letting James watch you murder someone after being so shy and flustered about it. you're only a beginner and he's so efficient with how he kills. what if he thinks it's tacky or he just doesn't like how you do it. it takes you weeks to muster up the courage to invite him to watch but he's elated when you do. he'd be so happy to see you in action. it's surprisingly intimate, even though he doesn't speak much. there's an intensity embedded into his gaze, and he gives a few brief compliments. his voice breathier than normal, it's barely noticeable but it's there. it's almost like they're to encourage you to keep going, to make sure you don't shy away.
