It's yet another sleepless night for Aomine. Kagami had been deep asleep next to him and it was making Aomine mad, so he moved to the couch. With a blanket wrapped around him, Aomine was sitting in the darkness, slowly knitting with a yarn.

"... What are you doing?", Kagami appeared in the entryway, yawning and frowning. It was just minutes past six and Kagami was woken up by the sun and the lack of his boyfriend next to him.

"Nothing", Aomine covered the yarn with the blanket.

"Is that— are you—? You know how to knit?", Kagami basically spat the words out, utterly confused.

Aomine said nothing. He had never told Kagami about his little insomnia activity and it was embarrassing to be caught like that.

"... Can I see it?", Kagami asked after a bit of silence.

"... You... You want to?", Aomine tried his best not to show his excitement but the shine in his eyes was impossible to hide.

"Yeah!", Kagami replied. He sat down next to him and waited for Aomine to put the blanket down so he could see. Slowly, Aomine did show him the orange and black yarn in his hands, as well as the head and the belly that he had already done. "What is it?"

"... A—... It's a tiger", Aomine admitted. "I, uh, I also made a panther..."

Kagami observed the whole creation process while holding the knitted panther filled with fluff in his hands. Once Aomine finished attaching the tail and the paws to the body, Kagami moved the panther plushie towards the tiger one and made them kiss.

"... Are you five?", Aomine huffed with a huge grin on his face.

"I thought they might work like voodoo."

"You're stupid", Aomine bit his lip, but then moved forward and kissed Kagami on the lips.

"Yeah, so they do work like voodoo... Can you make little cubs then? Or add a pregnancy belly to the panther—"

"And you destroyed the moment, thanks", Aomine stood up to go make himself some tea, leaving the laughing Kagami on the couch. He stayed with his back towards his boyfriend, hiding his red face and his smile from him. He would definitely make little cubs now.

While I can appreciate it if it's a good fanfic [I really like Royals by Kryzanna check it out on AO3], I am truly a kagaao truther to the end. I am not sorry, Kagami is not a bottom yall and I believe Aomine is a fake freak/perv, like he is not the same when intimate.

Otherwise, i am honestly a switch lover but there are almost no switch fics which kinda sucks but if I have to choose a dynamic then it's Kagaao!
