i just hated art at this point. i hated drawing almost all of these. i hated drawing most of the last batches. i was tired of sketching and tired of lining and tired of drawings things i just felt let down by. that said, the luvbi piece is hilarious in particular because that was the result of playing super paper mario while absolutely hammered. i think i finished the chapter, whipped this up in 10 minutes, and then passed out on the floor.

Meet Kmari Smith

2024 6’2  guard

From collegium charter school

610 city AAU team

I ask myself why coaches keep overlooking him

This kid works hard

And he shows up when the lights are bright!

Kmari was a big part of collegium this year

Scoring 22 points in a state playoff game

Sealing the deal with 2 steals

and

2 big free throws

In the district title game to ice it.

Scoring 30 on Philly Pride UAA

Scoring 22 points on 8-11 shooting

In hoop group Jam fest title game

And a win!

The collegium guard

Who has spent his last few summers

Under 610 city and playing all over the Country

Playing against the top talent in his class and up.

I asked him about how he felt

about guys getting

Offered before him

when he’s played against them

his response was

“Bro it’s crazy I’m not sure why I haven’t

got an offer yet. I’ve played against kids from

Imhotep, Randor, Sanford, Devon Prep

Jersey, NY, VA and more and nothing yet”

The sophomore guard has held his own

And sometimes straight killed his match up

In my opinion I won’t say any names but

I’ve seen with my own eyes what he does

To some of these kids who are getting offers.

Kmari does have interest from schools such as

Alvernia

Scranton

Millersville

Dickinson

So why not kmari ?

Ask yourself that coaches.

This kid has Ubered from West Chester

To East Stroudsburg for an AAU tournament.

He works on his game every day.

Not to mention he does all of this

While working a full time job

And going to school.

If that isn’t dedication what is ?

Who wouldn’t want to coach a kid like that.

As a coach for AAU program 610 city

I loved coaching Kmari.

He works hard, he plays hard and he wants to win.

So now that you know a little bit about

Kmari Smith

Ask yourself why not him?

Why doesn’t he have any offers yet ?

I wish nothing but the best for this kid

He has proved time and time again he’s ready

So give him a chance you won’t regret it.

He is without a doubt
