooner or later, you're going to fall—right in with them, where they await you with deep longing.
Dōma
Tumblr media
Dōma is a danger to humanity, but especially to you. He becomes obsessed with you from the first moment, with all of Muzan's words fluttering around him as he engages in a fight with you. He finds your frustration amusing, and your incredible ability to hide it alongside other pure emotions—a serene face is the only thing visible to one who doesn't know how reason and heart work. But Dōma knows; and of course after the encounter he is fascinated.
He understands Muzan's obsession, just as he understands why Kokushibo chooses to agree with him. You have potential. You're not exactly a person who fights, because it's clear that you prefer to avoid it, but you know how to move and how to use your words to reach people. Dōma finds it entertaining; plus he can find that aesthetic 'charm' that Kokushibo talked so much about, referring to how nice it is to have you in front of him. Your aura is amazing.
Although Muzan and Kokushibo are dangerous because of how sadistic and violent they become, this is mostly a response to anger or disappointment. It's something that with Dōma is quite different. This guy is fucked up, because he may seem happy and nice, but he still enjoys sadistic practices and even sexual punishments —if necessary— for no apparent reason. He just wants to get his hands on you.
Dōma is excited about transforming you into a demon, so that he can see you accomplish many other things better than just wielding a sword and dying of old age. The idea of having you by his side for eternity is exciting, and unlike other demons, sharing you is not a problem for him; he finds it fun to watch you bond with other upper moons.
Dōma wants to teach you that life is something to be cherished, and that's why you need to be a demon if you plan to persistently seek to play with death. Impossible for you to get hurt that way! Besides, isn't it amazing to be able to have a lot of power and have amazing individuals like them on your side? Dōma loves devotion, and especially if it's directed towards him; constant attention, companionship... Let him know that you're not listening to him or that you don't believe him, and rest assured that some punishment will be laid upon you.
Dōma is an annoying and dangerous yandere. If you're the type who enjoys peace and quiet, then rest assured that you'll find it impossible with him around. You're going to need to assert your own dominance if you don't want to end up being considered a pet in his eyes—but not too much, anyway. Don't let him feel it necessary to punish you to remind you of certain ideas.
Akaza
Tumblr media
Akaza does not cease to be a problem once he becomes obsessed with you, but he might be better than the others if we consider that he does not opt for physical punishment; just as he does not support sexual abuse. Akaza is an honest demon who shares the idea of transforming you so that you will endure over time. He believes you have a lot of potential for the future, were it not for your mortal limitations and your lack of interest in the benefits you could gain from embracing change.
At first your encounters with Akaza are about quarrels and pleasant chats. You find him an interesting demon because you can't quite understand his principles; and he, likewise, is interested in you because of who you are and how you do the things you do. The fact that you have so much potential but no one is interested in the company of slayers to develop it is frustrating to him. There comes a point where Akaza tries to force his blood into you, seeking to bend your spirit to transform you into a demon before Muzan and the others—but you escape at the last moment.
Needless to say, this event corrupts the image you had formed of Akaza, and drives you away from him with a growing hatred in the depths of your heart. He, for his part, regrets having made you react in that way, but only for having driven you away; not for having caused harm in your heart and conscience. What Akaza most fervently desires is to have you bound to the eternity they enjoy. Wouldn't you suffer more as a mortal?
Akaza would be a sweet yandere, but not considerate. He doesn't care about your reasons about humanity, justice or life. What matters is that you are safe from mediocrity and agony, and that you enjoy an eternity of endless power and pleasure. As I said before, Akaza is against the practices of Dōma and Kokushibo—especially with those of Dōma. He doesn't think it's a proper thing to abuse you and seek constant devotion; for what he adores most is your loyalty and your particular —but pleasant— way of being.
He does not enjoy sharing your time, especially if it is Muzan's time to have you by his side. Akaza is quite jealous and can't stand the idea of other demons laying a hand on you, or even addressing you in a disrespectful manner. Unlike him, who is patient and kind, fights with others —or sparring, as they liked to mockingly call it— are violent against you; always pushing your boundaries, forcing them. Akaza feels sorry, but on the other he can't help but feel satisfaction in having you—even if it means you suffer a little in the process.
Sooner or later you will have to go to him, either to learn to command respect and find your place, or to have some healthy companionship. As far as it goes, at least. Akaza is delusional about a lot of things, but have no doubt about how much you'll need him when you want a hug, and need the sweetness of a couple of words whispered in your ear to soothe the bitterness. He will always be there.
Hantengu
Tumblr media
Hantengu is too terrified to approach you and complete Muzan's mission regarding your transformation. It is Dōma who ends up forcing him to meet you at the beginning, and who recommends him to use all his 'cards' to make sure you don't escape. What's more: did you know that it's because of Hantengu that you could end up being caught by them?
He alone is pathetic, and it's hard for you to carry on a conversation without seeing his fat tears streaming down his face as he trembles like a miserable wretch. There comes a point where you question whether you could afford to abuse his misfortunes to feed your frustration with life. Whether you do or not is entirely up to you—and no one and nothing will stop you in the process, keep that in mind. Of course, your actions would have future consequences.
It doesn't take long for Hantengu to decide to get into the game in the best possible way: with his manifestations. Each and every one of them is much more active with you than he could ever be; and depending on whether or not you have abused Hantengu, they will react to you in a positive or negative way.
If you decide not to harass him:
Hantengu would be a sweet and shy yandere with you. He would not need his manifestations at all, and at a certain point he would find your company as a soother for his anxiety and misfortune.
Sekido would be the one who holds the reins in the 'relationship', always taking care of your punishments and your rewards depending on how you act with them. He is the most jealous, too. Sekido would be the most likely to abuse you; sometimes even lying about things you haven't done, just so he can lay a hand on you.
Karaku would be the most likely to sexually abuse you, always at Sekido's side, as he enjoys your fear and pain. Other than that there is not much more to tell; he is someone unpleasant and tiresome, but easy to ignore if you beg enough from Sekido or Urogi.
Aizetsu is the most delusional, but also the easiest to handle. Not having made Hantengu's life difficult makes him hold you in good esteem, and he decides to be the shoulder you can cry on while he feeds off your grief and your need for emotional support.
Urogi is hopeless but funny; at least if you start to lose your mind and need to pretend some other kind of normalcy. He's not delusional—he definitely knows what's going on and supports it wholeheartedly. He's quick to admit how much he likes you, but he doesn't lay a hand on you until he notices that you're minimally opening up to him. Urogi can save you from Karaku, but not from Sekido.
If you decide to harass him:
Sekido is much more violent with you. It is a constant. His punishments are brutal, and his abuses habitual. Begging him for help to get rid of Karaku is impossible; it is he himself who invokes the other manifestation to take advantage of you.
Karaku enjoys seeing you being abused by other demons, going to the extreme of making it public and even more humiliating if possible. It is such a punishment, that your body ends up wounded; and no matter how many regenerations you have, the psychological damage is permanent and incapable of being explained with words. Akaza is aware of the fact; Dōma and Kokushibo have sometimes participated in the sexual encounters, adding their own punishments.
Aizetsu believes that you lack something, and that you are afraid to open your heart to new opportunities. So much is your pain —in his mind— that you go to the extreme of harassing the weak and sensitive; taking advantage of them to satiate your bitterness. He does no physical harm—but without a doubt, Aizetsu is a master of psychological torture. The punishments of the other manifestations and his emotional harassment bring out the worst in you.
Urogi recognizes that you need to learn a lesson, and starts abusing you along with Karaku when Sekido needs help. He enjoys adding Aizetsu, because he thinks it's sexy how much your face contorts in shame when they tell you what an idiot and piece of shit you are. Nothing is hotter than raping you while you beg for mercy. He'd still love and appreciate you anyway—you're funny at the end of the day.
Gyokko
Tumblr media
Gyokko is the last one you meet, considering he spends his time working on his vases, or being busy devouring humans and collecting them for his artwork. As Dōma constantly describes him you'd rather not run into him; but eventually, at a meeting between the moons, he makes his introductory act, and for you it's impossible not to look away, disgusted.
This demon is particularly sadistic—worse than Dōma, depending on your perspective. Gyokko is narcissistic, so as soon as he recognizes that it is you whom Muzan praised and pursued so madly, his jealousy blossoms quickly. He hopes your fame doesn't go to your head, or he'll have to put you in your place. You have to be very careful with everything you do or say around him if you don't want to end up in pieces.
Gyokko begins to obsess over you as a result of his constant delusions about the two of you being 'rivals'. He is haunted by the idea that you are all the time making fun of him, considering yourself better and more skilled; but it takes some time for all his ideas to turn into an uncomfortable perspective for you. Gyokko believes that you are the one who is obsessed to a certain point.
He sees your attempts to listen to him as a way to get closer to him and his ideas—to mock, steal or destroy them. Gyokko recognizes that on your own you are already amazing and beautiful; but he also considers that you are unfit to be a demon, that you are a worthless piece of shit and deserve punishment to put you in your place. At this point Akaza's advice or help is useless.
With luck and wit you can win his favor, and get Gyokko to consider you more than just a useless piece of meat. You could be his muse! If it wasn't enough with him getting jealous of you, now you'll have to watch him get jealous of others; because Gyokko hates the idea of sharing you, but he knows better than to just break Muzan's golden rule. Because of this, he takes his anger out on you and blames you for others forcing him to have to share your body and charms.
Gyokko's favorite punishment is to force your body to fit inside his best pots, where he enjoys your panic at the cramped space and impending darkness. Sometimes he forces you to be surrounded by blood and gore; or suffocates you as Dōma abuses you. But be careful not to break the vessel! Each piece is a mouthful of pain through your esophagus.
Gyokko is one of the most problematic and tortuous yanderes. I feel sorry for you. Even his jokes aren't good—but if you pretend to be a mess, at least he won't get jealous while teaching you how to make pots.

Fun facts about...
MUZAN,
If you win his favor, he is willing to punish Gyokko; or also Hantengu and his manifestations.
He is ironically one of the most passionate and enjoyable lovers during sexual encounters.
If he's in a good mood, of course.
He gives the longest but most interesting conversations. (He's better than Kokushibo!)
KOKUSHIBO,
He appreciates the moments in silence, staring at you.
He loves the way you fight.
In private he likes to praise how very agile and strong you are; as well as elegant and captivating.
If it's not true, don't tell him; he doesn't like to be contradicted.
DŌMA,
He gets excited if you show you feel something other than hatred for him.
His wet dream is for you to accept a seat next to him in hell.
He likes to watch you sleep; sometimes he even covers your nose so you can't breath.
He likes to hug you.
AKAZA,
It makes him tender to see you wake up when you can't breathe because of Dōma.
He is somewhat embarrassed to have to access you sexually.
Twice he has been a spectator of your sexual punishments.
He is bitter to see you like this, so he decided never to do it again.
HANTENGU,
(If you don't harass him) He secretly admires you.
He thinks you're some kind of lucky charm.
He is a potential stalker.
He loves it when you caress his back.
GYOKKO,
If he is ashamed he becomes violent.
If he becomes violent, you pay.
If you do but he doesn't think it's enough, you'll suffer worse.
So don't say anything when you find out he's looking for the perfect flower to create a unique pot for you.

Blood Demon Arts: Mirrored Sunset(🔄)
This is basically just me spitballing my ideas for the Kizuki!Hashira, specifically their BDAs. Some are set in stone(*looks at Butterfly girls, whose powers have been set in stone since I made this fic*), some are subject to change(*looks at Mitsuri, who's already gotten hers changed twice, and is still subject to alterations because this woman is strangely hard to pick a demon power for*). It might change again when I create everyone's designs, but this is what I got for now!
Also, the ranks aren't in order of strength or anything, I just kinda picked. Some of these demons will be ascending as others die off. At least Kanao and Tengen will be getting promoted and powered up before they're decapitated, others are subject to this as well.
Lower 6, Zenitsu
Most of his power goes into speed, but his official BDA is a form of electrokinesis. He prefers to use it on himself for a quick escape, but will use it on humans if they get too close for comfort. And he can control the output, allowing him to either stun or kill.
Lower 5, Kanao
You all know this one. Mind control butterflies. It continues to terrify me, but that's what makes it fun!
Lower 4, Genya
He actually kept his demon eating ability after turning, so he gains nutrition from both humans and demons. But when he eats Demon Slayers and demons with Blood Demon Arts, he can get their powers or the element of their Breathing Style and turn their own attacks back on them. The only one he wouldn't get any power from is Sun Breathing. For obvious reasons.
And he still has his gun. Because it's Genya, and he deserves his shotgun!
Lower 3, Shinobu
Shinobu can administer poison via either her claws or her butterflies. It's potent, so one would die from even the tiniest dose, but it's also a long and painful death. This woman is a little sadist, don't get hit.
Lower 2, Tengen
Tengen's BDA revolves around sound. He can mimic sounds and voices, or produce lethal sounds that can make heads explode. For mimicking, he just needs to have heard the sound or voice once before, and he can create a perfect copy.
Lower 1, Mitsuri
Mitsuri's Blood Demon Art is similar to Kanao's, in that it dulls her victims' ability to think and fight back. However, Mitsuri keeps hers fully conscious. Her Blood Demon Art, a hypnotic aura emitted by either scent or eye contact, is surprisingly simple. Under the hypnosis, her victims fall so in love with her that they can't bring themselves to even raise their weapons to her. And sometimes she'll draw it out, toying with her food by keeping them alive and near her, treating them as an entertaining plaything until she gets bored or hungry.
It works better on some than others, and the specifics aren't determined. But know that this power makes many humans easy pickings for both her and her husband. Speaking of which!
Upper 6, Obanai
If Mitsuri doesn't kill her victims, Obanai certainly will. And he doesn't play with his food like his beloved wife does.
Obanai creates snakes from his flesh, all with a powerful venom that can completely incapacitate the average human in seconds, and kill them in minutes .
But that's not their only purpose. They also act as his eyes, especially to watch over Mitsuri so he can protect her. He won't let the Slayers kill her again. The only snake that isn't his flesh and blood is his faithful companion, Kaburamaru.
Lower 5, Muichirou
Don't let his short stature fool you. Muichirou is at his rank for a reason.
Muichirou can create mist by either turning himself into mist, or using his blood. And best not to inhale it, or it's not going to end well. This mist will do one of two things once it enters your system.
Either you will be forced to relive your worst memories, trapped in the endless cycle until you're put out of your misery, or you will forget. How much you forget is unknown. Just the last few minutes? Days? Months? Years? Your entire life? How to even breathe? You never know. Best to avoid the mist.
Upper 4, Kyojurou
As a former Demon Slayer and Breath User, Kyojurou's Blood Demon Art comes from his Flame Breathing. Much like Kaigaku in canon, as well as Michikatsu/Kokushibo both canonically and here. He technically has full pyrokinesis, but is most often seen using it to create a flaming sword to use with the Flame Breathing forms he had not forgotten in all his years as a demon. A deadly demon, indeed.
Upper 3, Giyuu
Giyuu's blood becomes water that he can manipulate. Be careful not to get any one you, or your own body's water may very well be turned against you.
Upper 2, Sanemi
Sanemi's power comes from his ruthlessness and bloodlust, but his power is just as vicious. With his blood and wounds, he can create wind currents under his total control. From a small breeze to knock you off your feet to a relentless cyclone to rip his victims to shreds, it's all up to him. And if his blood touches you, or he gets a decent scratch in? Well, many have learned the hard way that Breathing Techniques are named so because it's necessary that you breathe to use them, and that fighting is rather difficult without air.
Upper 1, Gyomei
When his blood spills on the Earth, Gyomei has complete control over it. From turning stone to sand, or moulding projectiles from the ground, even encasing his enemies in rock, this power is versatile and Gyomei has spent centuries perfecting it and his control.

This isn't a test, I just found out that the two Post Human BMTH albums have a lore and I'm diving into it...
I can't be planning to write a KNY Cyberpunk/Dystopian AU based on this right? I already have too many projects, I... can't add this too, right?

I did a proper drawing of Muzan. Also he's shirtless because his shirts are way too annoying and complicated to draw (yes that is the only reason, no other reason 😳) lol.
As usual he is up to no good 😂

Why does he have to dress like this?? Lmao 🤣

Doma and the real story behind the Eternal Paradise Cult
Tumblr media
(Yes, I choose this GIF because I have a broken sense of humour, I know exactly what I am doing)
I think that it's time to become the creepy friend who just randomly talks about how Doma's cult was actually a thing, let's go.
Before we begin, if you're sensitive don't read this and scroll, we'll talk about a mass suicide here so if you think this could disturb you just scroll, I completely understand.💛
Tumblr media
I don't think that we need anyone to tell that the Eternal Paradise Cult is a Christian cult basically. There's a venerated child seen as a Messiah, cannibalism has a ritual meaning (a strong reference to the last supper, John 6: 53-56) and basically their goal is to have Paradise on Earth. And the first thing I thought the first time I saw him was "Okay, this is Charles Manson, he's got is own ATWA-like cult", well yes and no, there's something closer.
We're talking about the Jamestown mass suicide, and the People's Temple cult.
There's a great song about this cult so I'll link it there.
What was the People's Temple cult? To make it quick it's a cult that combines communism and Christianity, and the survivors describe the cult as a "bucolic happy place" where everyone was included and tolerated. Seems fine? No, but mine was a rethoric question, let's say this will get worse in a second.
This cult was ALREADY at the centre of many controversies and some adepts' families said that they were kept in the cult against their will, this led to an investigation involving the U.S. Congress and on the 17th November 1978 a delegation led by the Congressman Leo Ryan arrived at the temple with family members of the adepts and journalists, but when they were about to leave the "security" of the cult (I don't know if I can call it that way) shot them, killing five people (including Leo Ryan).
The cult leader, Jim Jones, after learning about the shooting ordered a "mass suicide for socialism's glory" to all his cult.
The majority of the cult drank a mixture of Kool Aid and cyanide (and I'm sparing you the details, there were FUCKING NEWBORNS in this cult, that made me physically sick) while Jim Jones and his wife shot themselves, whoever didn't want to commit suicide was shot too. Death counter: 909.
Tumblr media
So... now that I traumatised you all I can go back to work on other stuff, I didn't know about this case, I didn't know what Kool Aid was because I am Italian and we don't have that here, well... we probably have it in American snacks shops but I buy cookies and caramel pop-corns when I go there... tell me if I should try Kool Aid, maybe without cyanide and see you next time!

TIP JAR
Tumblr media
Ubuyashiki could be a man capable of predicting the future, and thus save himself a great deal of trouble that would jeopardize the safety of his family or his company of Pillars. But all people have a breaking point—and you were, without a doubt, that point.
No one really knew when you became a Pilar. Not even Ubuyashiki himself was sure. This was because of your elusive and confusing nature; the way you seemed to totally detach yourself from everything and everyone, all the time. You were not a bad person at all. You were just... misunderstood, let's say.
You accomplished all your missions on time, and you were undoubtedly a defender of your people with all your heart and pride on the edge of your sword. You were also known as the 'Elusive Pillar', due to your obvious nature. If anything, the real reason you were still alive was because of your enormous ability to dodge and escape from dangerous situations instead of attacking.
If a demon recognized you, the others knew there was no way to beat you: you were going to make them desperate, and eventually their hunger would turn to frustration. People loved you unconditionally for that reason. It was even funny.
To Ubuyashiki and the other Pillars, the reason for your loyalty to the cause was unknown. Why on earth had you become part of the team? No, indeed, how did you even manage it?
You could go against the evil of the world, the injustices and the demons; but not for a murderous hatred, and much less for money, because clearly your salary was the lowest. Your interest was nil. During fights you preferred to work alone, because you enjoyed the chase and the weight of death on your heels.
And you always laughed. Always. God help us, because at this point you even looked like a crazy person.
Otherwise, you were almost never with Ubuyashiki and the Pillars. Who knows where you would be fulfilling missions; eating or sleeping at night. It was difficult to contact you because even your crow had had enough of you—a peck on your head and never came back. Trusting someone lonely and who seemed to play between life and death was too much even for the natural course of the universe, if even a crow didn't want you around.
But as much fun as the idea of continuing to play blindly with death was, duty eventually came to your door, materialized in the form of Ubuyashiki's crow. The animal announced the arrival of new subjects and a demon that promised scientific advances; and the truth is that it was impossible for you to contain your curiosity.
Your approach to the team not only led you to reconnect with the Pillars, and thus take back the place that belonged to you, but also to meet special demons that promised another kind of glimpse of what was your good friend. The most loyal, honest and eternal companion.
Death. Or maybe something more—something terrible.
Gyomei
Tumblr media
The Stone Pillar considers you a necessary member, but condemns your childish attitude. He does not believe that your uprooting will bring positive things, both for you and for them; and he fears, of course, for your safety when you fail to report your condition after many months away from home. Gyomei thinks you could do with some training to forge some character in you, and asks Ubuyashiki to allow him to be your teacher.
Needless to say, the decision doesn't seem like a good idea to you. For the first few days you disappear again; and if you return at all, it's to steal some food from the kitchens and to play with Nezuko, who turned out to be a pleasant companion with whom you can enjoy a moment's peace. Gyomei catches you in the act, but holds back and says nothing. He secretly begins to discover facets that he thought were alien to you—and he begins to like that. His perception of you eventually changes.
Gyomei would gradually become a silent stalker. That would lead him to take advantage of the information he gets from you in your vulnerable moments, in order to connect with you when he can catch you in the middle of your escapades. He uses his wits to avoid being discovered; and although guilt weighs on his conscience, a strange pleasure settles in his heart.
With the delicacy of a petal against the lips, Gyomei rests his against your ear on the coldest nights; sighing sensitive words of encouragement, finding morbid satisfaction in how you melt and surrender yourself before him. When you decide to give him a chance, finding in him a sensitive soul who understands you incredibly, you end up undressing your soul, and you share with him part of your past. Why you are like this.
The story of your family being slaughtered brings the Stone Pillar down completely. You tell him how a distant relative betrayed your parents, selling them with no shame. You survived by the grace of the Gods; while your siblings ended their own lives, terrified that the same demon might return for them. Over the years you found it impossible to end your life as they did. There was something inside you—a flame. It wasn't courage or honor; neither was it a thirst for revenge. You simply wanted to live.
Gyomei understands that you and he are somewhat alike, and if that alone doesn't fuel his craze for you, the fact that you are so fragile definitely does. Fragile for him, at least. A voracious hunger begins to take hold of his being; the need to contain and possess you, to never let you escape again. The idea that you still want to savor the brush of death and enjoy the chase burns within his heart. Gyomei can't believe you're going to go on living like it's nothing; even after that night he confided his past to you too.
Gyomei would be a soft yandere. He doesn't use brute force to keep you in line. He prefers to mold you emotionally and psychologically. He would know how to follow you silently; he would use all the information he gets from this to get you, to make you need him, and maybe make you more docile and to never escape from there. From him. He would use your past misfortunes to brainwash you, considering that he loves your dependence on him.
Gyomei doesn't mind if you remain a Pillar. Although if in the end you decide to give that up he wouldn't mind either…
Tengen
Tumblr media
Tengen considers you a curious specimen. He finds it fascinating to meet a person as agile as he is, who seems to understand the techniques of a speed fight. Imagine the surprise that engulfs him when, challenging you to a race, he finds that there is no way to track you by sound—you are quick and delicate as a leaf in the wind.
Nevertheless, the Sound Pillar feels conflicted with other facts. For example, that your loyalty to Ubuyashiki is merely a matter of convenience, since for you none of this is part of honor or revenge directly as they are; and eventually, Tengen feels both distrustful and fascinated at the same time.
How are you supposed to relate to him if the guy is giving mixed signals all the time? As the weeks go by you decide it's best to ignore him—and Tengen, of course, hates that. The frustration of not being able to be with you, since you run away all the time, leads him to put aside prejudice in order to enjoy training and racing with you. On one of those days he finds Gyomei spying on you, and the Sound Pillar can't hide a strange feeling in the pit of his stomach. It wasn't annoyance; the truth is that he was also intrigued to know what you were doing in your free time (which was technically almost all the time).
Tengen would be slow to realize that he is falling on his knees before you. He thinks it's because he has found a good partner, with whom he can enjoy many fun times. But the truth is that it's hard to control his feelings when he discovers that Gyomei has managed to have you in the palm of his hand; not only getting honest about who you are, but also monopolizing your time by becoming your teacher. An accumulation of jealousy leads him to eventually accept that he has begun to like you. You know—more than a friend.
I said it would take him a while to figure it out, didn't I? I hope you know how to prepare yourself very well for when Tengen accepts the inevitable. There's no turning back when he decides there's no reason to hide or repress his feelings for you. The Sound Pillar does everything to hinder your encounters with Gyomei; and even proposes to help you in your training when he notices how close you are to the Stone Pillar. Although it pains him to accept that you appreciate his partner, Tengen understands that he can't simply force you to stop talking to him.
The truth is that I don't think Tengen is a violent or extremely jealous yandere. Of course, as his obsession with having you to himself increases, so does his jealousy or harmful thoughts if he finds you too close to Gyomei, for example. But like the Stone Pillar, he is incapable of laying a hand on you… at least in violent terms—because sexually speaking, the Sound Pillar is increasingly thirsty. Unlike Gyomei, who finds pleasure in the emotional control he has over you, Tengen prefers to be physically dominant and have your attention and devotion on him at all times.
The day he discovers something from your past is the day you can consider yourself lost. Tengen will try everything in his power to familiarize you with his wives —always imagining that you could be among them, as a partner, good friend and lover—, and thus bind you emotionally; taking advantage of the fact that Gyomei opened a past wound. Tengen wants to show you that he can help you forget the pain with his great qualities. Sex, money, fun... Anything you want, he can give you. Do you want to cheat death? He will help you with that! Of course, then you have to be good, and return the favors... And who are you to refuse a good friend?
As long as your attention and adoration are on him, Tengen has no problem with you remaining a Pillar and talking to others. But at the end of the day he must always be your priority! Because, when you have to leave your post, you have to know how to satisfy him to fulfill your role by being at home with everyone else.
Yep, he's made up his mind. He has to be fast if he wants to get you. Even faster than you.
Kyōjurō
Tumblr media
Well, let's see. You didn't like this guy at first. What the hell with that smile? And that voice? God, if anything he can seem like someone so nice, but the first moment he meets you the only thing that comes out of his mouth is: 'I don't accept your ways! But I welcome you, Elusive Pillar!’ And that's not a bad thing—please don't be misunderstood. You didn't expect them to open their arms to you as soon as you arrived; you understood it was going to be difficult if they'd hardly ever seen you in their lives. But this guy was something else.
Although Kyōjurō is not entirely convinced of your participation in the cause, you two now have Tengen in common. He appreciates you both very much, and the Flame Pillar notices it; so he tries with minimal interest to relate to you in order to understand what it is that fascinates others so much. It doesn't take him long to become equally fascinated with your agility and wit. You're quite charming, too! Suddenly Kyōjurō's smile grows naturally—his heart vibrates with excitement as a new day begins with your face in front of his.
The Flame Pillar is a typical sunshine. You quickly grow fond of him, and deeply appreciate his company. At first it was hard to put up with his yelling, and let's not even get started on how hard it is to talk to him because of his poor hearing. But other than that, Kyōjurō is a real sweetheart of a person that you love spending time with; you play together, eat together, and he even supports you unconditionally in your training and everything you do... until these same goals begin to pull you away from him.
You can't wish for things so different from him! The Flame Pillar loves your way of dealing with society's problems —demons or crime in general—, but he knows that sooner or later your true goals are going to lead you to not concentrate all your energy on your training, and with that, to move away from him and the cause. Kyōjurō wants you to stay with them forever... Well, the truth is that he wants you to stay with him forever, rather.
The Flame Pillar knows how to use his charm on others to drag shame and guilt on you. How do you go against the ideas of someone as respected as him? Impossible! Imagine how hard it is to start missing training, meals or meetings when everyone is betting on your participation because of Kyōjurō; the way even Ubuyashiki eats the story that the Flame Pillar puts on the table for him. Gyomei himself proposed it, and Tengen fully supported it.
‘Master! This person is very valuable to us, but it is difficult for them to accept it… Their past haunts them—the pain of loss and distrust of themselves. They are afraid! Master, please propose Elusive Pillar's compulsory and absolute participation with us! We are their friends and we want them to take command of their territory and responsibilities as a Pillar.’
Kyōjurō is an extremely possessive yandere, but not jealous. He loves to imagine that it will be practically impossible for you to escape if everyone starts to get familiar with you. Maybe you'll find a better goal if you see that everyone loves you! Why wish for death, when there is a huge and powerful family that can bring you greater pleasure? Besides, it would be a shame to jeopardize your abilities for an unnecessary whim such as playing with fate; always between life and death, escaping from those who can appreciate and love you.
The Flame Pillar is a delusional man. It doesn't matter how much you show your discomfort; nor how much you fight or escape countless nights, when everyone is asleep. He really believes you do it because you're afraid of the truth: you need them, and especially him. You crave affection, protection and unconditional support. You long for someone like him—a person capable of providing for you in all the ways you lack in your own capacity. But don't be ashamed! Kyōjurō will do whatever it takes to make sure that your ideas —and your legs, which really would be a shame if something were to happen to them— don't get in the way of the dazzling future that awaits with your new family... and partners, too. The Flame Pillar has no intention of abandoning his own yearnings with you.
Giyū
Tumblr media
Giyū doesn't give a shit about you. The truth is, he doesn't agree with your actions, and disinterest is his first response to anything to do with you. So what if you're agile? So what if you're resourceful? What good is it if others fight to get Ubuyashiki's word to keep you locked up and forced to work on other terms? Giyū knows you're not going to take it seriously one way or the other. You're not even here for money, food or shelter—you're here for fun!
The Water Pillar finds it offensive that you show your face every morning in the main yards. Your hand on your sword and your back straight; eyes attentive to everyone and everything. He doesn't quite understand your dynamic either. Why are you so good at EVERYTHING you do when you fight? What is your purpose? Giyū feels that the world becomes three times more confusing when he must leave on a mission with you, and until you have the demon stressed you don't give even one cut with your sword. NOT EVEN ONE.
In spite of everything, he cannot deny that the Gods are on your side because of the way you dodge death with every step you take. Every leap is minutely calculated; every turn, every laugh, even. You dare not waste air—your breaths are precise and clean. Your technique is immaculate.
The Water Pillar swallows his prejudices when you end up saving his life. You decapitated the last demon with simplicity, smiling sweetly at him. Giyū didn't know the reason, or maybe he wanted to ignore it; but from that day on he had to give Kyōjurō the reason. To the things he and the others whispered about you on the sly. Because yes, just as you read it: Giyū might be as frustrated as he wanted to show, but he couldn't shake the charm of your smile and the impact of your presence around him.
Don't think this will make him want to spend time with you anyway. This guy is going to go on for a while ignoring you after he greets you in the morning. His eyes will roam over your figure, his hands will trace the fabric of your haori when you least expect it, and maybe he'll allow himself to take a walk to catch you sneaking around playing in the trees, wanting to hear your laughter... But nah, don't think it's because he's interested in you. Right?
Giyū is extremely weird. He doesn't understand that he likes you; and when Tengen makes a joke alluding to it, the Water Pillar can't help but feel deeply hurt that you don't even care about that. The feeling passes, but the disappointment there lingers. Giyū is embarrassed and confused. What is wrong with you? What is this unhealthy interest? The walks among the trees increase; and it's all about learning more about you and discovering what drives him so much to you. It's just that. It really is.
The thing with Giyū is this: the guy ends up coming to the conclusion that it's all due to pure and simple admiration for you. Nothing more. He talks it over with Kyōjurō —for he doesn't trust Tengen and his humor; neither does he trust Gyomei and his need to keep all information concerning you to himself—, and with a bit of manipulation here and there is where the real trouble begins. The Water Pillar is a new man.
Giyū would take a long time to demonstrate his yandere nature, but once he does, for you it's where hell on earth unleashes its first waves of heat. A warning. The Water Pillar is possessive and jealous, but he doesn't communicate it with words; he prefers to punish you physically with light activities, and humiliate you with a kind of ice law to make you feel lonely. Of course he'll join in with the others, and take advantage of this to gain your attention and affection, so that he can get inside your head and manage you as he pleases. And, hey, don't tell anyone, but... Giyū doesn't enjoy having to share you.
His darkest dream is that something terrible would happen to you, to those beautiful, fast legs, so that you would abandon your post and he could lock you away from the world. You would be just for him—to discover together other kinds of morbid pleasures that don't have to bring you so close to death, and thus away from him.
Sanemi
Tumblr media
I'll keep it short and clear with this guy: it's going to hurt like hell, and where suffering is optional, with him it's inevitable and unstoppable. Your encounter with the Wind Pillar begins and ends with a fight, where he refuses to 'team up with someone as hopeless as you'. Just as you thought sensibly about Kyōjurō you did so with Sanemi, but of course you came to be offended by his violent behavior. The discomfort was such that you ended up running away for the whole day; terrified at the thought of having to share another space with him.
Sanemi doesn't exactly hate you, but he doesn't appreciate you either. It's a middle ground... that always ends with an explosion on his part. Screams, fists in the air; occasionally your terrified face. That's funny to him—your grimace of terror. You can be unstoppable to demons, and maybe charm others with your wit or shit whatever it is you hide up your sleeve, but he'd rather keep the charm of your fear to himself. You're so small and easy to take down with a scream. You are pathetic.
The Wind Pillar would be one of the most difficult to conquer/accompany. Relating to him means that you're going to have to put up with banging and yelling; although if you decide to walk away, he will eventually find out one way or another about your past. At first it's annoying mutterings, all coming from what he considers to be your 'pathetic followers'. Then the odd encounter with Kyōjurō, where Sanemi can't ignore honorific mentions of you and your achievements in battle; as well as your amazing personality and authenticity. To the Wind Pillar all this is pure garbage. Why should he be interested?
'They are pathetic. Are you telling me that they come to take part in a cause for the fun of it? So what if they fight and defend? It's the minimum and indispensable; I'm not going to applaud them. Nor do I find much merit in them being fast or agile... How else are they going to survive if they're not? Fuck them—with their ways of doing things, here and there. Whatever. I don't want to talk about this again, Rengoku.'
It gets to a point where Sanemi can't get over the frustration. His partner's voice keeps drilling into his head—his words about you; the way you 'so well' fight or handle yourself around, melting into the environment as you carry yourself with simplicity and divine graces... Needless to say, at night the Wind Pillar corners you after witnessing your training. The result? A 'let's fight, you piece of garbage', and a beating that leaves you stone dead for a week. It is humiliating for Sanemi to have to accept what others whispered in the shadows: you were charming. And not just charming, let's be honest; also fast and agile.
Like Tengen, the Wind Pillar would begin to let go of certain prejudices in order to spend quality time with you. In other words, simple training. Sometimes also because of how easy it was to be with you even in the silence, thanks to that way you have of being: so calm, but at the same time on par with the flow of life. It's as if you are aware of things that humans normally ignore. Sanemi didn't know how to explain it—it seemed complicated and therefore annoying. He preferred not to be annoyed with you; who knows if he would end up beating you to a pulp again.
Kyōjurō seizes the opportunity and leaves the rest of the work in the hands of Gyomei, whom Sanemi deeply respects. The latter gives him an account of nefarious events that end your family's story, and of the real reason behind Ubuyashiki's words regarding your new role in the cause. The Wind Pillar since then keeps seeing you with different eyes; his own heart spinning as he imagines your small figure —that of a creature; a child— facing such macabre scenarios. He understands on the one hand why you act the way you do. The image of his own brother dancing in his mind, with bitter memories tangling with yours. He's going crazy and the feeling is strange.
Sanemi will begin to silently admire you. With that comes other particular things, like his drastic mood swings; being bitter, maybe angry at something or someone, and then an appearance from you keeps him shy or silent. It's strange to you—but you don't question anything about it. You love being able to have a normal coexistence together with Wind Pillar, whom you admire greatly for his strength.
Sanemi, along with Iguro and Shinobu, would be the most dangerous once their yandere natures come out. The Wind Pillar is quick to understand that he wants and NEEDS to protect you. He is capable of anything for it, even hurting you enough to cripple you. He is a passionate lover; he wishes he could hold you in his arms, and can only bear to share you normally with Iguro; filling his head with ideas to set his eyes on you. So watch out, because Sanemi is going to do the impossible to make you understand (physical, psychological or sexual punishments. All of it). Maybe it's time for him to share more time with Tengen—something interesting could come out of it to try out with you.
Iguro
Tumblr media
How come? Sanemi's on his knees for you? The Snake Pillar feels like the world is upside down when he finds his friend's lost eyes for you. And why is that, by any chance? He doesn't quite understand; but he's willing to find out. Of course it's not easy, considering that even with your reduced schedule due to training and meetings you're still on the run and doing your own thing. In dark times, in pain and illness, you are still you. He admires that very much.
Iguro is another dangerous yandere who accepts his own nature without shame. As soon as Sanemi fills his head with topics referring to you, he marches and includes himself in your routines to learn more about who you really are and the things that make you up. For you it's awkward, of course—the encounters are forced. Iguro judges you all the time, though he soon realizes that you're not at all like Giyū: someone haughty who passes over others. It's a relief to him. How could he have doubted his friend's judgment?
The Snake Pillar invites you to trainings, either alone with him or even when the Wind Pillar is available as well. It's hard for you to keep up when they attack you so eagerly. You can tell how much fun they have with you, fascinated by your movements and your charm when you get caught up in the moment; for Iguro it's a feast for the eyes and ears, with your laughter vibrating in his memory when you're not there. It doesn't take long for the Snake Pillar to feel repulsed by his feelings for you as they begin to emerge. He finds it bold on his part; considering himself unpleasant and unable to live up to you.
Just like Giyū and Gyomei, Iguro will start stalking you to satiate his need for you. In one of those many silent pursuits he'll end up hearing a couple of curious murmurs from the others, and as if his fascination for you wasn't enough, with whispers about your past and a couple of more private details he ends up accepting that he can't —nor wants to— tear you out of his head. From here the stalking increases, and you know he's there, but you don't say anything. You think it's halfway understandable; you weren't going to be marching with freedom so easily yet. Although the reason you had in mind was totally different from what they had.
Once the contempt stage passes and your words of encouragement reach the Snake Pillar's heart, considering that your friendship with him increases over time, Iguro will be more than willing to be faithful to you completely. He will attend to your needs whenever he can and you need him to; he will give you emotional support, as one would imagine a man devoted to his lover; and he will be defending the territory around you like an animal. He is a possessive yandere, and quite violent with the reason of his obsession if he doesn't get what he wants: your attention and reciprocation. Needless to say, just like Giyū, Iguro hates having to share you. When he learns that Tengen has plans to take you into his domain to fulfill alongside his wives, fury consumes him.
The Snake Pillar is not entirely okay with you continuing to take on your responsibility as a Pillar. What's more, with the Wind Pillar they had wicked conversations; full of plans on how to get you to retire forcibly. At first it's a soft thing—the sweetness falling from his lips like a whisper. As desperation takes over his mind, and with it bitter fantasies where he loses you completely, Iguro loses patience and accepts Sanemi's help to humiliate and break you mentally. Who knows... maybe even this will lead you to despair; and with it, to a terrible accident.
But you don't have to be afraid! Iguro has suffered for a long time from confinement. He understands that your charm comes from that beautiful freedom, with which you can walk around and sing for him. Iguro loves to hear your laughter. So when you retire, he will be more than willing to accompany you and keep an eye on you; always attentive to your needs, and then you can calmly return home, where you will lie for the rest of your life in a quiet and safe routine, far from death. The Snake Pillar trembles with excitement, unable to process how happy it feels to dream of that future where he has you tamed. Where you are docile and always by his side.
Muichiro (platonic)
Tumblr media
Muichiro forgets you as soon as you introduce yourself after a meeting. The Mist Pillar, who is just a child at your side, not even acknowledges you from then on; passing you without greeting, losing his attention on the shapes of the clouds, and remaining silent, his eyes fixed somewhere when you speak to him. It's strange—but you don't question much else.
The only way I can see this boy ending up obsessing over you is after a messy fight. Not that he will be immediately attached to you; but he will certainly remember your face and voice clearly when you have saved his life. It's as if you've reached a weak spot inside his mind, in a dusty corner. The honorable way in which you risked your life to save a couple of children from several hungry demons, with a speech directed towards the Mist Pillar and his behavior, undoubtedly interfered with a barrier in his heart.
Muichiro is jealous, but only if he loses his priority for attention. If you put him at the top of your agenda, rest assured that you won't have to deal with his bad temper, which is pretty funny—but don't let his tenderness blind you. The Mist Pillar may do unpleasant things, never directed at you, in order to have you all to himself.
The loss of his family at such an early age, and in a traumatic way, leads Muichiro to cling to you in order to feel the normality he lost years ago. At the beginning it's something soft: glances, smiles, training sessions together, meals... By the time you realize it, you have the Mist Pillar inside your territory. It's like having a little brother. It's tender, but over time it becomes insistent.
Kyōjurō takes this opportunity to try to mimic Muichiro within your family picture—convince your brain that the wounded boy could be saved by you, just as you never could with your own siblings. It's cruel, but at the end of the day it works successfully. You may not see the Mist Pillar as normal at all; but he is patient, and he is willing to pull the strings to force you to like him if necessary.
Muichiro is a soft yandere, who enjoys being affectionate and receiving equal treatment. Like others of his peers, he doesn't quite agree with you being a Pillar; but he also can't imagine a future where he can't fight by your side. He loves to watch you dance among the leaves, moving your legs almost as if you were flying—never touching the ground enough, looking like a bird about to dart toward the enemy with the edge of your sword as its beak.
But as much as he adores you, Muichiro understands that he has to take care of you if he wants to continue to enjoy your presence and your affection. The way? By ruining your wings a little... just enough for you to flap them when he wants you to; but to make it impossible for you to fly away. You'd lose the charm if you have to be put in a cage, no matter how much others think it's optimal.
The Mist Pillar has dark ideas, but they are born out of the fear of losing you. From his affection for you. He is mostly someone tender and possessive, willing to mental manipulation rather than physical punishment. The latter would be the one he would never choose, unless you force him.
Shinobu
Tumblr media
Sadistic and unstoppable. That's how Shinobu can be described. She would have been obsessed with you long ago, perhaps since you arrived with the other Pillars; but she would not be close to you completely until time passes, and with the arrival of Kyōjurō and his confirmation about the popular interest in you is when she decides she might join the plan.
The Insect Pillar is someone who enjoys good conversation, medicine and peace. She is too quiet and can barely care deeply about anything other than her job as a Pillar. Other than that, forget about it. So imagine her surprise when she learns of your arrival—Ubuyashiki's words echoing in her head as she prepares everything to inspect your health.
Suspicion blossoms first. Shinobu doesn't quite buy the reason you became a Pillar, but feigns understanding about your case and listens with sincere interest to your anecdotes. Discovering that you have traveled and fought around many new places, with demons of all kinds and a secret past, begins to sting deep inside her. At the beginning it is just that: curiosity and distrust. She refuses to so freely allow anyone who has been away for so long. I mean, you're the first Pillar in history to have been away from their post for so long! What's the point of that?
Because you have to attend often for the beatings Sanemi gives you, or for regular checkups for health issues that Ubuyashiki is concerned about, Shinobu finds herself starting varied conversations with you, because she finds you a good companion. You learn new things about medicine, and impart to her techniques you learned far away, having to meet doctors from hidden villages. The Insect Pillar considers you an interesting and powerful member.
The moment where Shinobu starts to like you is unclear. As if that wasn't enough, her signals are confusing, and she doesn't fully share her feelings with you or anyone else. To you, the Insect Pillar is terrifying with her empty eyes and inaccurate temperament. To her, you are charming and interesting; with a bright personality that helps her dispel anger and sadness.
You don't often see the Insect Pillar, but she is always one step behind you. There's no escaping when her obsession grows and is fed by Kyōjurō and the others. Just like Iguro and Giyū, Shinobu is a potential stalker, feeding her delusions with whatever she can gather from your daily routines. These same fantasies grow with the help of her companions, and it won't be long before she starts using her poisons to create new drugs to use on you.
Shinobu has no problem using physical punishment. What's more, her regular talks with Sanemi always end with a topic referring to you. She agrees with the Wind Pillar about leaving you immobilized so that you will never again endanger your life by being a Pillar. Needless to say, she is not easily moved; there would be no way for your tears or pleas to do anything in her heart.
The Insect Pillar has lost someone very special in a cruel way at the hands of a demon. Of course, you are much more agile and quicker, able to play with death without fear climbing up your back. But how long until your legs fail? How long until no one can ever hear your voice again?
Birds continue to sing even inside their cages.
Mitsuri
Tumblr media
The Love Pillar is enchanted by you from the first moment she lays her eyes on you. She is fascinated by your ways: from the way you run, to the way you train, to the way you laugh or fight. Everything about you is incredibly cool and, of course, attractive. How could anyone hold back when they see your smile? Even your voice and shyness when Ubuyashiki introduces you to the whole team is charming.
Mitsuri is by far the Pillar you like the most besides Gyomei. Both are sweet and understanding; although just like Kyōjurō, the Love Pillar is delusional about what you want, and what she thinks is really what you should want. You don't pay enough attention to everything she says about it; you don't think there's anything you need to change. You are very clear about what you want and what you don't want.
Mitsuri doesn't agree with your escapades at all. She loves to see you being happy, and especially if it's because of her that you laugh so beautifully. But is it really necessary for you to seek such cruel things as death to give your life meaning? What is it that you are really looking for, deep down in your heart? The Love Pillar is worried that something terrible will happen to you and you will no longer be able to use your legs. It would be unfortunate if you could no longer dance and train together.
Unlike other Pillars, this girl wouldn't find satisfaction at all in having to hurt you to make you stay. Mitsuri prefers to use words... and well, let's be honest, maybe a LITTLE bit of force—but only to scare you. For her the best thing is to have you psychologically handled; the purest emotions, such as love, will keep you tied to her with honesty.
The Love Pillar has no problem sharing you—the more the merrier! There may be Pillars that she likes more than others, but in general she doesn't believe in having preferences when it comes to taking care of you and loving you. Mitsuri is not jealous; her security reaches to the skies, and her concern to have you satisfied is greater than any other negative feelings that could take place in her regarding your other partners (even if you don't think they are, but now you have them!).
The truth is, it would be hard to tell when she becomes obsessed with you. The Love Pillar may seem casual in showing her love for you, but it only takes a moment of desperation where it seems like you're going to vanish from her life to find her obsessive nature. Mitsuri is capable of crying, begging, and in one last —and terrible— instance even outright manipulating you, just so you won't leave her side.
The Love Pillar is very sweet and attentive, but also capricious. If it were up to her, she would do everything she could to be glued to your side so she could kiss you, hug you and live as your shadow. Her biggest dream? To have a family with you, of course! Imagine how beautiful the two of you would look together; a beautiful western style house in the background, with a traditional garden where you could sit and eat pancakes and watch Muichiro train, who of course is part of the family and Mitsuri already adopted —secretly— as your little brother.
But I would like to, you know, give you a little warning. Notice well how much Kyōjurō starts to impact on Mitsuri. Especially if you decide to reject her attempts; because then her obsession would become violent, and that means that maybe the impact on you would no longer be solely psychological. I tell you this in case you cherish your legs very much, for example. I don't think you would want to lose them.
Just as I don't think they would like to lose you.

Demon Slayer O/C
Kagura
I have been seeing a lot of demon slayer o/c and let me be truthful and say i don't have just one o/c i am so indecisive that i keep changing my o/c randomly and none of them represents me in the slightest so i wanted to share with you my vision and one of the characters i thought of.
Let me start by showing her hashira outfit then I will explain her back story.
(I own these drawing)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
So as you can see she is quite unique!
BackStory
So her name is Kagura (no official name yet) Kagura lives in the mountains with her huge family and members of an old cult she was raised to be a witch and act as her family did, they practiced rituals and witch craft, let's just say that Kagura's family had friends on the other side. She never took their practice seriously, she had a feeling that it was all a huge lie.
Her mother was very strict, and once she knew about Kagura's beliefs she went bonkers and dragged her daughter to the forest, there was a big tall (as a tree) shadow of a man standing there, glowing white eyes and an unsettling smile on his face (if you can even call it a face)
Her mother started chanting and then proceeded to say that she is sorry for failing to raise her daughter to connect with their world.
Kagura was scared and held on to her mother, when the tall man whispered "Kill her" her mother turned around generating her weapon a bow she made herself when she was younger.
Kagura, fearing for her life, she attacked her mother before she could fire her arrows she grasped it and put it through her mother's chest. Kagura picked up the bow and ran away from her mother's now dead body and from the crazy people she tolerated for too long.
Kagura now started to believed in the other side and she started to practice witch craft and connect more with the creature that lurked behind the shadows, turning herself into an archer using her mother's bow. Years passed and Kagura is nineteen standing In front of the same tall man that once turned her mother against her, Kagura came to terms with the shadow because she realised she will never conquer the other side without killing this creature he was the gate to her ultimate ability.
Abilities:
Kagura is a hashira that uses a bow and arrows instead of a melee weapon, she has good aim and her crimson arrows are special for three reasons, one they DON'T run out she could generate them forever as long as the red Crystal is on her right hand to do so, two her arrows are deadly if she hits a demon or a human in the head, but if she misses or purposely makes her arrows penetrate any other part of their body they will start to hallucinate about their bad past or fears or even just random shadows and creatures creeping around in their vision, it's not that bad but it could be distracting. Three, is her summoning ability, she charges her arrow until a demonic red circle appears on the tip of it, Kagura thinks of a creature from her collection that might help in the current situation, then when the circle starts glowing she fires the arrow at the desired area for the creature to appear.
Her collection:
Kagura has a different creature for different situations as mentioned before, so here are some of the creatures explained, and what each creature does to her arrows.
(these are not names to the creatures but rather descriptions) I don't own any pictures going forward the credit goes to the respectful owners.
Dark hound:
Tumblr media
It's a dog/wolf like creature that is good at attacking, it's a good tracker and has pretty strong since of smell and could find anyone and anything. Used to find, track and attack. Pretty default but great choice!
Arrows: none
Ability: Pack: They gain strength when together.
Bat-Owl:
Tumblr media
It's an owl with bat-like wings, Kagura uses this creature as a way to communicate or spy on enemies (Same as the hashira's crows)
Arrows: none.
Ability: Kagura can look through the owl's eyes but that would leave her body blind for the same time she used the owl vision.
Crawler:
Tumblr media
This creature has two forms:
Two legged: he is not fast in this stance however his strikes are stronger and faster, used in situations where fights are around him and his opponent doesn't rely on speed.
Four legged: in this stance he is fast, switching from hitting with his claws to biting with his mouth, used in situations where chasing and attacking is needed.
(he can switch between the two stances mid fight but it takes time and energy)
Arrows: two legs: stronger piercing, four legs: Longer range.
Ability: None.
Unseen:
Tumblr media
This blind creature is sneaky and invisible, it will not show itself until it's too late, striks are fast and deadly, also good at hiding its smell, sound and even appearance, he is good in situations where they need to be sneaky or quiet.
Arrows: invisible.
Ability: When the creature becomes invisible Kagura can too, if one is spotted the other is revealed too.
Death wings:
Tumblr media
This creature is a flying master fast and deadly he strikes from above serving as both a transport and a weapon, used in situations where the fight needs to be taken high or when fighting on the ground is a big disadvantage.
Arrows: Reveal enemies in the area.
Ability: None (Mounting it is the ability)
Hell hound:
Tumblr media
Unlike the first hound this one is used for land transportation its thin legs and great speed serve not only as a useful mount but a great escape and chasing. Used in situations where mobility is needed rather than damage.
Arrows: Faster arrows
Abilities: Arrows split into two.
Every creature's weakness:
Dark hound: not very sturdy, and he begin well at everything means he is not special in anything.
Bat-Owl: If she is spotted she will run away and hide plus her small size is a big disadvantage.
Crawler: He doesn't like LOUD NOISES.
Unseen: he is a one strike one kill so if the target escapes his first assassination he becomes useless.
Death wings: Relies on sound to move around so if the place is dead silence he needs to keep screaming to find his way revealing his position to everyone.
Hell hound: not very durable and his attacks barely do anything to the enemy he is a transporter not a fighter.
Kagura: She relies on her creature to fight melee while she fights from a safe range, this makes her a support to others rather than the main fighter, yes her attacks and creatures are strong but the moment they get close to her and her creatures are not there to help she is probably dead.
❤️
Thank you so much for reading all of this i hope you like it and you are welcome to give me suggestions for names and other changes i should make.
Love you stay safe!

6, 10, and 17 for the choose violence meme!
VIOLENCE FOR VIOLENCE IS DA RULE OF MR BEASTS
6. which ship fans are the most annoying?
there are several answers to this question... several of which are ships ive been a fan of at one point or another. i think fans of mlm ships that make one of the men a feminized uwubaby kinda suck. ESPECIALLY when its wildly ooc! i think two men can kiss and both be masculine it really isn't a big deal bro.
10. worst part of fanon
people who make tsukasa tenma world future star a bitter guy who is one bad day from a breakdown like all the jabs at him arent playful and that he doesn't love to go along with the joke and often overreacts for the bit... sigh... whatever man...
oh and i don't like people who make teru from mp100 this sassy fashion savvy stereotypical kinda 'twink' i guess? literally no clue how else to describe it but he is not that. that's just a stereotype bro. you're slotting him into a paper cutout bc a couple aspects happen to line up with his character. like he's totally not straight but this kid isn't going to tell me the difference between cashmere and silk 🙄 hes not gonna restructure my wardrobe! ok?!
17. there should be more of this type of fic/art
>_>... ill admit i havent read a lotta fanfic since entering the kny fandom! i think i only read one fic for owl house bc it was on tumblr. as far as art is concerned, more shadow collector pls? 👀 slapstick ragatha? absolute horror that is cyn? FEEERN!!! yay fhank you.

Trying to crank out the next chapter of LIMINAL SPACES for Halloween. Stay tuned, y'all 🔥❄️

Okay, I think there's a possibility I'll write for multiple fandoms in the future. Probably KNY + Creepypasta if I'm serious o(^-^)o. Either when I understand their characterization or if I am comfortable to do that. Making yandere ocs seem like fun too.
But I'll try to focus mainly on twst since I love Riddle XDD.
For now, no fanfics/one-shots because my vocabulary words are limited. It'll all be for headcanons | scenarios | bullet points.
English is my second language, so there may be some grammatical errors. It's not going to be apparent though.
★⋆Thank you everyone, have a terrific day ★⋆
Tumblr media
Fandoms that I'm interested in:

Creator first!
🖊Only really working on The Final Pillar at the moment as a spur-of the-moment, perpetual brainrot thing. I kind of took inspo from The Final Kingdom series, because I'm just super original.
📖Adventure, action, fantasy, with some hurt/comfort and body horror elements I'm planning for.
🛳Mostly delving into platonic ships, but the protagonist is developing a kind of celebrity crush on one of the Hashira.
I feel bad for writing Sanemi as a jerk for now, but I swear I have some character development in the works.
((Just not right now. And not so much in the next ten to twenty chapters or so.))
Also, the UzuRen bromance is coming up.
💡Big inspo is Claymore because both texts touch on similar themes. Maybe Golden Kamui, knowing some of the gore. Also suuuper inspired by my Sakura-centric fanfic binge-reading era, circa 2019-now.
🎵I'd put anything by Ling Tosite Sigure in charge of the OP. As for the ED, maybe something like this song from supercell.
🎼The original KNY soundtrack is *chef's kiss*, but a few more tracks that feature heavy metal or post-rock sounds would fit the vibe a bit more for some fight scenes. If we had an original score, something like what Mogwai did for the French show Les Revenants, or anything Yoko Kanno does is just ugh. Like the Terror in Resonance tracks that just broke my heart.
🛫I've had to do a last minute re-jig of the timeline to factor in other missions and events OC has to do. I'm kind of in the mindset that the canon kind of happens in the background until a certain stage wjere it comes together.
🔍I do like me some foreshadowing. Also, there's an OC in there who likes to end some sentences in 'you know' quite a bit.
📏Slow. Burn. For. Life.
I just love reading a really long series and the satisfaction of finally finishing it.
---
I'm gonna tag @demonslayedher
Been following them for some time and I just want to pick their brains for possibly unhinged answers.
I'm bored and in the mood for procrastinating. Let's see if I can create a semi-decent tag post.
Tag people you want to respond to this, mmkay?

The Demon Slayer Fanfic Tag
Tumblr media
1. Pick one of your fanfics.
2. Answer the questions honestly so we get your vibes.
Here be some Qs:
🖊What's your fanfic titled? What does this reference?
📖Let's talk about genre and tropes. What are you drawing from?
🛳Any pairings or ships -aside from the obvious -your readers should look forward to? This can be romantic, or platonic, even.
💡What other works, be it literature or shows, inspire the ~vibes~ of your fic?
🎵If your fanfic was an anime, what would you use as the opening theme? What about your end theme?
🎼Any other notes on the soundtrack?
🛫What are some departures your fanfic is making from the canon?
🔍Let's say your readers are on a scavenger hunt. What should they be paying extra attention to?
📏Are we talking one-shot, short series or slow burn? Care to explain your process?

It was said that this entity had walked the earth at night in search of human blood. The villagers were quite terrified, noting that strange things had begun happening all over the country that could not be explained. The appearance of demons had thrown the city into silent, deadly chaos that many could not escape. Since then, others had begun to see a pattern with them. Some folks claimed that one man was behind the horde of them, claiming that he used them all to fulfill his wishes. Others believed that they could be working for more sinister reasons outside of just one leader. Although there were many stories for the reasoning behind it, the most popular belief had to do with a hierarchy.
There were very few who tried to piece this horrifying story together. One was a man who claimed that he had witnessed his brother being transformed by the six-eyed demon. The man insisted that he was a deadly adversary that embodied evil itself. The tale began with the man waking up to the sound of a ruckus outside. He heard someone scream and noticed that his younger brother was missing. He opened the sliding door ever so slightly, so he could see what was going on outside without being detected. Believing that the shadows of the night would conceal him in the darkness, he looked out into the abyss before him. By a dim light coming from one of the house’s lanterns, he saw his brother hunched over with a sword. It laid shattered on the floor in pieces while the mantle stuck out of the ground. It was then that the man saw the demon.
He described him as a creature with an uncanny yet warped human appearance. The man’s skin crawled when he saw six eyes and a mark of fire along his face. He studied his fallen brother, who gritted his teeth as blood ran from his mouth. He was so shocked to see a warrior as powerful as him easily defeated. The man knew at once that this demon was far more terrifying and disturbing than the rest of the demons, he had the rare chance of witnessing. His brother coughed up blood, muttering something inaudible to the demon. The man watched the terrifying demon stare into his brother’s eyes as lightning struck as if it was splitting the sky into glass shards.
He held his breath and tried to hear what his brother said. Finally, he heard a bit of his dialogue. “Please…Don't do this to me. I cannot be one of you. I swore to him…”
The six-eyed demon’s eyes lit with a dangerous rage akin to a burning flame. “You cannot take back your promise, Kidou. You will become a demon to serve my master.”
“Please, I beg you! I no longer want to live forever, living the violent, brutal life I have been trapped in. I would rather die with honor in my heart than to live with the sinful bloodlust for immortality. I dare not give in to the darkness of my heart any longer.”
The six-eyed demon narrowed his eyes. “Do you think I will allow this? You will not forsake me now. You are a warrior designed for the bloodshed that must be used for my master. You cannot break an oath to me nor to him.”
“Please!” The young man cried out in anguish as he knelt before Kokushibo. “I don’t deserve to serve anyone; I would rather perish!”
Suddenly, before the man knew it the demon grabbed Kidou’s face and made him look into his eyes. The lightning continued to burst with an electrifying pandemonium. With the quick flashes of lightning, the man saw the demon’s eyes glowing in the dark while it scowled at Kidou. “You will pay with your family’s lives. Nevertheless, you will become a servant.” Suddenly, the lantern by the house flickered in the wind while Kidou screamed. When the light was refocused, the man saw his younger brother hit the floor with blood dripping down his mouth. Except, something told him that it wasn’t his blood. Kidou laid lifeless on the ground for a few moments until he suddenly sprang up like a puppet. His movements seemed unnatural and rigid as if he were being controlled.
“You will come with me,” said the six-eyed demon. As the man looked on in horror, Kidou turned his neck and faced him. Another burst of lightning revealed a terrifying expression that the man could never forget. His younger brother Kidou looked vile, staring into his eyes like a hungry beast. The six-eyed demon smirked and looked over its shoulder at the man. The tale ended with the man running into the forest and hiding into a ditch. He had managed to run from his brother, who he figured was turned into some sort of monster like the one he had seen before. It is said that the man only lived for two days until he was never seen again.
Another tale was told by a father of two twin siblings who disappeared. He said that before his children disappeared, his son had complained to his wife and himself about two demons. The story began with their daughter Chinatsu wandering into the forest. She had been determined to find supernatural creatures and believed the legends she heard from her grandparents concerning these creatures. Her twin brother Chihiro, however, did not believe any of it. He merely dismissed the tales as silly myths to entertain children of the same age as them. He rolled his eyes whenever he heard his grandmother speak of mythical demon slayers, demons, spirits, deities, fantastic creatures and reincarnation.
One day after his grandmother told a specific tale of a man who was cursed to live forever after eating a forbidden fruit, he went out to play as usual with his sister. This time, his sister was thoroughly engrossed in the tale and claimed that she would find this mythical man that day. They wandered through the forest as she wandered about, holding what looked like a jade coin with a quartz centerpiece that could show the forest from a fish eye’s view. His sister Chinatsu claimed that this coin would allow her to find him, just as her grandmother claimed. Her brother warned her that their grandmother had said only to use it if danger was approaching.
Chinatsu laughed and shook her head at her brother. “No, no, silly! We’ll use it so we can help the man who is cursed!”  Her brother Chihiro glared at her with dissatisfaction. “Right. We should be avoiding someone that unlucky instead. If he was actually real, all he would do is give us bad luck.”
Chinatsu shook her head again. “No! He would be saved because we can help!” She laughed and continued to wander through the forest with the coin as her guide. She looked through it and continued to wander, turning every so often down a different path. The sun was setting and Chihiro had a bad feeling about this. Soon the two twins found themselves deeper in the forest as the sun disappeared under the mountains. “Great, now we’re lost. Good one. Now father will scold us and mother will worry!”
His sister was completely unfazed and kept wandering. “This coin will get us out if we need to.” His sister stopped in the middle of the forest. Her eyes lit up as she stared a bit in the distance. Her brother was just pushing away some branches from scraping him when he looked and saw what his sister was staring at.
He nearly jumped when he saw a man with red eyes and a suit watching them. The man smiled gently at them and walked towards them.
“Are you lost?”
His sister nodded. “Yes, but first I need to find someone. Have you seen him, sir? I’m looking for a man who is in trouble.” Chihiro glared at her while she spoke. “Stop making things up,” he said while grimacing.
“Are you? Do you need help finding him? What does he look like?” The man looked empathetic, yet Chihiro felt uneasy around him. He sensed a strong, negative energy emitting from him.
“He ate a blue fruit and got cursed because of it. I want to find him so I can try to help him. My grandma says he got changed from a human into a demon because of it.”
The man’s eyes grew wide as Chinatsu continued narrating the story her grandmother told her. After Chinatsu was finished, she smiled. “I was hoping to find him today so I can help him.”
The man stared at her in silence. Somehow, he seemed troubled by the tale, yet oddly moved by the girl’s opinion of the cursed being in the legend. Chihiro cut into the silence with an apology. “I’m sorry, my sister is a fool. She only listens to stories from our grandmother and doesn’t know the difference between reality and fiction. I sincerely apologize for disturbing you.”
The man looked surprised and his pupils seemed like they changed for a minute. The man then smiled and laughed. “Don’t worry, she has quite a healthy imagination for her age. Let me help you two find your way home. Your parents must be worried about you!”
Chinatsu smiled and took the man’s hand while Chihiro took hers and followed. In a short amount of time, they found themselves back at their small village. Chinatsu and Chihiro bowed to the stranger. “Thank you so much for guiding us home,” they exclaimed gleefully.
“No problem,” the man responded as he waved. As his sister was out of earshot, Chihiro heard the man whispering. He thought he heard him say something odd. Later, his sister would confirm what he heard. “The man you speak of in that tale is right here, young one.”
When the twins got home, everything seemed normal at first. Then Chihiro noticed his sister looking out the window like she was waiting for something. The more he asked her about it, the less responsive she was. As they were about to go to bed, he heard her whispering to herself. “I get to help him…” she said before closing her eyes to sleep. Later that night, Chihiro awoke to the door of their home left open as the cold winter air seeped in. He dressed and went outside, looking to see a trail of footprints that matched the size of his sister’s geta. Nervous, he followed them until he saw her sleepwalking in the forest. Her eyes were open and she was smiling. “Where are you going, sister?”
She turned and smiled at her brother. “To give our souls to the man. That will help him,” she said while giggling. The boy was so alarmed that he tried to drag his sister back home. He told his father about it as he struggled to keep his sister from out of the forest. No matter what he or his parents could do, his sister wouldn’t stop screaming and trying to fight them to go outside. She even tried to bite them at one point while screaming non-stop. Her mother finally let her go in fear and Chinatsu ran into the forest. Her brother ran right after her without warning.
Days later, Chinatsu and Chihiro’s parents found a note next to a Sakura tree. It was written in scrawled writing, signed by the first few letters of their son’s name. The note read:
Running from people in the night. They aren’t normal. They have sharp fangs and have ungodly strength. We slipped past them until we saw a man with three pairs of eyes. He caught Chinatsu. I tried to fight him, but I lost. I am looking for her now. I’m following the man. Please find me before he takes her away.
Chinatsu and Chihiro’s parents never saw their children again.
Perhaps the most famous tale came from a retired demon slayer. The old man claimed that he knew much about demons and told many townsfolk to avoid them at all costs. He watched several towns with such a watchful eye that the townspeople never witnessed a single demon inside their town. This time of peace would not last eternally, despite the old man’s skill and great prowess as a former demon slayer. The man claimed that many great comrades of his were slaughtered by demons, but most notably of all were the attacks from what he called the upper moons. He had told his story once in an inn when the townsfolk celebrated his success, claiming that they were all too naive.
He claimed there was one demon in particular that had made him the most uneasy. This demon was the most conniving, ruthless and calculating being he had ever known. The man called this demon Kokushibo and had nicknamed him the harbinger of death. He claimed that this demon took not only the lives of many innocent people but that he also posed the biggest threat to his entire team, including the most skilled of pillars. He described Kokushibo as very powerful with an incredulous amount of strength and great skill. He claimed that Kokushibo could bend his power in the form similar to nature using breath techniques that he never thought any demon would ever understand.
When the old man was pressed for more information, he refused to disclose any other specifics. Even his younger comrades were left in the dark, questioning the existence of this elusive demon. The last thing the man was quoted saying was that he felt that he had known this demon’s true identity due to his family crest. He felt that he knew which clan he was from yet did not confirm it with certainty. He warned his last student before he died of Kokushibo. The old man stated that if his student was to discover Kokushibo's true origins he should never disclose this information under any circumstances.  The old demon slayer died with that secret a year later due to a heart attack.
Since then, more tales have begun to surface of this demon. While many narratives have not been confirmed to be firsthand accounts, many elders believe in his existence. The younger townsfolk who even doubt the existence of the supernatural still shiver with fear when they hear of him.
It is said that to this day, Kokushibo roams this very earth.

Tumblr media
(I decided to add some haunting edits...muhahhaa of the "six eyed angel".)
➡️Note:
Tales and legends from word of mouth are often edited with multiple variations added on from many years through various storytellers. This would lead to some information or firsthand accounts of demons to vary greatly and contained exaggerated, even warped versions of the original accounts (such as the blue fruit version instead of the actual story). Hence why I thought of writing this based on that perspective without any spoilers or worrying about how canon it is.
(I will soon post this story on fanfic.net when I get the chance.)
I deleted my amino account to protect my mental health so I no longer use the alias of Solar Eclipse. Hence why I removed the amino link.
