Pulled my sweet girls Samantha and Kirsten out from storage, where they've been for the past 3 or 4 years. So glad to see them again and feel the same joy and connection I remember from when I was little! They both need <s>some</s> alot of TLC, I've already tightened Samantha's limbs, but I fear I may need to just restring her. They both need very indepth cleaning and hair care, but I can't wait to get them all mended and cleaned!

Both of thier outfits hand-sewn by my late great grandmother 🫶

I listened to the Elite 4 theme, and I think it's good! But I think I've found my favourite song from the game!

To no one's surprise, I think my favourite song from the game is the Team Star Boss music. Who put a Sonic/JoJo ASB song into the game?! There's so much raw energy, you can feel how the composer put their heart and soul into the song! And it has an ending?! A Pokemon song, with an ending? Impossible!

It checks all the marks for a song I like. Rock type song overlaid with electronic that starts out tense before evolving into a heroic-ish song? Amazing. Hits close to home.

So that's my opinion on the three songs I've listened to so far! I'm gonna try more tomorrow, but I've gotten very attached to the Team Star Boss music and the final boss music. Thanks again for suggesting I listen to this OST!

Just listened to the final battle theme of Pokemon SV and oh my gosh is it such a Toby Fox song

I was just looking for new songs that had this kind of feel! It has similar vibes to Oppa Toby Style and you can FEEL the emotion behind it, even though I have no idea what the ending is about! Though Pokemon has all sorts of bangers in the past (Zinnia, Giratina, Ultra Necrozma, the list goes on), this really specific type of emotional rock song to come out of a Pokemon game shocks me. No idea how to articulate it, but this song is just so good!!!

I'll have to try the E4 theme next since you recommended it to me!

I instantly recognised it as Toby too! I listened to it before the game released via leaks (IT WAS LISTED AS THE WRONG THING. I WOULDN'T HAVE LISTENED TO IT OTHERWISE.) and I could just tell that it was his style. It's actually one of the few songs he had full control over composing!

And yeah, the song is pretty emotional, especially when you hear it in context. As I said above about the leak listing being wrong, the moment I heard the opening of the song play with the final boss battle I just. Instantly knew what the song was going for and OUGH

The E4 theme is one of my faves, I hope you like it!
