i may have just made my sideblog here but i just want to say something since i've actually been in alterhuman-related spaces for a while now and this thought has been clawing at my brain for long enough

i feel like a lot of issues in the community could simply be solved by recognising alterhumanity/theriantropy/otherkinity/whatever is a spectrum!!!!

critters can vary from just casually experiencing their alterhumanity to 100% wholeheartedly believing they are their 'type

both parts are valid and everything inbetween too!!!

we should focus on being together instead of alienating eachother by setting up arbitrary rules :[
