It's "Bad Batch makes me sad again" AND "Missing Tech" hours because I listened to this on a fly and oh my gosh does this make me want to eat my feelings again.

I'm feeling so many levels of emotional ups and down because it's so beautiful but this is the last time the whole family is together and Crosshair makes me sad but his theme is so freaking beautiful like they knew what they were doing when writing it.

Totally agree that #TechIsAlive and yes, everyone has been acting suuuuuper weird about Tech's "death" (without any of them ever saying that word or any other form of it other than "sacrifice" etc...), but from what Deana said a little after this clip ("There's two things that happen. It's not the specific thing."), I think she was talking about Omega, not Tech. But she could just be covering her butt on this one so she doesn't get in trouble with the higher ups ;P

One of the Kiners broke down the final music cue from TBB, “I’m Ready,” and had this to say about the motif associated with Crosshair and Mayday. I didn’t even realize there was a musical motif specific to Mayday and this gut punch is how I find out, help. 😭

The music that plays during these two episodes is straight up out of a horror movie at times. Kudos to the Kiners for a truly terrifying score, especially with certain themes and leitmotifs

The moment when Crosshair locks eyes with the clone assassin and the music just goes straight horror gave me chills. It's so sinister and SW hasn't felt like this in a while

Me, pretending be a normal, non-obsessive Star Wars fan: yes I liked the Ahsoka end credit sequence the Normal Amount

Also me, to anyone that will listen: note the use of the taiko drums to bring us back to Ahsoka's samurai/Japanese aesthetic as opposed to the Mandalorian's cowboy/Western aesthetic; the presence of non-Jedi force-users such as loth-wolves and purrgils suggesting Ahsoka's continued journey engaging with the Force beyond the Jedi-Sith binary; the weaving in of historical Star Wars soundtrack motifs such as Where the Sun Sails and the Moon Walks and Burying the Dead; and the exquisite timing & placement of actors' names within the sequence e.g. Natasha Liu Bordizzo when Sabine's theme from Rebels begins to play, David Tennant in the visually busiest and connected section of the star map indicating Huyang's long life and extensive connections, and Eman Esfandi at the visually most lonely part of the star map as the journey line heads into isolation. Also note the intensification of the taiko drums during Sabine's theme, an intriguing juxtaposition of the "Jedi" (/samurai) identity and "Mandalorian" (/cowboy) identity, linking both identities with Sabine, and linking Sabine and Ahsoka in the audience's mind.
