Well it has been a long time since I posted 'I want you', no I did not lose interest (in fact it was written like six months back or so), but yeah romantic disaster Kirinmaru is back, and no he is never okay, and Sunako is pretty much something- feeding on his misery!

But yeah Sunako is something 🫠 , even I am shocked how I loved writing her #delulu status

Thank you @fawn-eyed-girl for being an actual rockstar in that particular!!

Anyway you may be wondering what the sketches are like, I did some like months back and I should do some more again!

I'm sorry, but once I read the crack theory that Inuyasha is either Midoriko's reincarnation or a close relative (think nephew)....yeah, I don't know what to make of Midoriko x Kirinmaru theory.

I am sorry if the update has been long, since I updated my @inu-mothership fleet week story because things have been busy since I came back from the holiday, which I have to deal with family and friends and basically me self-learning Japanese- I have to do a Mirsan cameo because I love them a lot and I have so much fun. A huge shoutout to @arisukingdom for saying to me to complete that chapter.

I am working hard for them to confess their feelings very very soon

One of my long-time friends in the world of Hanyou No Yashahime is Sun-Young ( @sunyoungpeony )... who commissioned me. She will be using this artwork for her upcoming MidoKirin fanfiction… According to her, she discovered that in AO3... the pictures there can be added to the story to give readers a clear vision of what's happening between Kirinmaru and Midoriko…. I'm excited to read it and can't wait to find out what will happen. As a spoiler, Kirinmaru and Midoriko here are shown taking a bath together… Kekkekeke!!! 😁😁😁😁😁😁

Kirinmaru and Midoriko: Fertility Shrine (Coming Soon)

Kirinmaru could only say one thing: there is still much he doesn't know about Midoriko, particularly her duties as a shrine maiden. It turns out there are many aspects he remains unaware of concerning his human priestess lover.

According to her, she is going to attend a ceremony. So, is this the place where the ceremony will be held tomorrow? He just couldn't believe that she was going to take him to that place—to that strange shrine he had never seen before!

Midoriko, who was standing beside him, gently clasped his hand. Her affectionate gaze and soft voice carried no ill intent. "If we wish to conceive a child in the future, we will visit this place again where we can seek blessings for our child's well-being."

Kirinmaru wanted to feel guilty because of the thoughts running through his mind. While the priestess expresses pure love for him, he is the opposite of what he thinks. It seems like Midoriko is not aware of how her actions and words are currently affecting his body.

It has been forever since I posted a new chapter for 'I Want You' which we passed its first year of me updating this project! I want to say a huge thank you to all who followed my story and my beta @fawn-eyed-girl for reading this tale.

Weddings can be a great source of character exploration, having me experience that occasion, with drunk guests, nosy family members and conflicting thoughts, and I tell you this particular wedding was wild.

Anyway, enjoy this tale 🫶 I may be posting twitter (now X) thoughts of these particular past two chapters, depending how I am feeling (Yes your gal is slightly under the weather🤧 )

This has been a long time overdue, so I recently commissioned @eliza-faust-diary to work on some stuff for an upcoming chapter for "I want you to come and say everything to me", which you will see later 😏, if I summarize that part, it goes like 'local himbo trying to get his shit together over an obviously drunk priestess which he supposed to get her heart for a dowry prize on a flower field, with Lara's theme from Doctor Zhivago playing so ever loudly in the distance'

I tell you, I always loved Eliza's whimsy style, since I join the @inu-mothership server and that chapter happens to be on a magical turtle island, and I knew she would be the perfect fit for this particular story (I have another one, upcoming with her, which I will share once I get that said chapter up)

She really nailed the romance, and the magical Disney AF moments- especially the hair lock (You will see why) 🤌🏼, especially when I said to make Midoriko super drunk, means I make her super drunk AF xD

Thank you for being so awesome and kind here, which I hope you have fun dipping your toes more into the Midokirin tugboat xD
