A/N: y’all...i’m sorry i suck, but i wrote something. it’s terrible. welcome to hell. also there may or may not be a happy ending!
-
The air is thin and cold tonight.
It’s dark and the day is over. Sure, work is good and it tends to boost my mood. People like me. I make good money and it's a distraction. But now that it’s Friday, I can’t help but think about how quickly my mood changes with the night. Walking out of the office doors remind me that there’s a whole other world of thoughts and feelings outside of the work I take pride in. Maybe I never did feel good. Maybe I just got good at pretending.
As I walk outside in the darkness with my cold hands clenched inside my coat pockets, I think of her. The one who I never expected to share my feelings with. She's the one who I never expected to have such a beauty that the smell of her lingers in my nose and I have to stop myself from going insane. Think I might not be doing a very good job at that, since being apart from someone so alluring like that is like being homesick. She's that someone, the one everyone never expects to sweep them off their feet - as cheesy as it is. It's her.
Natasha.
Her fiery red hair that makes me wanna sing, “Come on baby, light my fire.”
The cute smile and laughs she gives when she stops the cold deadpan every once and awhile. I always wonder if she only brightens up because of me. Was I such a strong connection that I helped her forget about all the weight of the world she carries on her shoulder?
There’s a possibility that I think too much.
Maybe after our talks in my apartment, cuddled up on that L shape couch staring at the stars out the window, she knew I was one she could trust. That even though our experience is nothing similar, the pain is. Maybe that's why she got soft on me. I notice a big smile creep on my lips. I wish she was here to stand on her tippie toes to squeeze my cheeks and peck my lips with a giggle, like she always did.
“Your smile is just too cute, I have to kiss it.” She'd say, with that soft, sultry voice. I'd stare down at her in adoration. She'd probably say she could see the love in my eyes.
But why'd she pull away? Why'd she stop? Why did she obviously want me to leave?
I shake my head violently to get rid of the thought. I don't wanna think about that anymore. Maybe I should try to stop thinking about her entirely if she didn't even try to talk to me.
The harsh coldness of the air seems to crack in my lungs when I inhale, and the steady exhale of my breath steams the air. I look up to the stars as my right hand pulls out my smokes from my pocket and the left takes one out and places it in between my lips. I light my cigarette as I start walking to the train. As soon as I get home I know I'll pour myself some wine and look out the floor-to-ceiling window. That window. Yeah, like something out of a movie. Picturesque with a sense of longing. If I look at the situation like a cinematic masterpiece maybe it won't hurt as much. Separate myself from the real.
Natasha and I, we'd never called it official, but it was. We’d known each other for a while, I met her when I came into her office on a sales call. It started off soft, but strong. Little glances and wary touches, grazing of finger tips. There was undeniable attraction there. I’d finally came back into her job two days later, and asked her out. That took balls, and it was way out of character for me, but I knew that red headed woman with the alluring voice and plump lips was worth it. Rest was history.
5 weeks together was all it took to feel this strong. We were just us, and we felt comfortable in each other's grips. We laughed, and cried. We both felt that anxious warmth in our belly as we became more acquainted, and the feeling got worse as we were apart. Sometimes when she left the apartment I'd sit on the floor and lean my head up against the door. It all happened so fast, and maybe that's just because of the same-sex hormones in the air, but it was so god damned real. It still is.
Until 2 weeks ago, she pulled away. She didn't call, she didn't answer my texts. I'd pace around the nearly empty apartment and stare the vacant space on the couch next to me. Looking at our messages was painful since I looked a fool, with my questions and lingering. I gave up after a few times. As my last hope, I waited for her to come with her choice of take out and a movie on Friday night - tradition - but she never showed. And that L shaped couch got even bigger and lonelier.
I arrive at the station and put my cigarette out in the smoker's post. I fix my hat over my hair, take a deep breath, and check my phone. It's 6:39 and the train arrives at 6:45.
“Nice,” I mutter to myself. “Home.” I sigh, and pull my hat over my eyes as I sit down on the nearest bench. It's nowhere near comfortable, but it's familiar. Finding solace in a routine is a smart idea if you feel string out and lost in the universe. That's why I like to clean the apartment in a certain way, start with paperwork first at the office, and wake up at the same time every day. That's why it was a bad idea to have a movie night with Nat every Friday. Should've known.
A loud grinding and screeching from a bit away seems to snap me out of my thoughts. My hand finds its way to the top of my hat, pulling it up so my eye can peek cautiously out. Got a habit of being either too careful or too careless. Standing up, I fix my hat and check my pockets for everything, and wait until the train comes to a stop to get on to the top level.
Train rides are the best part of my day, when I'm out. The scenery isn't the best, but it's still nice to look at as it speeds by and I rest my head back into the seat, legs stretched out in front me. I take my year pass out of my pocket and place it on the small table in front of me, available for the workers to check it while I put my hat back over my eyes and try to rest.
---
My internal clock, or rather, my comfort in routine, wakes me up just in time before I hear my stop being called. I mistakenly pull my hat off my eyes too quickly, forgetting that the brightness of the lights will burn my eyes. I wipe them quick, stretch my neck, and grab my pass. Almost home.
The steps down from the upper level of the train and then on to the platform seem to speed past me. Before I know it, I’m on the pavement walking quickly away, cold air blasting my face. My place is close to this station, so I don’t need to call a cab. My steps are quick, they always have been. I walk with a purpose, always needing to go fast so I don’t wait around. Nat always joked that it looked like I was making a “death strut” and I was “ready to kill.” I’d reply with some dirty joke about killing that ass. Shaking my head, I can’t help but chuckle to myself. I probably look like a fool, but I sure make myself laugh.
The door to my apartment complex is always tricky, but I get it unlocked moderately fast with my shivering hands. I make my way down the main hall and press the up button on the elevator. Taking off my hat and smoothing down my hair, I wait eagerly for the creaky old elevator to come. It’s funny, really, my apartment is modern and polished but this damn elevator is an old thing that brings screeching with every movement. It’ll probably crash sometime soon. Suppose it gives the building character.
The elevator slowly, and loudly, brings me to the 8th floor. One floor away from having a loft, I suppose. I make it out of the elevator alive and make a beeline for apartment 8C, keys jangling in my hand. Turning it slowly, I finally get inside the apartment. I kick my shoes off and throw my keys and hat on the foyer table to my left. Letting out a much needed exasperated sigh, I run my hands through my hair and stare straight in front of me. That big window, and that goddamned couch. It sure is a pretty view, seeing the stars twinkle and the building light in the dark with an occasional plane fly by. There’s a silence in the air and my mind, surprisingly, and I shake my head. Wine time.
My sock covered feet feel good on the hardwood floor as I stretch my arms above my head and start my walk to the kitchen. I pull out my phone and open it, wanting to put on some soft but still upbeat music to set the mood for getting weekend wine drunk. I reach the kitchen with my eyes still staring at my phone, grazing my Spotify library for something perfect. Wanna set the mood nice enough, wanna feel b-
I hear a throat being cleared.
“Hey, stranger.” I hear a familiar voice break the silence. I nearly jumped out of my skin and dropped my phone, with a gasp and a hand up to my mouth.
“I didn’t mean to scare you.” Natasha nearly whispers, with a somber expression.
I freeze up. What do I do? What do I do? My mind is screaming at me, begging me to make a move or for fucks sake, say something.
“What are you doing here?” I finally squeeze out, swallowing the lump in my throat. I examine her, the piercing eyes and full lips. She looks beautiful, of course, but I know I don’t. My heart seems to squeeze yet beat a mile a minute. That warm anxiousness in my stomach is back again. What the hell is she doing here?
“I came to see you,” she fixes her lips and smiles. “It’s Friday.”
I look at her, confused. She lifts up her arms and reveals two plastic bags full of styrofoam boxes. Take out. I know it’s movie Friday, but she missed two of them. Why is she here now? I thought she wanted space. I thought she didn’t want to be with me anymore.
I figured instead of stand still and thinking of what I want to say, I’ll sit across from her at the kitchen island, and say it. “Nat, I thought you wanted space. You withdrew from me. You didn’t answer me, you didn’t call, you didn-” my voice starts to crack.
“I know.” She cuts me off. “I’m so sorry, I can’t even begin to explain what happened.” She seems eager to talk to me but scared, and her voice speaks volumes but it’s somehow...small.
She clears her throat again. I can tell she’s about to tear up. “I had gotten terrified. I realized that the way you held me and kissed me, and the way you understood me...the way you touched me,” she gulps, and looks up at me with those stunningly sad eyes, “I loved you. I love you. And I got scared. I’ve said it before to others but I never really meant it. Which is scary, because it’s been so fast with us, but I know it’s real.” She finishes, shaky and sad. A tear falls down her cheek and she quickly wipes it away.
I grab the hand that wiped the tear, bring it down to the counter and intertwine my fingers with hers. She stares down at our hands, seemingly surprised, and moves her head up to look me in the eyes.
“Baby, I love you.” I smile brightly. The pain dissipated. “You’re amazing. I mean, I can’t really put all that,” I gesture to her body, “in words.” She giggles.
“Let alone how you make me feel,” I breathe out and shake my head in joy. “Every single thing about you, Nat. I swear.”
I wanted to continue, but she leans over the counter to kiss me. Our lips crash and I taste all the beauty and love I felt once again. I put my hands on her face, cupping her cheeks and kissing her deeply. I pull away, and stare into her eyes as I swipe my thumb across her cheek. So fucking beautiful.
She gets up and puts her hand out in front of me, asking me to take it. Intrigued, I put my hand in hers and stand up, as she walks me to the couch. I look down at her, being slightly taller than her, and I take in the beautiful red hair and her scent --gardenias. She gestures for me to sit down with her hands excitedly. She always acts like she owns this place, stealing my clothes and making all the calls. She gets it though, since she knows I have all the power in the bedroom. I chuckle to myself yet again. She plops herself in my lap, and kisses my cheek.
“I’m sorry,” she whispers, the solemn, longing expression making an appearance again. “I wanna be with you. Us, together, no space.”
I tuck her hair behind her ear, and kiss it. “Space is the last thing I want from you.” I whisper, and grab her face to kiss her again. I’ve been waiting for this. I needed this. I needed her.
As she pulls away and looks at me, biting her lip, a question arises in my mind. “How did you get in here? The door was locked.”
“Fire escape. Bedroom window.” she snickers, and licks her lips. “Beautiful as ever, babe.” she whispers and gently starts kissing my neck. I gasp and throw my head back, and as I open my eyes, I see the view out of the window.

GRAPS AND CLAPS REVIEWS - REV PRO GLOBAL WARS UK
Tumblr media
Hello and welcome everyone to this edition of Graps and Claps, this time taking me to the Brixton Recreation Centre for Rev Pro's big Global Wars UK show with the main event rematch for the Undisputed British Heavyweight between Minoru Suzuki and Tomohiro Ishii (a proper 2 dads in a car park match).
Early start for me to get down to London with a 50 minute bus from Rochdale to Manchester, followed up with a 2 and half hour train/tube trip to Brixton, arriving in what is an upmarket area of the nation's capital but on this impression with the wafting smell of fish in the air and a grey and miserable day this wasn't the upmarket area that it was supposed to be.
Only one boozer we visited here was a branch of the Craft Beer Co located near the Beehuve Wetherspoons. A mixture of 20 beers on tap either keg or cask plus a number of cans were on sale as well, the decor inside this pub was akin to an american diner of sorts with bright flashing boards and red leather seats.
A good 2 hours was spent in here meeting up with a number of wrestling luminaries including the Indy Corner's JP and Joe, whilst also looking outside at Mark Davis walking past in his socks and sandals - whoever thought this look was going to come back into fashion, but I'm not going to argue with Dunkzilla's fashion sense.
4 pints in here were mainly IPA based with the £5.40 Siren Brewery IPA being the best of the pints I had, when visiting here do expect to pay anywhere from £4.50 to £8 a pint but in all honesty it is maybe the best place for a drink near the venue.
With the time coming up to 345pm, our group decided to make our way to the Brixton Recreation Centre which was only round the corner and up one flight of stairs. This venue was in all sense and purposes a gym hall with bleacher seats on one side which were instantly filled, so what was supposed to be a seat for the evening ended up being a standing spot for the duration of the 3 and half hours.
Beer in here was a bit of a shambles with long queues of up to 15 minutes at one stage - our Geoff missed all of the second match thanks to this occurrence. Once they worked things out it did improve but it did feel all a bit like 'spoons with one serving behind the bar - if you cant handle pulled beer, just get cans in - its so simple!
Anyways rant about the £4 beer over with, lets get into the action with a big 9 match card that opened up with the current IWGP Jr. Champion Kushida taking on Kurtis Chapman who was replacing David Starr who was stuck in air limbo due to the airline company going bust but not notifying there passengers - complete shithousery on there part.
So with Chapman taking Starr's place we got down to action with an early feeling out process which Kushida got the upper hand of. A feature of the evening was the at times apathetic crowd that didn't half need a bit of geeing up from my stamping right foot, no wonder I have been walking like John Wayne today.
Despite the quiet crowd this was still a passable match with Kushida looking the best out of the two as he finished off Chapman in around 10 minutes with the Hoverboard driver for the 3 count. To be honest even though he took the match at short notice I didn't think anything stood out about Chapman, that a Josh Bodom could have maybe done a better job as a replacement but hey ho I digress.
Tumblr media
Next up was an interesting Tag Team tussle between Ringkampf (Walter and Timothy Thatcher) vs L.I.J (Sanada and EVIL). Surprisingly there was a lot of offence against the Ringkampf boys especially on Walter from EVIL making the Austrian look vulnerable in comparison to his New Japan counterparts. Ringkampf eventually did come back into the match locking in duel sleepers on both Sanada and EVIL but they both managed to escape the Ringkampf duo's grip as they sent Walter packing to the outside, meaning that Thatcher was left all alone to be hit with the Magic Killer by EVIL and Sanada to get the big victory here in what I could count as a shock.
Match No.3 we had the arrival of Lord Gideon Grey who I haven't seen for ages since the whole feud with Grado and Colt Cabana a couple of years ago. Grey was here to introduce the match up between his Legion of Lords tag partner Rishi Ghosh whom he has recently had issues with at the most recent Cockpit show, his opponent was The Great O-Kharn who has been on the old Wayne Rooney hair growth programme - a proper mound of curly hair.
This was certainly a diversion from the fast paced New Japan feel but with a great bit of storytelling in between the ropes with Ghosh playing the plucky underdog against Grey's new charge O-Kharn who is currently undefeated and has visibly improved his ringwork since the last time I saw him at Altrincham vs Danny Duggan which was a total dud.
Ghosh managed to crawl out of O-Kharn's claw hold/slam to fightback but as the referee wasn't looking, Lord Gideon whacked his former best friend around the head with a cane to knock him loopy leading to O-Kharn to hit a reverse neck slam to get the three count, cue more ring announcing stylings from Gideon - I surprisingly enjoyed this match and well above my expectations.
4th up we had the clash between Chris Brookes and L.I.J's leader Tetsuya Naito who came out to a great reaction from the Brixton crowd. Early on Brookes fainted Naito to the outside by doing Naito's pose which only riled Mr. Naito who came in to kick Brookes in the shoulder to stop these shenanigans.
Brookes give him his due performed admirably against one of New Japan's big stars and he nearly picked up the shock victory with a Jay Driller for a 2 count, as Brookes was looking to finish things off he got laid out with not 1, but 2 Destino's from Naito who picked up the win in 11 minutes. A solid match but Naito was in house show mode for me wearing his T-Shirt for the duration of the match (come on Naito you have a better body than my fat arse).
Intermission Main Event with my dad's favourite wrestler Zack Sabre Jr. taking on Former NEVER Champion Hiroki Goto. It was during this I found that the current NEVER Champion is Taichi - christ almighty they must be running out of options 😞.
Lots of strikes and submissions in this one folks with ZSJ looking really good in the process and I would say he was quite dominant over his much larger oppponent, one thing I love about Zack are the countless transitions from hold to hold, he is just so fluid as an operator in the squared circle. Despite trying his best to submit Goto, Zack put away Goto in 15 minutes with a reverse bridge pin for the victory as he looks on his way to facing maybe EVIL or Naito in the futute, the Naito match could be a barn burner in my opinion.
Half time break of 10 minutes which stuck to the schedule, we returned with Mark Davis taking on Satoshi Kojima who as we have found out he has gained a great respect for bread of all things - I just can't imagine that Kojima has some Blackpool Milk Roll in his bread bin.
A hard hitting 10 minute match with many clotheslines and forearms in the ring corner by both men but it was Kojima who got the best of things as he hit the rapid fire chops in the corner to Davis to make his chest look like corned beef. Not long after that Kojima finished off Davis with the cozy lariat for the victory and as you may say - the breadwinner for the evening.
7th match up was between El Phantasmo taking on Rocky Romero in what I felt was a bit of a comedown match before the two what would be best matches of the evening. Early dives from both Romero and ELP were hit but when the action got back inside it was ELP who got the better of things as he put away Rocky Romero with a splash/moonsault combo to pick up the impressive victory, but in hindsight this match maybe could have been scrapped just to add a few more minutes elsewhere on the card.
8th match up was an anticipated contest that I was looking forward to seeing with Will Ospreay taking on Chris Ridgeway for whom it was great to see him getting this opportunity high up on this card.
As expected this duly delivered as Ridgeway tried to use many strikes to wound Ospreay but Will was more than his match as his ground game is greatly under appreciated as people still think of Will as ever the high flyer.
With the match coming to the boil, Ospreay looked to hit the Oscutter to Ridgeway but he was caught with a sleeper choke by Ridgeway to cause the tapout victory to end a belting match. After the match Ospreay had to be carried out as he picked up an injury during this contest, as Ospreay went to the back Josh Bodom came out to attack Ridgeway to possibly set up a match between them two in the future - Bodom bodywise looks amazing fantastic shape that hasn't been anywhere near the Holland's puddings.
8 matches, it is now time for your MAIN EVENT and what a main event this was for the Undisputed British Heavyweight Championship between Minoru Suzuki who is the title holder taking on Tomohiro Ishii. Once the singalong to Kaze Ni Nare had ended we got down to business as both Ishii and Suzuki both got into forearming each other really hard and Suzuki hitting some of the hardest chops I have ever seen - these made Walter's chops look like tummy tickles.
The action spilled to the outside to the merch desk and both also had a chair battle in which Ishii came off the worst but he did manage to beat the count to continue the match. With Suzuki on top, he even had time to give me a death stare telling me to zip it from clapping and stamping which elicited a OOOOOHHHH from the crowd as I shat myself.
Suzuki who as I said looked well on his way to victory, got a bit to complacent by not puttong away Ishii and he got duly punished for this as Ishii hit the match winning brainbuster to Suzuki in 24 minutes to end an amazing match and for me easily in my top 5 matches of the year - check this out on the VOD ypu won't be disappointed.
Show done it was time to leave the venue diwn the ultra wet stairs and say our goodbyes to everyone in our group who were all great company - always good to see JP and Joe and Grappl app creator Gareth, you should download the app from the play store to see what it is about.
Overall as a show this was very good if only for the last two matches which I whole hearteadly recommend that you watch. The downpoints though were maybe too many New Japan victories once again with Kojima and LIJ getting wins over talent that should be pushed to the hilt in Rev Pro in Ringkampf and Mark Davis.
With the early finish at 715pm, I managed to get the earlier train back to Manchester to arrive back in Rochdale for 1120pm to rest my aching limbs before going to work in the morning.
I hope you have enjoyed reading, any feedback and comments are welcome and I will return next with a review of Futureshock Wrestling from Prestwich this Saturday, so until then - BYE!!

Sacramento: Twin Towers, Wheel Service, and a Map
Citrus Heights, CA – Sister’s House Had a few inquiries as to how we are, and when was I going to write another blog.  Frankly, we have been with family, have fixed a few things on the motorhome (never ending tasks), and have not gone anywhere in particular outside of a few restaurants, visits with mom and dad, and house sitting at my Sister Patti’s house for pickup and delivery of furniture (Yes Patti, you still owe me lunch ).  Frankly, we decided that after the terrible fire in Napa / Santa Rosa area, that being in dry lands just is not a good idea…and although we have had one rain, with another tomorrow, it has not been enough, and it is too cold up in the Sierras. That said, I was reading Nancy Kissack’s blog (KIssack’s Adventures) the other day and she says, “ Someone challenges you to post seven photos of your life in seven days (no people), then every day you have to challenge someone else to do it.  I am NOT a fan…”.  I thought, hmmm…I don’t want to have to post seven days in a row, but I can post some things in and around Sacramento that are memories which I could share.  So today, I will share three things…Twin Towers, Wheel Service, and a Map.  I “PROMISE” to write some more (I think I hear some YAWNS out there), but not seven days in a row.  Also, in a “World of Google”, all the photos and maps today are from Google maps or Google images.
Above is Sacramento’s “Twin Towers”.  That is not their name, but that is always how I refer to them.  Located at the entire block between P and Q and 7th and 8th, it was a 6 mile bicycle ride from the house I grew up in (2nd grade through 10th grade), and I can guarantee you that I have seen each and every floor in both buildings (think elevators, young boys, and pushing the button for every floor).  I have also walked the underground floor which connects both buildings, AND the best part…have been on the top outside of both buildings where we would drop “golf super balls” down to the ground and see how high they would bounce back up (the inside of a golf ball back then had a rubber ball with a liquid inside, acted much like a super ball).  Of course, mom does not know any of this, until now, and will probably send me to the corner next time I am over at their place!  WHY these buildings you may ask?  Because back then, they were around the tallest buildings in town, they had no security, we just acted like we belonged, and very rarely got questioned and only kicked out once or twice (which means we would just go over to the other building).
I have written a few times about my uncle’s Wheel Service shop that my grandparents (the uncle was actually dad's mother’s brother) worked, my brother Jim worked for awhile, and many family friends worked at.  The top picture shows that it is located at 22nd and S street.  Uncle Mac sold it back in the 80’s to the Sacramento Bee, which is McClatchy Broadcasting, a well known name in the news world.  In the bottom right picture you can see many many newspaper stands stored along the side of the building.  The bottom left picture is where cars would pull in and park, and when ready, the workers would pull them into the building and do front end alignments, balance tires, and/or put on new wheels (including spoke wheels).  They did anything and everything dealing with wheels, and had a large stock of items for sale where “gear heads” would come in and buy things…which is how Arny (sister Sandy’s husband) first had contact with our family so many years ago.  We always wonder if one of those times we were in there sharing donuts with the gang (in the bottom right picture where that car is parked, we would park our car and enter through that large garage door which is closed in the picture…and make a bee line to the wonderful staff (friends and family) to say hello and give them that look of “hope there are some donuts today”.  The other thing we LOVED was the huge bottled water machine….like the one to the right.  For a young kid, and I went down there from the time I was a baby all the way until I was driving, getting water from this machine was magical…and we always wondered how they got the bottle upside down without spilling.  Attached to the machine is a holder which held the paper cups for the water.  Lots of memories of the Sacramento Wheel Service...
I have very little memory of the first home I lived in.  The second home was at the corner of Hooke Way and Irvin.  I attended Hollywood Park Elementary School from K through part of 3rd grade…at which point we moved 2 1/2 miles away.  Now remember, this was the early 60’s…times were different.  More than once I walked to school and home…by myself.  Many times my brothers were walking with me…but not always.  Again, times were different…and it was just cross the street and walk to my left until I came to the first street…follow it until ended and take another right until I got to the school.  Coming home was a bit harder because I had to remember to turn left at the first street I came too…but “IF” I forgot, that street ended on Irvin and taking a left would take me right home. When I entered 3rd grade I was SO HAPPY because I had Miss (whatever her name was), one of the nicest teachers that I think all of my brothers also had.  However, partway through the year we moved 2 1/2 miles away…into a much bigger house.  This happened shortly before I turned 8 years old -- my birthday is late in the year, and just days before the cutoff to hold me back, so I was ALWAYS the youngest in my class until I met Anne in High School who went to the Catholic Elementary School which happened to be right across the street from where we lived on Irvin and Hooke and demanded to be with her older Sister Mary who was in 2nd grade instead of kindergarten.  Anne did so well the first week that they kept her in 2nd with her sister, so she was about 18 months younger than I.  Just so happened that her dad was my Geometry teacher in 10th grade, and when he died of brain cancer the summer after we all graduated from high school, I was one of the pall bearers. So back to the story of the map.  After school I was told (mom insists this is not what she said, but I insist it is) to walk over to her friends house about one third of a mile from school, and “IF” no one was there, go ahead and walk over to the new house.  SO, that is what I did…walked all the way to the new house…all 2 1/2 miles, where I found NO ONE at home.  Minutes later mom drives up with all the kids in the car while I sat there in front of the large garage door and well…someone was in trouble.  The route on the map is the pathway I remember taking, and although today there is a shorter path, the streets going the shorter way were not streets back then, they were farm fields.  To this day mom has no idea HOW I remembered how to get to the new home.  Frankly, I just knew the way because I paid attention as we drove over there before.  As a 7 year old, I could not tell you why I would think mom would have me walk that far…perhaps it was the stories of how she had to walk to school in the snow crossing railroad tracks when she was a kid.  Whatever the reason, I knew I could walk it, and that is what I did.  Today, the danger is not from the cars…but from the people driving those cars.  It was a much different time back then, that is for sure.
It was/is a four bedroom house, three baths (one is just a toilet and sink), laundry room, family room, living room, and in the backyard we put an oval 31’ by 19’ above ground pool with a slide.  We also built a small greenhouse which, until I graduated 6th grade, was strong enough for me to crawl up on top of (yes, day I graduated 6th grade Roger Sandy and I were having a water gun fight…I got on the glass roof like I had many times before, just to come crashing down, and YES, I was in trouble again).  We surrounded the back yard with various fruit and nut trees, we grew vegetables, had a horseshoe pit, and still had room for a lawn to play wiffle ball on…for baseball, football or basketball, we did all that out front, and all the kids in the neighborhood would come over to our house all the time.  I doubt any of the trees or bushes we planted back in the 60's still exist...the basketball hoop and backboard are no longer attached to the roof above the driveway, and the swimming pool is gone replaced by a swing, slide and sand.  The greenhouse is now a shed.   Yes, things were much different back in those days… via Blogger http://ift.tt/2yiYkYn

Video Ads Genius 2.0 Review : The price on Video Ads Genius 2.0 goes up at midnight ET
Video Ads Genius 2.0 Review
Being someone who used to leverage both YouTube and Facebook ads, I am wildly grateful for having encountered and tried Video Ads Genius 2.0. I have totally dropped Facebook ads after trying out my first YouTube campaign applying what I have learnt from Video Ads Genius 2.0 without having my income decreasing at all. Inversely, investing solely in YouTube ads with the grant support from Video Ads Genius 2.0 has rocketed my “junior” account to an “expert” 5-digit one with really much less time and effort spent.
