As flirtatious and sexually open as Death Drop is(even outside the ring), people who are close to him often describe him as a lovable dork.

Glass Joe, for example, knows Death Drop the best. He knows his quirks and his pet peeves and knows how wholesome and earnest he is when he’s not being a hornball. The two often go on romantic dates and spend plenty of quality time with one another outside of work, and Glass Joe is one of the only people who know that Death Drop is a HUGE cuddlebug. :)

For example: In Brute Bulwark's case, he doesn't really treat people differently in a work environment or not, it's all about the first impressions. He might seem like a total grump in his depictions, but it's only because the other boxers gave him a terrible first impression. If he met anyone who was kind to him from the get-go he'd definitely be a lot nicer!
