Oh jeez, that's a tough one.

Probably Haseley because he's got like actual skills that will survive in a capitalist landscape, but I wonder if he's such a traditionalist that he continues to bow hunt and refuses to learn how to shoot a gun.

Kiander would probably join the military.

Huxley would probably join the circus.

Wren Acantha Leyseeker

Wren is my main tav and the focus of my current large fic (I Want to Live). I love this precious trauma child. Daughter of a Hellrider and a wild magic sorceress, lover of Zevlor and now chosen of Jergal though she's in denial about that last bit.

Eres

Eres is a spore druid, necromancer and honestly just a pain in the vengeance paladin Kiander's ass. She is often surrounded in her four ghoul buddies and a series of mushroom-laden zombies. Bonafide swamp puppy.

Qrow

Qrow is a bardbarian. A danger-twink if you will. He and his band of misfits are just trying to get by, and if he can make a story or song out of it? all the better. He's still in his rebellious phase and a bit of an ass at the moment. Goth cowboy vibes.

Taveh Primrose Centariah

The designated 'tav'. Taveh (pronounced Tae-vah) is a happy go lucky sorcerer/warlock with a penchant for annoying the resident wizards because she thinks it's funny when they get flustered. Her emotions effect her wild magic and she has more than once turned the party into cats and dogs. If a puppydog and pixie were merged it would be her.

Time for y’all to meet Kiander.

He’s an Oath of Vengeance paladin, hailing from the land of Unther. A survivor of the Second Sundering, during which time Unther was transported from Toril to Abeir, he spent some of his most formative years under domination from the Abeiran natives, but he returned with the rest of the land, led by the second incarnation of Gilgeam, and he was immediately drafted to fight in the Tymanther-Unther War.

Having witnessed numerous acts of cruelty against his fellow countrymen for at least a decade, and untrusting of the god who rescued him and immediately sent him off to endanger his life once more, he sought out the guidance of a long forgotten god within the land of Unther; Hoar, the god of misfortune.

As a devoted paladin of Hoar, he now seeks to bring justice to those who have escaped it, and he does it by hitting them very, very hard.

Mitaka slowly raised his head, his eyes shifting from where they belonged to meet the General's gaze. It was nothing if not intimidating. He felt the sigh as much as heard it, relaxing just a modicum. While he wasn't 100% certain that the General wouldn't shoot him where he stood for such an insolent question, there were good odds that he would keep him alive because he did his job well. He hoped that would be enough, his eyes dropped to where he knew the General carried his blaster.

Suomalaisen rahastoidun eläkejärjestelmän kunnosta ja etenkin sen sijoitustuotoista on kannettu usein huolta. Silti myös Suomen työllisyyden kehityksellä on eläkejärjestelmän toimivuudelle suuri merkitys.

Asiasta muistuttaa työeläkeyhtiö Ilmarisen talous- ja hallintojohtaja Jaakko Kiander tuoreimmassa blogissaan.

– Tämä johtuu siitä, että rahastoinnista huolimatta eläkejärjestelmämme on suurelta osin jakojärjestelmä, jossa suuri osa eläkemenosta rahoitetaan suoraan kerättävistä maksuista. Siten eläkemaksujen tasoon vaikuttaa myös se, kuinka suuret eläkemenot ovat suhteessa palkkasummaan, Kiander korostaa.

Hän on laskenut, että tällä hetkellä yksityisellä työeläkesektorilla eläkemenot ovat noin 27 prosenttia palkkasummasta, ja väestön ikärakenteen muuttuessa tämä luku nousee vielä vuoteen 2030 mennessä.

– Eläkemenojen suhde palkkasummaan riippuu kuitenkin eläkeläisten lukumäärän lisäksi myös työllisyydestä ja palkkasummasta. Nykyiset laskelmat perustuvat oletukseen, että työllisyysaste olisi 72 prosenttia, ja että työikäisen väestön määrä kehittyisi Tilastokeskuksen väestöennusteen mukaan, Kiander kertoo.

Työllisyyslääkkeeksi Kiander tarjoaa kahta keinoa.

– Korkean työllisyysasteen edellytyksiä voidaan parantaa tukemalla työvoiman liikkuvuutta. Tämä edellyttää riittävää asuntotarjontaa kasvukeskuksissa.

– Toinen keino on laajentaa työssäkäyntialueita parantamalla liikenneyhteyksiä.
