I was reading the post about the no slouch ribbons and I don't think I'm really getting it right...for some reason it seems to actually reinforce slouching. Any tips?

Getting the no-slouch ribbons right might require a bit of experimentation, depending on your natural posture. Try leaning backwards slightly, so you tie the ribbons tight at the same time as your shoulders are thrown back. That way, if your posture tips forward into a slouch, you should feel the ribbons pull.

Obviously, if you go into a full slouch, you may make the ribbons too lax to feel them at all. So ideally, the ribbons should be helping you keep your shoulders thrown back, in the kind of upright posture a governess would approve.

It's also worth clarifying that some wearers will actually enjoy having their panties pulled and kept tight, so they'll actually want to avoid slouching so they don't lose the pleasurable friction between their legs. Whatever your preference, find the sweet spot that gives you the sensation you desire.

Final thought: the ribbons would probably work even better if attached to a rigid corset, an idea those who enjoy dressing up in period costumes might like to try.
