MHA Eijrio Kirishima x Reader - Heart Can't Take It

Summary: You and Kirishima finally make up after a big fight.

You've both giving one another the silent treatment for over a week now, even electing to be assigned new patrol partners at work. Was this the end of your relationship? Over a silly argument that, looking back, neither of you could even remember the reason for? He couldn't let that happen.

That's why he now stood at your door, still in his costume, hot off the clock. You both stated at eachother, almost forgetting that either of were ever angry, but he put his boot over the threshold anyways, just in case you decided to slam the door in his face. "Can we talk?"

Now you both stood in the living room of your apartment, feeling as if you were back in high-school with childish crushes on one another. "I miss you, babe." He finally admits stepping towards you.

"I miss you too," you repeat his sentiments, also stepping forward.

"'Fore we talk, can I have a kiss?" He asks, sheepishly, hoping a sign of affection will break the ice. You nod, cheeks burning and wait expectantly for a peck on the lips. Leaning down, his hands cup your cheeks and he plants the first kiss he'd given away in almost two full weeks onto your waiting lips.

Except, he forgot to pull away. "I'm sorry," he murmurs, taking his lips away just enough to move them before pecking again. "For bein' so stubborn." Another peck. "Shoulda come talk to you," And another. "Sooner..."

You couldn't keep the relieved tears from spilling down your cheeks back as you fell into the same pattern. "No, I'm sorry," you argued weakly in between kisses. "Shouldn't have yelled at you," You pressed another desperate hiss to his lips. "Like that..."

In such little time, you were both on your couch, sweetly making out, whispering sorrowful apologizes into one another's mouths. "Can't even remember," he pants licking away a strand of saliva from his lip. "What we...we're fighting about,"

"Me neither," you confessed, brushing your lips over his. "Whatever it was, it wasn't worth being away from you..."

"Agreed," he smiled, melting a bit at your expression. "Thought I was gonna die this week, can't stand bein' away from my baby."

"Me too," you lamented, hanging off his neck with an exhausted sigh. "Don't ever leave mee again, Eiji..."

"Wouldn't dream of it, babe." He replied with a grin cracking across his face, sharp teeth gleaming in the light. "Let's never fight again, 'kay?"

"'Kay," you agreed with a small giggle which became all the sweeter when you felt him begin to lift you off the couch.

"Now, how's about we make up for lost time, huh?" He asked playfully, cradling you in his arms as he stood. "Think skipping workouts, ordering in, and spending the rest of the day is in order."

Before you can say yes, he's already peppering kisses up and down your neck and carrying you off to the bedroom. "Missed you so much, baby," he murmured, laying you down at the foot of the bed. "Never wanna go another day without kissing this pretty face," To punctuate the statement, he presses a loving, longing, passionate kiss to your swollen lips. "Please don't ever make me, my heart can't take it!"

And then, through relieved sighs, and appreciative touches, you promise one another to never repeat the same mistakes twice. A senual and solum vow to remember your time as apart as a cautionary tale as to the consequences of miscommunication. Needless to say, you did bicker a few times after that, but there was never another time you both didn't immediately make moves to reconcile. Your pride wasn't worth going a second without being absolutely devoted and obsessed with one another.

Honest Thoughts on Kirishima

Besides the fact that we share a birthday?! In all seriousness though, I think Kirishima is a wonderful character that deserves all the love. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Horikoshi even said that Kirishima is the glue that holds class 1A together. He's just a super friendly, supportive ray of sunshine. I really love that he always looks for the good in people. Even when we see him interacting with villains he's often trying to talk to them and find common ground. He doesn't just condemn them as evil and a lost cause. He sees them as people. It's so sad that he's had to learn to deal with and overcome so many insecurities, but that also makes him seem more relatable. I think everyone experiences times when they feel inadequate or not good enough, right? It's good to know that something about yourself that may seem less than spectacular can grow and become one of your greatest strengths. I just love how Kirishima is a symbol of optimism!

You heard the tread of heavy and familiar footsteps near your bedroom, before the door swung open with a light creak.

Eijiro walked in, sighing from exhaustion from his earlier workout.

"Hey baby, how was your work out?" You asked him, without turning to face him.

"It was good, but..." He responded trailing off at the end.

"But what?" You said, beginning to turn towards him.

"But I broke a nail, and my lace is lifting." Eijrio whined, as you finally got a good look at him.

Your tall, muscly, and almost intimidating looking boyfriend had on a 32 inch jet black lace wig that was lifting in some places, and 3 inch black glitter, red bottom, coffin shaped nails, with the left pinky nail missing.

You were at a loss for words, and ultimately broke out laughing.

"What's so funny?" He pouted.

"Baby, you didn't have to keep any of that on, I told you I was just testing out new methods." You chuckled.

"I know! But I felt pretty, I wanted to keep them on but I guess I cant..." Eijiro huffed.

"Aw baby, I'll do it again whenever I try something else out, okay? Let's get these off you."

⇶ Of course, this can't just work one way, Eijiro wants the same in return!

⇶ Spend some time with him doing what he likes too!

⇶ Play video games with him, it's okay if you don't know how, he'll teach you!

⇶ Help him re-dye his hair

⇶ And if you're comfortable, come to the gym with him!

⇶ You can do your workouts together and he can show you how to use different machines if you don't already know

⇶ Or, at least do home workouts with him or be nearby when he does them

⇶ He'll even let you sit on his back while he does push ups!

⇶ If you're scared of being too heavy, don't be. Because regardless he'll lift you onto his back like you're weightless and start his workout

"It'd take a boulder for me to break a sweat, you've got nothing to worry about babe!"

⇶ Eijiro is also 100% the type to have you hold his legs down while he does sit ups too

⇶ Not because he needs you to hold them down, but because he wants a kiss from you everytime he comes back up

⇶ He will make you his passenger princess

⇶ Eijiros got a habit of stopping by unexpectedly. It's not completely unexpected, he always calls and asks if you're home and if you are he tells you to get dressed then swings by to pick you up

⇶ Your dates are usually planned, so days like these are just for him to drive around and do errands while you sit pretty in his passenger seat with his hand on your thigh

⇶ Stops to get you food of course, and asks if you need anything while you're at the store

⇶ The day full of errands always turn into evenings of him asking you to spend the night, to which you happily oblige

⇶ You help him cook dinner and meal prep, then eat dessert while watching a movie or playing video games together

⇶ Always gets sleepy before you, but can't actually sleep without you, so you follow him to bed where you curl up together and he mumbles about how much he loves you before his words turn incoherent and into soft snores

⇶ Needless to say, a relationship with Eijiro will be the most fulfilling relationship you could ever ask for. Anything you need and want, just say the word. And all he asks for in return is the same energy

Omega!BNHA boys - easiest to hardest labours

Anon: who has the easiest or the most difficult time giving birth for the BNHA boys?

and

Anon:  Which BNHA boys had the easiest/hardest births?

(Okay, the people have asked and so I have delivered. I do think that Dabi, Shouto and Aizawa probably wouldn’t have any pups, but I also don’t think they’re so against getting pregnant as someone like Kakashi. Therefore, while I will never write pregnant Kakashi, I’m happy to write pregnant Dabi, Shouto and Aizawa. I picked the characters to include based on who I had ideas for. Enjoy~) 

Warnings: Fairly graphic labour depictions (Nothing crazy but some specific stuff), blood mentions, mentions of epidurals, mentions of near death experiences. 

1.    Hitoshi Shinsou ��� He has difficulties whilst pregnant, but as far as the actual labour goes, Shinsou has the easiest time ever. Even his first pregnancy was super easy, and with every consecutive pregnancy (Shinsou has four pregnancies and five children in total) it just gets faster and simpler. None of his labours last more than five hours. He’s the poster boy for ‘Doctors and other omegas hate him’.  

2.    Izuku Midoriya – Firstly, this boy has the most insane pain tolerance ever, so that certainly helps him during labour. Basically, the whole thing is simple for him. He has you and his mother with him for support, and everything goes completely as planned. It’s not easy, but it’s certainly easier than most omegas find it.

3.    Katsuki Bakugou– His is much the same as Izuku’s. Simple and easier than most omegas find it. He’s only slightly lower down because his pain tolerance isn’t quite as high, and Katsuki had twins which made it slightly more complicated. However, he made sure that everyone else’s experience was as hard as possible. The doctors and midwives will certainly remember Bakugou, let’s just say that.

4.    Eijrio Kirishima – His labour is very normal and average. He definitely decides to go for a natural birth, because he’s definitely man enough to handle it without pain medication. Spolier alert, he caves and gets an epidural. That definitely makes the first part of the labour more difficult. He handles the whole thing very well though, but he’s got a strong grip so his alpha’s hand may be a little sore.

5.    Denki Kaminari – Denki’s labour is also normal, but his pup is very large and Denki tears pretty badly. Kaminari can’t walk very well when he leaves the hospital and has to use a wheelchair for a little while. He’s very adorable though, because he invites all his friends over and lets them into the hospital room one by one, as long as the doctors are cool with it. He tries to keep up a cheerful attitude the whole time, and he gets very, very loud while he’s pushing. He also definitely gives his alpha some nasty electric shocks if they don’t wear some heavy-duty rubber gloves. Kaminari can’t walk very well when he leaves the hospital and has to use a wheelchair for a little while.

6.    Fumikage Tokoyami – His labour is exhausting, in every sense of the word. It’s lasts 24 hours in total, and he gives birth to triplets. Three babies and an entire day of labour. No wonder he’s exhausted. By the end, he’s constantly saying that he can’t do it anymore, and when the labour is finished, he’s only awake long enough to glance at his babies before collapsing. It’s tough for him.

7.    Dabi – This is where things start to shift into more difficult labours. His labour is also in the normal range, but he doesn’t have access to medicine in the same way as the people above him on the list. He has to deal with it with only his alpha and a sketchy medic who could probably stitch him up but had never delivered a pup before. He doesn’t get proper post-natal care, so it takes him a while to recover, but ultimately, he’s okay. Honestly, everyone else in the room is in just as much danger as him because he really loses control of his fire. If his alpha doesn’t have a quirk that can counter him, they might have to leave the room at certain points.

8.    Shouto Todoroki – He has to have a c-section because his hips aren’t wide enough because of the suppressant abuse he endured during puberty. Shouto is pretty terrified of being drugged with pain meds because it freaks him out to be so vulnerable around so many people. His alpha needs to make sure he can see them at all times while he’s having his operation because he needs to be kept calm. Shouto needs quite a bit of time to recover too, because his job is so physically demanding that he can’t return until he’s fully healed. He’s not very happy about that.

9.    Shouta Aizawa – Shouta has a really tough time in labour, particularly after his pup is already out. He haemorrhages badly. His alpha actually gets shoved into the corner of the room with how many doctors flood to the room to treat Shouta. It’s definitely very nerve-wracking for a few hours, but Shouta is okay in the end. Very tired, but okay. It’s a huge relief, although you definitely have to constantly stop Shouta from overworking himself while he’s still recovering.

10.   Toshinori Yagi - His labour is very high risk from the get go. He has a significant injury, he’s very underweight and he’s in his late forties. It was just red flag after red flag, but he was desperate for a family now that he had finally retired and he wouldn’t stop until he had achieved his dream. So, he gives birth at a private hospital with a whole army of doctors to help him. His blood pressure sky rockets, and he has issues with blood loss. The pup is thankfully very healthy, if a little underweight, but Toshi is in a bad state. He’s pretty distressed through the whole thing, and relies on his alpha to calm him down and support him as much as they can. It takes him a long time to recover, but he treats the recovery seriously now that he’s retired and it goes well. 

11.  Tomura Shigaraki – If he had better medical attention, he wouldn’t be right at the bottom of this list. His labour is complicated. His pup is in breech and gets tangled in the umbilical cord, which is not immediately clear because he couldn’t go to a hospital. He managed to kidnap a doctor after he found out that he was pregnant, offering to let him go once he delivered the baby, but the doctor was still lacking enough equipment to properly help him. He had to go the hospital in the end, covering his face and hiding his identity, relying heavily on his alpha to get him there and protect his identity. He was in such a dire condition that the doctors treated him first and asked questions later, the second he was awake and vaguely stable, you both grabbed your pup and broke out of the hospital. It was a disaster and both Tomura and his pup almost died multiple times.

at first he flinched, but then he relaxed feeling your doughy legs, with a faint blush painting his cheeks

You just laughed at him and then he had chosen that you will never sit next to him

It was the last thing you saw before the wet salty tears completely blurred your sight. It couldn’t be. It can’t have happened. He’s the strongest person you know, why him? WHY HIM? You asked yourself that a million times as the most violent sobs of your life racked your body. Everything was hazy and your ears were ringing with the shrill sound of agony. The news headline flashed across your TV, only reminding you of what had occured.

Somehow, while you cried, your arm found the energy to shut off the annoying noise coming from the screen. A million thoughts shot through your brain at a million miles a minute. Why him? He’s gone. Your story wasn’t meant to end yet. The last thought shook you to your core as you thought of all the memories you shared. The beach trips, the arcade wins, the kisses under the moonlight where he swore to you that he was yours. Those nights meant the most to you and him.

A knock at your door disrupted your uncomfortable sadness. The weak knees you called your own did their best to hold you, in an attempt to stumble to the door. “Bakugou” No other words were exchanged, just the embrace of a friend with the same shared grief. His arms were rough and calloused, smaller than Kiri’s. There was a small part of you that wanted nothing more than to keep holding him, hoping, praying, that somehow this was all a dream and Kiri was the one holding you in a tight embrace right after a tough mission.That side of you was dreadfully wrong.

Soft plush grass lightened your step as your lover guided you to your shared paradise. A small blanket laid on a lakeside shore.
