Kiramune Music Festival 2019

Attended both days - great show from all the artistes! Kakki was ON FIRE for Day 1, especially for his second set! He was a little off key for Day 2, but it was super enjoyable nevertheless. Did anyone else attend KMF 10th Anniversary? Please PM me so we can talk trash reminisce the event!

VOCI DAL GIAPPONE: Speciale Kirafes 2019

Una speciale puntata della nostra rubrica a tema seiyuu, parleremo del Kiramune Music Festival 2019!

E dopo questa pausa pasquale, torna alla carica la nostra rubrica VOCI DAL GIAPPONE, che per l’occasione sarà un’edizione speciale dove parleremo del “Kiramune Music Festival 2019″, uno dei maggiori eventi musicali che si tiene ogni anno e che vede sul proprio palco alcuni dei seiyuu più influenti del panorama giapponese!

Il Kiramune Music Festival, chiamato più semplicemente KIRAFES, è uno dei concerti più attesi dell’anno e ha una presa mediatica tale da esser conosciuto anche da chi magari non segue particolarmente il mondo dei voice actors giapponesi. Anima del “Kiramune Project”, l’evento ha il suo debutto nel 2009 e quest’anno celebra il suo decennale, con un live event tenutosi il 27 e il 28 Aprile appena passati presso la MetLife Arena di Saitama (Tokyo).

L’edizione di quest’anno inoltre ha visto sul palco ben 16 seiyuu ad esibirsi, in una sì inedita ma completa formazione del gruppo dal momento che nelle edizioni precedenti fosse capitata l’assenza di qualche membro per questioni lavorative. Gli artisti che si sono esibiti sono:

KamiYu (duo formato da Irino Miyu e Kamiya Hiroshi, due dei membri fondatori del Kiramune)

Uncle Bomb (duo formato da Namikawa Daisuke e Yoshino Hiroyuki)

Kakihara Tetsuya

Okamoto Nobuhiko

TRIGNAL (gruppo formato da Kimura Ryouhei, Yonaga Tsubasa ed Eguchi Takuya)

Sparqlew (gruppo nato nel 2018, i membri sono Hozumi Yuuya, Uemura Yuuto, Chiba Shoya, Yoshinaga Takuto e Horie Shun)

L’evento ha visto come special guest il duo CONNECT, formato da Suzumura Kenichi e Iwata Mitsuo: nonostante siano stati presenti come ospiti, i due sono gli altri membri fondatori del Kiramune e non si esibivano sul palco del KIRAFES da dopo l’edizione del 2014. Non è ancora chiaro se i due continueranno come CONNECT, anche se a detta loro, si andrà avanti.

Il concerto è durato poco più di 5 ore a giornata, dove ogni gruppo o artista solista si è esibito con i propri brani e sia all’apertura che alla chiusura dello show, han cantato tutti assieme i brani portanti del Kiramune (dai titoli Ever Dream, Get Together e Bokura no Egaku Mirai).

Tra i momenti di pura commozione non solo per i fans, ma anche per i membri del gruppo, non sono mancati gli annunci discografici ed eccoli in sunto:

KIRAMUNE MUSIC FESTIVAL 2019 -10TH ANNIVERSARY- Experienced Report!

PS: I apologize for my grammar and spelling mistakes. I supposed to post this after I came back from Japan, but something happened and it deleted my day 1 report, so I needed to rewrite everything. Anyways, here's my report. This would be my first report experience. I have never written any report before about my experienced, like never. But I thought that this was my first Kirafes so I needed to! But since this would be my first time, I didn't know what kind of report should I write?

I was only in Japan for one week, but it was very memorable! Especially when I attended Kirafes 2019!

I am really thankful to my friends in Japan who let me stay in their house, and stayed with me, toured me around. Also, it was the best since I finally met my Japanese friends, who I met in Instagram. Also, the Kiramune friends from Hong Kong, Singapore and even Thailand, who also attended Kirafes. And like finally, my very close friend from the same Country! I finally met her after how many years, lol and her friend, who I knew as Suzu Fan. It was really unforgettable!

For Day 1, I came all the way from Kyoto, took the Shinkansen early morning. It was damn so COOOOLLLLDDD! But anyways, I slept at the Shinkansen, from Kyoto to Nagoya, then took a nap from Nagoya to Tokyo. I got off at Tokyo Station, then from there to Ikebukuro. I would be honest, I was lost. If it wasn’t for those who were wearing Kirafes Jackets, I would be a lots child. Hahaha! But I followed them. When we arrived in Ikebukuro, I searched for a locker first, before exiting the station. Before exiting, I asked first the security staff where I could take the Express Train to MetLife Dome since I couldn’t see anyone wearing Kirafes Jackets anymore and I wanted to make sure that I would be going to the right way. But then, when I got out of the station, I saw lots of fans wearing Kirafes Jackets, so I followed them. I was really a lost child! 😂

There were lots of people already when I arrived at MetLife Dome. I searched first the Kamiya fan I got closed with in Instagram, since she would be giving me Kamiya-san blade sticker. She only sent me the picture of hee tote bag, and her location, I didn’t even know her face. But lol, a creepy me found her immediately. She was surprised, especially too when she found out that I came from Canada since I gave her Maple cookies. Yes, of course, in exchange of the free blade sticker I got from her.

After meeting her, I went to drop the letters and gifts for the members, (i should have taken pictures of them too 😭, sorry, but I was able to dropped them) I then searched for my friend from Canada! I met her already in Kyoto, and this was the 2nd time, then I met her Suzuken fan friend. I asked her to buy some goods for me, the Blade, the Jacket, and also I got the other stuffs I asked when she was in Japan last February, yes, Hareyon-kun! I didn’t line up for goods today since I already planned to buy the goods during Day 2, with my friend who would be with me.

I stayed with them for couple of minutes, until I received a message from A-chan (am gonna call her that), who I bought the ticket from, and she said she was at the flower stands which was sent by the fans. So my friend, led me there. Like we were searching for them, and found them, but we looked at the flower stands first. They were allllll beautiful!

After going around, we met up with A-chan, and she was actually with her mom. Her mom sent her to the MetLife Dome, and would wait for her while she went around Tokorozawa. We also waited for the other one who would be with us, since there were 2 of us who bought tickets from her. I found out that the other one, N-chan, they knew each other already and they went to KAmiYU in Wonderland 4 together. When she arrived, we headed near the gate since it would be 12 soon. The gate would be opening by 12:00 PM.

When it opened, we were so near where they would check the tickets. While we were waiting for the line to move, the three of us were talking, and we three really got along since we are Hiroshi’s fans! Also, N-chan and I are at the same age.

😂 To the main part lol!

It would be long! So, I’ll cut them into parts!
