Gorou

The finality of the hard won end to the Vision Hunt Decree was an event celebrated by all of Inazuma, most of all the resistance of Watatsumi. Although despite the relief and happiness that the peace brought, there was also the struggle of readjustment. It was not easy coming down from the high tensions of war, and the army still had soldiers in excess. Many now contributed to the last relief efforts for struggling communities, and as reconnaissance units. This was the very task you and a very special operations officer were undertaking at present.

Tawara scouted ahead as you secured the empty battlefield. Many war torn plains were left with lasting remains of equipment and resources, of which you and your trusty camp dog were tasked with retrieving. Her Excellency wished to put the war in the past, and to move forward, there couldn’t be such reminders of the horrors endured during the time.

“Tawara! Where are you boy?” You called, hoping the sweet shiba hadn’t gone too far. A yip in the distance helped your eyes find the pup stood atop a small hill where the enemy camp would have been.

This particular battlefront had little left of the war, only a few broken weapons and cracked armour plates that weren’t considered worth salvaging when the camp was first emptied. You took stock of how much still lay in the field so you could get an accurate gauge of how many soldiers it would take to clean it up for good.

Tawara zipped down the hill and over to you, pressing his paw to your shin to gain your attention. Looking down, you smiled at the pup and the dendrobium he held in his mouth.

“For me?” Tawara carefully dropped the bloom at your feet and barked cheerfully, sitting and awaiting your reaction expectantly. “Aw, aren’t you just the sweetest,”

You knelt down and cooed at the camp dog’s cuteness, squishing his fluffy cheeks in your hands, causing Tawara’s tail to wag wildly behind him.

Plucking the dendrobium off the ground, you inspected the deep red bloom before your gaze drifted across the still-dead grass of the field. New shoots of green could be seen dotting the dry dirt, but there was no mistaking the ground flattened by the feet of soldiers. Perhaps Her Excellency would approve planting some dendrobiums in the field to restore and improve the area.

“You’re a true genius Tawara,” you smiled, smoothing the fur on his head with a well-deserved pat. You went a step further with your affections, clasping Tawara's face in your hands again to press a gentle kiss on his left and then his right ear, before landing one on his snout. You laughed as the pup licked your cheek in return.

Little did you know that another loving pupper was watching the whole affair with unidentified jealousy and a fluttering heart.

Gorou had been notified of your mission long before you set out to complete it, being the general. Although he admittedly preferred when the actions assigned to you could be carried out alongside him, or at least within the campgrounds. Being apart was never easy, even when he knew you would return eventually.

Today Gorou had been lucky enough to finish his reports early and decided that his free time may as well have been used to help you with your mission. He had no doubt in your abilities, but Gorou tended to miss you quickly, so you often received a helping hand from the doggy general even when you didn't need one.

Rounding the hill close to the old front, Gorou felt a streak of unease being back in a place where he had fought so viscously, but it was all washed away as soon as he saw you. His tail began to sway as he approached, watching you smile and interact with Tawara. Then he saw it.

Gorou’s left and then right ear twitched in unison with your kisses, his mouth agape and face flushed. You had never kissed his ears before. The general's ears continued to twitch as he imagined your lips touching them, the images in his mind sending another round of fluttering to his heart.

As Gorou stood frozen and red hot at the edge of the field, Tawara eventually noticed him, barking in recognition and bounding over to greet his superior officer. You followed closely behind, equally happy to find that your boyfriend had come to see you.

"Gorou! Done with your work already?" He didn't hear your question until he shook himself from his stupor. "You okay honey? You're all red,"

"Y-yes!" The confusion on your face caused Gorou's pause, his body fidgeting and eyes trying to latch onto something that could ground his thoughts. "I just, umm... do you think I could... no, never mind."

"Gorou," you gently took his cheek in your hand, placing the other on his chest. "We've talked about this; you know I'll never judge you for anything,"

Ears coming to lay on his head Gorou nodded, still blushing wildly as he finally found the courage to make his request.

"Could you... kiss my ears?"

You cooed quietly, heart overflowing with love for your sweet partner but trying not to embarrass him further. Taking his hands in your own, you kiss Gorou's ears twice each, trying not to giggle at the way they twitched each time.

As you brought yourself away, Gorou whimpered faintly, likely not on purpose.

"Come on, let's head back to camp. I have a report to give for this reconnaissance mission, and you have more kisses to gain, perhaps somewhere more private?"

You smiled demurely as Gorou blushed, swiftly nodding his head and following you and Tawara back to the camp with anticipation.

Wanderer

Now renowned scholar ‘Hat Guy’ was currently in class, despite his vehement protests towards attending formal lectures, leaving you alone in the home to tidy up the shared space.

Lesser Lord Kusanali had seen your relationship bloom since the beginning, before even either of you had seen it. She was immensely pleased that the previously misanthropic puppet had grown to love another, and once informed of the official announcement of your relationship, she generously allowed the Wanderer to move from the Sanctuary Surasthana to a home of her choosing close by. It was a quaint and quiet home, but both of you cherished the space. It was a place you could just be together, and need nothing more. Because of this, you took great pride in making sure the home remained a place of respite, and so liked to keep it tidy.

Deciding to start with the laundry, you gathered a basket and went to the bedroom to gather anything in need of washing. Humming a little to yourself, you plucked the pillows off the bed, thinking of washing the cases, when a little thud on the ground came as you lifted your partners pillow.

Curious, you knelt to inspect the thing that had fallen. What was he hiding in his pillow? Kuni certainly wasn’t the type to believe in improving his sleep by hiding trinkets under his head. However, what you discovered made you gasp. On the floor lay the tiny cotton doll resembling Kunikuzushi, its beaded eyes reflecting its obvious displeasure with having taken such a fall.

Tenderly, you took the doll in your hand and stroked its head as you would with Kunikuzushi. Why was it here? You had only ever seen the doll once or twice when Kunikuzushi had readjusted his sleeves or changed shirts, but you knew that he always carried the cotton companion with him. Running your hand gently across the doll, you felt a snag on its back. Turning it over revealed a tear in the seam, a puff of cotton poking out its spine.

“Oh, poor thing,” you muttered, rising slowly while you cradled the doll like a babe. “Let’s get you patched up.”

Collecting a sewing kit from the drawer and sitting carefully on the edge of the bed, you let the doll rest on your lap as you prepared. Gently, as if it could feel your stitching, you mended the fabric. You smiled as you steadily sewed. It made you happy to think you could help Kuni this way, even if he had tried to hide the issue under his pillow.

Kuni has always been private, even with your long-standing relationship it wasn’t easy for him to show such vulnerability. But this doll was his vulnerability, a piece of him he showed almost no one. It was fulfilling to aid it.

Pulling the thread tight, you tied it off and admired your handy work, turning the doll over to greet it again,

“There, all better.” You landed a tender kiss on the top of its head, sealing all your love and care into its plush fabric.

A small choke brought your head up, allowing you to see your partner standing in the doorway, a rare kind of apprehension etched upon him. Your eyes caught each others, astir in stagnant bodies. Kunikuzushi's hand trembled on the doorframe, mouth open as if trying to form words he didn't know.

Through the silence, you lifted a slow hand, extended and opened with a hopeful invitation. The puppet approached, taking your hand and the seat beside you. No words were spoken as you gently lowered his head into your lap, letting his body lie across the bed and his arms wrap around the mended doll. As tears began to shake from Kunikuzushi’s face, you leaned down to press kisses to his head, caressing his hair and allowing him to finally feel the pain and vulnerability that had always ached in the space where his heart should have been.

"Thank you, for daring to love all of me," The shaking whisper stirred the greatest sense of care in your heart.

"You have never deserved anything less,"

The response brought him to sit up, clasping his body around yours as he continued to wring tears into your shoulder.

Perhaps it was not often that Kunikuzushi showed his vulnerability, but you could never stand to mind. Not when these tender moments were so treasured. Besides, you knew well that you would take anything he gave you. You were ready to love it all.

Izuku Midoriya

“Aww, you’re so cute!” You coo at your little brown puppy, eyes sparkling with excitement as you sit in the common area playing with her. She barks as you keep talking to her, her tail wagging in joy.

"Argh!! (Y/n) your pupper is so cute!"  Uraraka exclaimed, hearts nearly forming in her eyes as the pup smiled and barked at her.

"Isn’t she? I even taught her a few tricks back at home!" You confidently say this while facing the dog, preparing to showcase her tricks. The girls are sitting with you in the common area, anticipating the tricks you’ll pull up your sleeve.

“All right girl, jump!” You say, and your dog immediately obeys. “Wah!! You’re so good for me!” You say a bit too loud that the boys on the other side of the dorm could hear.

When Izuku heard that phrase come out of your mouth, he was instantly red.

“Yo, Midoriya, you okay?” Kirishima snaps him out of his thoughts, his eyes immediately facing the group of boys that he’s with.

“Y-yeah! I’m fine” He mellows down, only to hear more of your squeals of praise towards your pet.

Though he has to remember that those praises aren’t really directed at him… or are they?

Katsuki Bakugou

“Katsuki! Look at him! Isn’t he the cutest? Agh, I’m so glad my parents got to drop him by at our dorms!” Your puppy barks as you lift him up to be met with puppy kisses.

“Baby! Quit slobbering all over me!” You laugh, and Bakugou (who is right next to you) can’t help but roll his eyes at the little mut. He’s the one you’re supposed to be paying attention to, not that furry monster.

You get a pet toy from behind your back and wave it in-front of your pet. Bakugou watches as you playfully challenge the dog.

“You want it so bad? Hm? You want it?” You say, and in Katsuki’s mind, you said it as if you were talking to him.

His thoughts can’t help but go back to when he was fisting himself to the thought of you. God, he does want you bad, like so bad.

“I’ll be right back, Katsuki. Play with him for a bit for me, please?” You plead, and as if Bakugou has any other choice.

“Thanks, Bakugou!” He waves you off, and looks at the small pup in-front of him. Its eyes still following the toy that was in his hands.

“I’m so whipped for your owner, huh boy?” He throws the toy only for the pup to fetch it and bring it back to him.

Todoroki Shouto

“Here boy!” You call out to your baby pup, Todoroki walked inside your dorm room as you were playing with your cute pet.

“Oh, Todoroki! Isn’t he a cutie?” Your pet approaches you and lies on its back, exposing its tummy area for you to scratch.

“Aww, isn’t that my good little boy” you coo at your barking pup, catching Todoroki off guard with that one phrase.

He’s immediately turning the other way, face absolutely red whilst you’re still playing and cooing at your pup.

You pupper takes notice of his actions and approaches Todoroki’s lap. “Oh my god! Shouto! He likes you!” Your voice beams in a high pitched note, ultimately showing how excited you are with how well your pup gets along with Todoroki.

“You know, we’d make great fur-parents” you say, your head resting on Todoroki’s shoulder while he pets the dog sleeping on his lap.

“Yeah, we sure would” he smiles softly at you, admiring uour relaxed state.

You're not surprised by Kai's sudden appearance, already used to his zooming tendencies around the house. You place your book down to pet and squish his cheeks, unable to resist his cuteness, "Hey there, buddy." 

You are, however, surprised to see your husband come in with an all-too-delighted smile. 

You stand up, holding your hands together with a cheeky smile as he stands in front of you, chest to chest before greeting him meekly, "Hi."

"Hi y'self." He chuckles before attacking you with a flurry of kisses, especially focusing on your neck as it elicits squeals and laughs out of you.

But Kai doesn't like it when the attention's not on him.

So, with his sudden need for zoomies, he bulldozes into Graves' legs before running out of the dining room with excited pants. 

"'The Hell–! Kai!" Graves scolded, still holding onto you as the two of you looked at the Shiba Inu running left and right in the living room. He sighs, knowing where his dog's possessiveness over you comes from, but the giggles he hears from you make up for his demise.

Vash frosts them very seriously either way, holding in laughter at how they look. he can't hold it any longer when you catch his attention, holding up what was meant to be a bear, decorated with nothing but a small 'c:' on its face. you're wavering straight face and almost serious voice saying "he chonky" has him losing it.

•every once in a while when Vash is putting something in the oven, he'll quote that copypasta "Why do they call it oven when you of in the cold food of out hot eat the food?" Nai wants to smack him everytime he says it.

•speaking of, Vash quite likes internet language. he's not excessive with using them, but sometimes Vash'll be like 'look at the doggo/pupper!' he also starts saying lol and pog. he doesn't say them in public much though. he's still trying to learn about the difference in online culture and offline culture.

•unlike Nai, Vash finds merchandise fascinating. he loves looking at plushies, figurines and charms, he thinks it's all so cool! Vash buys you all matching phone charms. it makes him so happy whenever he spots it dangling from yours and Nai's phones.

•but speaking of, Vash finds out about the figurines of himself and if he can, he's absolutely buying them. he's looking at them and is all like damn I look so cool! and rubs it in Nai's face that he has not only more, but cooler figurines.

•Vash recreates the poses of them too, aiming his finger gun at you, before yelling out a bang, lifting his arm up in fake recoil. you gasp, griping at your torso, dramatically falling to the floor. "help me Nai, I've been shot!"

Nai rolls his eyes at the two of yours antics, making his way towards you and picking you up. As he makes his way towards your bedroom he says, "I have to give her medical attention, don't bother us."

Vash's eyes widen as he gets up to follow Nai. "Now wait a second!"

•the dorks actually do know how to share you. it was a little rough at the beginning but they've learned and figured things out pretty well! they don't fight for your attention, but they do get a little jealous, and pouty if you give too much attention to the other often. they're both pretty touch starved so good luck lol. however they do read eachother well and know when not to try and get your attention from the other.

•Vash would've loved the time when mustaches and the peace symbol were insanely popular.

•speaking of mustaches, Vash once came home wearing one of those fake glasses with mustache and nose disguises. when you turned to welcome him home he responded with a serious face, "who is Vash?" you fake a gasp asking who he is and what he's doing there. before Vash can respond, Nai is getting up with a grin on his face. "well since we don't know him, we can kick him out and make sure he can never get back in."

Vash nervously laughs, waving his hands, "we don't need to go that far haha.."

Nai laughs back mockingly,"why not? you are breaking into our house, stranger."

Vash immediately yanks the glasses off, "look! its me! Vash!" you gasp and run up to him, hugging his side. "Vash! there was a tall scary stranger in here! I'm glad you're here to help Nai protect me!"

Nai watches as Vash coddles you. he'd be lying to himself if he said he hated the antics you two do. he watches you give Vash a kiss on the cheek before walking over and pulling you away from Vash. "I'm the one that protected you, why are you praising him?" he asks, staring at you with narrowed eyes. Nai may look angry but really, he just wants kisses too.

•Vash loves bees! he'll go out to the little garden he's been working on and watch as bees and butterflies come by. it's one of his favorite pastimes.

•Vash is very involved with the community. he always offers the neighbors any extra food he's made and seeing if anyone needs help. he's happy to mow someone's lawn or weed a garden and do any small chores someone may be unable to do. Vash also goes around and tries to volunteer a lot since he can't really work. as much as he likes exploring hobbies, he gets a little restless being at home so much.

•Vash wants to try eating everything and that doesn't just include meals. somehow Vash learned that dandelions are edible and the next time you two take a walk, before you truly realize it, you're watching Vash shove the yellow part of a dandelion flower into his mouth.

•but seriously he really does want to try eating different plants. Vash does a lot of research and is always giving Nai suggestions of foods to incorporate into meals.

•if Vash could, I could absolutely see him working in the medical department as a pediatrician. he loves kids a lot and he's great at playing with kids, comforting them and making sure they feel as happy as they possibly can be at the hospital. he always jokes around with them, gets to know each kid he works with and always tries to be there for them when they're sad or scared.

•likewise, I know I said Nai would work at a book store, but I like to imagine Nai could become a surgeon. he's not lost to the irony in it, that he's saving lives, but it's just something he's taken an interest in. he wants to learn about human anatomy. (idk how to explain it really but it just makes sense to me. he'd be good at it too, never gets tired, steady hands, keen eyes, very precise)

•prank Vash a little bit when it comes to the modern era. tell him that when the plane lands everybody claps and applauds the pilots. Vash almost did that the first time he went flying, he lifted his hands up, but he was confused when no one started clapping. he catches on quickly that it was a prank.

•Vash combusts if you ever sing E.T by Katy Perry. stare at him as you sing it and he'll get so red in the face. he's covering his face with his hands and curling into himself and whining out to stop.(he doesn't want you to though)

•same with if you prank him and show him that The Bad Touch by Bloodhound Gang. go up to him and tell him you have a cool popular song to show and he lights up, Vash likes pretty much all of the songs you show him. when the song starts, he's bopping his head to the beat and tells you, smiling, it's cool so far. then the lyrics start and Vash's smile immediately falls and he blushes so hard. he can't even look at you and you're laughing your ass off at his reaction.

•Nai, the boring fucker, would just raise an eyebrow at you. he either doesn't fall for your pranks or just has no reaction. shame.

i can't believe my dog listens to my girlfriend more than me, an issue by commander graves

summary: a.k.a commander graves has a shiba inu, who clearly favours you over him.

graves owns a shiba inu named kai and is scolding him for making a mess in the house, only for the pooch to start yelling over his words like a kid covering his ears and going “LALALALA-” in an childish argument.

kai makes the same mess again but this time, it takes place around the time you and graves start dating and living together, so just when you’re about to scold him, you hear graves chuckle, wishing you a “good luck” before smacking your ass as you move off the couch. he begrudgingly lets you go at first, you felt the way his fingers dug into your waist, but the thought of seeing kai arguing with someone else for once?

he had to see this. 

he watches with a smirk as you and kai stare at one another, not even breaking contact ones when the latter sits up the same time you crouch right in front of him. 

he turns away from a moment, changing the TV channel but also preparing to hear his buddy yell over your words as soon as you open your mouth, especially with a tone as soft as yours, so imagine his bewilderment when he doesn’t hear a single protest from the pooch. 

no, but kai does, however, bow while covering his face with his paws and whining, almost embarrassed by the fact that its you being ‘mad’ at him, not graves. 

“aww, it’s okay,” you cooed, letting kai lean into your touch as you scratched behinds his ears, “try to tone it down, okay?”

and boom, kai’s back to his happy pupper self, wagging his tail and bumping his body weight into you to find that you're not, well, never mad at him. graves, on the other hand, wasn’t even watching the TV at this point, his mouth not only gaping at how the scene played out but also in disbelief at what seemed to be a cheeky look on his dog’s face. 

there’s no telling when graves moved from the couch, but you jumped when you felt his entire body pressed against yours, the feeling of his muscles practically hard to miss. he easily hoists you up, away from kai, and narrowed his eyes at him, but the doggo seemed all too pleased.

“go outside, kai.” for once, the pooch listened, zooming out of the house through the front door (when was that opened?) and probably excited to continue his zoomies episode, leaving you in the arms of your boyfriend.

"nope, that word’s not allowed in the house.”

“uh, since when?” keep in mind, you're having this conversation while he's still holding you in a way that a child would with their teddy bear; arms wrapped around the underside of your breasts, his chin comfortably resting on your shoulder and let's face it, your feet probably dangling off the floor right now.
