Hey!! I’m trying to diversify the body’s types of characters I draw, and I’m finally attempting to draw a fat character and,, struggling quite a bit. Getting the chest/stomach to look like one whole torso is a thing on its own and then trying to connect that fluently to the legs is another. Any advice?

The Wedding Theory

Hello, my guys, gals, demons, ghouls, and multi-fandom fiends!  I’m back with another theory!  And this time it’s for the Sanders Sides!  WHOA!!!!  First theory for this Fandom!  I’m so excited!

Okay, so let’s start off here!  Yesterday, February 29th Thomas Sanders uploaded a new video called Bloop Reel! The Bloop Awakens! (Sanders Sides).  Now, this video was filled with a lot of bloopers and outtakes that had me laughing right outta my chair!

But this video also had something else for everyone towards the end of the video!  A special sneak peek at the next Sanders Sides Video!  Now, @kittykat3e​ has already made a theory on what they think the new Sanders Sides Video might be about. (Link Here).  And it got me thinking.  So, all of my Mutli-Fandom Fiends!  Let’s get to theorizing!  (Please excuse the horrible screenshots! Looking for the extension I used on my old laptop).

Okay, so the first scene we see is Thomas in the doorway looking pretty pissed off.

Probably b/c in the last Sanders Sides Video we saw that Thomas didn’t want to go to the wedding.

But Roman and the others “Convinced” him to go to the Wedding of his two best friends instead of the callback.  Now, @kittykat3e​ has a really good idea and theory as to what’s going on in the next few scenes!  But I have a different take on it.

So, one of the scenes we see is Thomas at the Wedding but no ones there.  And Thomas takes his cellphone.  Now here’s what I think has happened.  I think @kittykat3e​ might be on to something about Thomas getting the Wedding mixed up but I don’t think it’s the date.  I think what happened b/c this has happened to me before is, either Thomas got the wrong place.  He ended up at the place where the Reception takes place!  Or he might have actually went to the wrong place where there was another event going on!

Now, I was born and raised here in Maryland, and let me tell ya, it is very easy to take turned around and lost!  Especially, if you haven’t driven in that part of Maryland for a while!  And I’m sure we all been there at one point or another and why I think it was so easy for Thomas to go to the wrong place.  How, often have we either start to put an address in our phones or GPS and it autocorrects the address and without thinking we tap on it?

For example, 1331 Olde National Pike can easily turn into 1313 Old National Park.  But then the next scene happens.

A nice little shoutout to Super Mario Maker!  But look at the top right corner.  TIME-LIMITED.  Now, why would there be a time limit?  The Wedding!!!  Thomas either realized that he ended up at the wrong place or that he ended up where the Reception is and is literally rushing to get to his friends' Wedding on time!  He promised to be there!

But then we’re thrown for a loop.  Now, many people in the Sanders Sides Community have been theorizing on what the new Ego/Side could be.  And we get this little scene.

Thomas is literally fighting this new side.  Now, who could it be?  could it be a new Side?  Or could it be Remus or Deceit telling Thomas that since he is already late that he doesn’t have to show up at the Wedding?  He could easily tell them the truth about the mix-up!  Or this could be a new Side.  Maybe one that deals with Thomas’s Anger?  Frustration?  Jealousy?

It would explain this look that we at the end.  And Patton’s and Roman’s looks as well.

Hard to tell.  But that is my theory!  Please let me know what you think in the comments!

And I can’t wait for the new Sanders Sides Video?  Wonder how long it takes to write, film and edit all these?

Hey, how are you doing with life over in ph? The current state of stuff here in America isn’t great, but with that new bill, things are obviously bad over there too, and I just wanna know how you’re doing.

god yeah im seeing a lot of news about the US online and stay strong and safe guys!!!

as for me, you honestly dont have to worry. im very lucky to be middle class (and thus, comfortable, in this quarantime) and also certain ties will keep my family and i pretty safe. that being said, while me an my immediate family will be doing okay, it angers me to no end that our govt is trying to push a bill that will put so many other people in danger and in a state of fear for no good reason but to flaunt control and power over their citizens. 

the long and short of it is: im doing fine. and i will be doing fine, for the forseeable future. but AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHH THE WORLD SUCKSSSSS!!! #JUNKTERRORBILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok but I relate to that anon. I used to think that Roman was just kinda egotistical but ya'll are showing me how wrong I was and I just want to thank you for that.

aw!! honestly Roman is a very complex character and it was definitely easy to see him as overly confident or narcissistic early on in the series, but as he’s developed, seeing his facade crack and vulnerability show through has proven how good his intentions and heart really are 💖

IM SORRRY For Bugging You All With My Theories, But I COMPLETELY Looked Over this, And Now I Cant Let It Rest:

So, we all know this scene right?

Okay? Now look. THOMAS IS ALONE in this scene. I COMPLETELY looked over that, and thanks to a few theory posts, I have a new theory, but I’m not throwing my old one out the window yet, it’s still a possibility.

Now, let’s take it from the top, shall we? But first I’m going to credit @kittykat3e for this run through of the play out of the episode.

Thomas walks into the door, and he’s pissed, we’ve been over this. But what if he’s pissed because, according to the person I tagged, he marked the wedding date wrong, and he could’ve gone to the callback after all?

He opens with “What the f**k everybody??”, but he’s saying that as “What the f**k, everyone, I had time to go the the callback, and I missed it, so I’m pissed now!”

Like I said before, the sides come in to take on the situation, as they do in literally all the episodes. But this time, they’ve come with some visual scenarios and visuals as to what went down at the wedding.

Now while Thomas did say that he was going to play a game to distract himself, why is he alone in this?

And @/kittykat3es theory as to why that is is because he’s checking the date, and realizes that the wedding is actually on the 14th, not the 13th.

And this brings us to our next visual:

Maybe during this part, the sides and Thomas are thinking up ways of how he could’ve gotten to the Callback fast enough? Like how it says “World: A-U”, I’ve already established that AU stands for Alternate Universe, and Thomas doesn’t throw random shiz in the episodes for nothing.

So, this is an AU where Thomas could’ve made it to the callback, and everyone is just looking back at it now that Thomas has already missed it.

But here’s where things stump me,

Who is this person? Some might say that it’s a new side, some might say that it’s whoever lied to Thomas about the wedding date, and I said that it could’ve been an ex he ran into at the wedding? But...he’s alone at the wedding area...so maybe this person is someone who is trying to get back at Thomas for something, so they lied to him about the wedding date, knowing that the callback was on April 13th? Could be, but we don’t know yet.

Now that we have all of that established, it brings these guys into a whole new light. Roman is frustrated because they missed the callback, and his dream is just...gone now. But he’s looking at Patton....but what’s up with Patton?

I’m going to stick with what I’ve said before, and say that Patton got upset by something that someone else said, so he covers his ears and denies it.

Once again, I’m sOrRy for making a millionth post on this, but I literally cannot stop thinking about it lol. I hope you enjoyed my little ramble here though!

one of my favorite fucking feelings in the world is when you’re having a discussion with somebody about literature and themes and storytelling and etc or even just like, your feelings, and as you’re rambling on about the interpretation of something-or-the-other you have this lightbulb moment where two ideas connect in your head all of a sudden and you couldn’t have done it without the context of another person there and you both get so excited about this new theory you’re developing

Collin I just wanna thank you for writing that fic because as someone who constantly chews on things and only just realized that it’s stimming, I now must have a chewy necklace. (Also I’m?? I thought my chewing on things was just a “bad habit” thanks for recoding my brain and making it a positive thing. And the hand-flappy thing is the absolute best I love it.)

God, I grew up thinking chewing was a bad habit too. (Can you tell how heavily I was projecting onto Phoenix in the fic?) There's nothing wrong with it, just be careful not to chew anything that's important or might hurt you somehow! Stim toys are definitely the best way to go, and chewelry is nice and cheap!

Hi! I want you to know that you’re art has made me enjoy doing art. I am a perfectionist when it comes to stuff I make, and therefore I couldn’t just doodle because “That’s messy. Erase it.” and “That looks off. Redo it.” But after finding you blog something finally clicked and I realized that. Your drawings don’t always have perfect lines, but the result is wonderful and amazing anyway. And it made me realize that I could just- draw. So thank you for making art fun for me. It means a lot.

Hold up- when the FUCK in the time - space continuum did you get a significant other? I keep taking Tumblr breaks by the time I get back everything’s different. I’m not even mad, I’m just confused. But like, I’m super happy and proud so CONGRATS! :D

HAHA it's a fairly recent development, at least in terms of making the relationship Official (like i get to call her my girlfriend and get to yell at anybody who listens that SHES MY GIRLFRIEND I LIKE HER SO MUCH OH GOD) but weve been talking to each other since april of this year through letters (very..... long letters.....) . i met her in person a few months ago and and hung out a bunch and.... tadaa? im not very good at telling the story because im getting flustered just typing this skdkjwkdkdj anyway THATS WHAT YOU MISSED ON GLEE!!
