Free 'Evergreen' Gym Bag pattern!
Hello Denizens of the internet!
I have made a thing very recently.
It's a gym bag pattern, and it's Free!
Is it perfect? No
Is it easy to follow on how to make it without instructions? Uh....maybe?
Is it free? YES!
Follow the link below to download and use it.
https://ko-fi.com/s/2b8aa626af
It is intended to be viewed, printed if needed, or even possibly printed in true scale at a 1:1 ratio on a plotter printer.
The pattern is also "as is" but I do intend on making a video eventually on how to make it yourself, along with instructions, that may be uploaded as part of the package in the future.
If you use it, please tag me on Instagram (@) kieraoona or go to my community tab on YouTube, and comment on the post I made about the pattern there, at the link below:
Why 'Evergreen' you ask? I wanted to name all my patterns after trees, and the person I made this pattern for, @astras-rambles named it!
Also note I don't have any working photos of the final project at the moment, but I intend to, when I have a chance.

Hello Denizens...and Wheel of Time cosplayers!
I wanted to get you a better diagram of the elements of the Aes Sedai shawl, as described from the books, and I'm hoping they will be in the show at some point
For those of you who are making one of your own, just remember there is no time limit to this craft along this time. To showcase your work, please use the hashtag #wotcraftalong
For those of you in the Costube community who want to make one, if you are making one, through the usual channels on Discord, if you are interested, please @ me so I can set a realistic timeframe for reveals if you would like to add one to my reveal video.
If you are on Instagram, please use the hashtag so I can find your work. If you are a YouTuber, and making one of these shawls for your own cosplay, you can always @ me there as well.
If you are here on Tumblr, you can also @ me so I can see your work if you make one, either to this blog, or my main @kieraoona
Also keep in mind, you can use mixed methods of any material.
You can weave, knit, crochet, or sew to make one. You can use natural fiber, or acrylics.
You could even make one out of scraps, using patchwork techniques for quilting to make your shawl.
If anyone has questions, or needs a bit of help, please comment on my YouTube Community page at the link above.
For reference I used a very, very bare bones basic knitting pattern to make it.
I’ve also added a better image of general shape and construction for the shawl if you choose to make one. Please note the date of this post is Feburary 5 2023.

I’ve posed a question to the general sewing community, and especially anyone who’s a beginner. The link will take you to my community page on Youtube.
For any new sewists out there, what is the one thing you wish you knew how to do, that no one has ever explained how to do to help you sew?
Something that's a basic skill that's been frustrating you, that you might need a bit more direction or instruction?
Need help decoding instructions on a pattern? Or just following a commercial pattern?
Please tell me, on my latest post on Youtube, and I'll see what I can do to help you all out there. I may make a video based on your questions, or needing advice.
