So y’all remember that accidental marriage thingie? I have a question regarding that.

I plan on giving my girl Neha (female first lead) a male friend she is close to other than her Jiju Shaan (the guy from strawberry) and Vasu (her husband come childhood frenemy)

I’m thinking of putting a friend from college who works in the same hospital as her now, like when Vasu and Her were studying apart and away from home Neha has these one or two friends in med school whom she’s really close to and platonically casual with and now works with. She is kind of reactive and all and needs someone to vent to at times, so she’ll need a supporting character like that.

One of the reasons I’m chosing for a male friend is because Neha has this kind of careless attitude where she is an airhead to societal norms at times (despite being otherwise mature) because of growing up in an open minded household, so when a samaaj ke thekedaar auntie tries taunting her for stuff like having a busy job, wearing modern clothes, not being extremly reserved bahu type she gives a completely oblivious answer as a running gag, example:

when one society ki auntie sees her with her male friend and slyly tries asking what is she doing out here without Vasu, her reply is “Nahi nahi auntie, driving aati hai mujhe :D Aur kaha aap us ullu ke pathe Vasu pe bharosa kar rahi ho, aapke taar pe tange kapde usne hi to giraye the reverse karte hue”
