The reason Mantaro is an only child/so very sheltered/spoiled is because Suguru and Bibinba had a lot of fertility issues.

They tried for another after Mantaro, but they were stillborned.

Mantaro doesn't know (it's a hazy memory of Mommy and Daddy being very sad and crying alot) but it's an open secret among Muscle planet.

Choujin tag arc Mantao was Superior in terms of written character compared to how he was written in the entire series where he was reduced to a hormonal pervert. Wish they had kept him like that the entire series
