friendly reminder to ignore your needs! :) train yourself to shut out all your body signals. never drink water, be thirsty. tighten your back and shoulders, leave your skin chapped. dont shower in the morning be stinky and disgusting. never seek sex and life companionship. dont brush your teeth, never eat real food that grows gut bacteria just eat processed snacks. 95% of serotonin comes from the gut so never eat a vegetable. dont work your muscles and bones, just give yourself osteoporosis and muscular atrophy. only wear sloppy clothes that make you feel self-conscious and gross. you dont need real friends, send words to internet people and that's enough. you have every right to give yourself dementia at 45 from looking at screens all day. you are good enough. Passive self harm is valid <3
