The Zodiac Signs of Kuroko no Basket/Kuroko's Basketball

I went full Midorima-mode here. Sort of a companion to my other piece where I explore the age differences in knb. Since we were given everyone's zodiac signs by Fujimaki, I thought it'd be handy/fun to have a chart that listed all the characters + traits associated with them, to see how they compare to the assignment, but also fans' signs! Fujimaki did a rather good job of matching characters with signs, imo. For signs where there were only 1 character, I thought it'd be interesting to explore their compatibilities with characters the interact with in canon.

I'm not really an astrology girlie, but I tried to do some thorough research.

Absolutely obsessed with the notion that KnB is simply one long friendship breakup and makeup arc.

It always throws me that the MiraGen were actually friends. Before their collective descent into madness they had lunch together and hung out after school :(

Anyways KnB gets way funnier when you realise that basketball is the backdrop to them working out their issues.

I just know that Kuroko never lets them live it down post canon. For example “Remember the time Aomine had his diva era?”

Also as a side note, I have to say that Kise is the most normal MiraGen. He’s definitely arrogant but honestly I’m surprised he’s not more arrogant given that he’s a teenager who’s effortlessly good at everything and is rewarded for it.

hc that Kise actually gets hurt when Teiko team ignores him and feels left out often

he tries not to ponder about it but he can't help it sometimes, thinking that he's just new and can't really contribute to the group

especially with Kuroko, he feels bad about it but also he has so much fun with Teiko bball team so he doesn't hold back anyways and tries still to be acknowledged
