Today was the second day of competition at Japanese Nationals.
Azusa Tanaka and Shingo Nishiyama are currently in the lead after the Rhythm Dance. Misato Komatsubara and Tim Koleto are currently in second. Utana Yoshida and Masaya Morita are currently in third.
Kaori Sakamoto is currently in first after the short program. Mako Yamashita is currently in second and Mone Chiba is currently in third.

May I ask for Kinayu Yokoi? I was happy to see her skating so well, and the fact that she did that SP on the first year she managed to qualify for nats, the year after big sister Yuhana's last time at nats. . . That made it even more special.
i have some time off, so opening requests! leave me a message in my ask or on this post and i'll try to get to it in the next week or so. priority is japan nats but other events are fine too

The Japanese Junior National Championships is one of the competitions that decides Japan’s Junior World team. Junior National Champions are automatically qualified for the Junior World team. Top finishers at Junior Nationals are invited to compete at Senior Nationals in late December.
