"Well, at least they do not make us wear silly costumes or to sing silly songs. I mean," She glanced at her companion from the corner of her eyes. "They will not make us do any of those things. Right?"

Dorme's luck today had felt non-existent. From an alarm that hadn't gone off, and now onto a broken kettle, and no food in for breakfast. She had hoped that she could get around it by buying coffee. That had seemingly gone ok, but as she had been walking home, someone had crashed into her, causing the coffee to go all over her. They hadn't even stopped to help, just ran off. "The nerve of some people" she said to someone else standing there.

pippa tied her hair back off of her face, a grin on her lips. "okay so i need some red string, a pin board and of course some pins." she admitted, pursing her lips in thought as she went over the to do list in her head. "do you want to come shopping with me?"

Satine sighed as she closed the laptop in front of her. A hand running down the side of her face, "I used to never give myself a break." She admitted with a sigh. "It's been a hard adjustment here, i'm not sure if you can relate." Satine added knowing her workaholic tendencies had been bred into her since birth. She was a natural leader, at the very least had been trained to be one. "So please, If I start going off on work tangents please feel free to correct me."

"Yeah, I don't know what's going on with this thing." Sam groaned, shaking his head. "This is what I get for trying to buy a car on my own. I don't know much about them but like three things." He admitted.

"Right because librarians are willing to start a fight with someone being loud." Edward just shook his head. "I am working on a murder case if you need to know. Can't really tell you much other than that. Most of it is classified."

Edward had been at the nearby library doing some reading when he heard someone loudly coming into the room. His eyebrows knitted together as he looked over at the person, “Hey, this is a library can you I don’t know...keep it quiet there are signs literally everywhere. Genius’ are trying to do work here, if you don’t like it then leave.” He says as he watched the person roll his eyes and turn around. “Yeah that’s what I thought.” Edward sighed before looking over at the person next to him, “The nerve of some people right?”

"I always look at you like this." Diluc for some reason hadn't anticipated Kaeya would also end up here, so coming face with him came as a shock. He still didn't know how to feel looking at the other, part of him always caring for his once-brother and the other part of him so betrayed he could barely be civil. "What are you doing here."

"please," aerea scoffed at the notion. "as if i care what anyone else thinks." especially not here, on this island. she was a princess. a taragryen. the blood of old valyria. that didn't change just because she was stuck in this boring town. whether others chose to believe her or not.

.｡.:*☆ "What.....?!?" Frodo had not even noticed he'd been falling asleep in a public place. Like, that was not typical for him, that much was for sure. But the ring had done a lot of things to him, so maybe that was just a new one to be added to the list.

.｡.:*☆ Usagi blinked at Mako, not sure first what to say. Like, she knew Makoto was like this. Always wanting to protect her friends. But thuis here, it was not a situation that did require saving. Not from what Bunny could see, at least.

"They did order first, and now only want to get their sugar and milk from the table behind us," She blinked again. "That is how things do work in this coffeeshop, you see?"

"Mako-chan!" oh that was good. Well sort of good. Of course she was happy to see her friend, she always would be. But it also meant she had been pulled into this world, and nothing about this place seemed safe. "You remember?" selfishly she was happy for that. She missed her friends more than she could ever admit, but she still wished they were safe, and didn't remember. They'd get to live a normal life if they forgot, and it was all she wanted for all of them.

"Ah oui" oh that wasn't good. He didn't them flying all over the place, but he wasn't going to get all of them at this rate. "Thank you, I owe you. But don't worry about the rest. By this point they will be too damaged to be used".

"Oh you mean those?" Makoto said, pointing at the papers blowing around, Dashing forward, she managed to snag a few then managed to cleanly stack them and hand them back. "Here's what I caught so far."

"I'm a little nervous to be out at the festival because the last big gathering didn't end very well." Josie admitted with a slight frown. "Should we be worried that something bad is going to happen or do you think we're okay tonight?" They asked curiously.

"I haven't seen any cool stalls that have exotic swords or anything. Is that something they do at festivals?"" Alec asked curiously. He was a little confused, but he did like practicing new traditions and such. "If not, maybe I should try a food one. What do you suggest?"
