The recently published Tampa General Hospital Annual Report features the story of the kidney transplant surgery Michael Haggard had 3 years ago. His living donor....his brother-in-law US Army Major Allen Buckhalt. Next week Haggard will be the guest patient speaker at the hospital's annual gala dinner.
