I miss those ideas where people made gijinkas/personas for each keyblade, but especially now for No Name and Master’s Defender since they’ve been wielded by a lot of people. I like to imagine they’d have varying relationships and dynamics with each of their wielders depending on their present circumstances

life is boring when you don't have a cool special interest, i keep rotating pokemon and neopets in my mind but i kinda need something new.. after s*cc*ssion proved too harsh for me i have considered adding kingdom hearts (keyblades are cool) and puyo puyo tetris (playing a lot of tetris lately and i like the concept of gijinka pieces) but yet unsure

Aster: keykid / my own personal Player (khux) + blue robes joke-ish oc. xe/xem, they/them.

Aine/Xenia: really complicated to explain. depending on the day is a riff on isekai/oc insert type stories. A character who is from an afterworld where KH is a video game, and furthermore is someone who only played bits and pieces of kh. this ends badly for her. they are aaaaalso an organization oc, and in some stuff i'll use him as a 'this is why people in the organization constantly talk about being turned into a dusk as A Thing That Can Happen'. honestly should probably split off the 'dies horribly essentially' version and the 'extremely convoluted longform fic about someone trying really hard to change canon events foiled by the fact they think the villain's name is ansem and landed in radiant garden just post the events of bbs' one. he's bigender and bi (she/her and he/him, and literally doesn't care what gendered referrals you use re:titles). i could literally ramble for days about her, but suffice to say i have a lot of fun with writing him. if he was a secret boss he'd ambush you in the garden of assemblage (OR literally /in a gummi ship route. like, crashes your ship and shit on the assault of the dreadnought and fights you after you crash there.) if you did specific things like a creepypasta, and otherwise will basically be in the list of people you fight in 2. roughly.

Lord Ainkom: joke keyblade master oc from scala ad caelum who also exists for me to throw out really convoluted 'entertainingly wrong (... unless...)' theories in the form of ansem reports that i might illustrate at some point. she/her, is a woman but prefers 'lord' and similar terms. literally a konami (the company) gijinka the same way yen sid is a disney and eraqus is a square enix gijinka. if you fail reaction commands at the start of the battle with her your command layout converts to chain of memories mechanics for a given duration.

Colette Eirina (Princess of Maas Kingdom and a rather air headed one at that. A hopeless romantic who reads tons of romance novels and is very naive but a sweet and kind person willing to help others. Though she mainly needs help herself.)  

Genshin Impact:

Kyana Aeira (A Pyro Vision user from Mondstadt who dreams of becoming a Knight of Favonius one day. She works hard taking on random tasks from the people to prove herself capable. She is determined and optimistic and tends to listen more to her emotions than think with logic. Also has a One Piece verse but also many aus and can fit anywhere with heroes!)

Iyumi Akuma  (Iyumi is a Fatui Mage hailing from  Snezhnaya who  is on the prowl for someone cute she can call hers. To most she acts vicious and snobby, ready to electrocute them should they get on her   nerves. But should she find the someone she wants, she becomes more   adoring and flirty, chasing after them until she can have them. Which can turn into an aggressive chase should the other not want her. Also has a Pokemon verse, demon/vampire verse, dark goddess verse and many more!)

Yueliang Song (An Electro Claymore user who is an adventurer working for the  adventurer’s guild but is also a dancer on the side, performing for festivals held usually in Morax’s honor. Confident in her skills as an adventurer and her dancing, she works hard day and night.)

Fandomless:

Sylvao Ter’on (A clever demon in charge of a mercenary group including a couple of odd twins he found as children. He can be ruthless to those who oppose or disobey him but otherwise treats whoever follows him with kindness and helps them with anything they need. Also has a vampire verse!)

Kingdom Hearts:

Ai Malificia (The Somebody of Xia who lives in Radiant Garden. A sweet, innocent girl who was sheltered due to her overprotective parents. She grew up around flowers and a flower shop and developed magic pertaining to plants which carried into her Nobody form. Has a Fire Emblem Three Houses verse and a Goddess verse!)

Xia Malificia  (A Nobody who is flirtatious, mischievous, and a bit manipulative. She wants to become a part of Organization XIII and use them for her own   ends. A trouble maker. Has multiple AUs including a One Piece AU.) 

Diana Fotieni  (A keyblade wielder with a keyblade that is supposed to represent a  balance of light and darkness. But Diana believes all darkness should be eradicated to protect the people. Acts rather knight like. Has a Pokemon verse, Final Fantasy 15 verse and a Fire Emblem Three Houses verse!)

One Piece:

Xia Malificia (A flirtatious, trouble making pirate who ate the fox zoan fruit. Her favorite thing to do is charm unsuspecting pirates or marines and robbing them blind.)

Fandomless/Naruto:

Midori Mihata (A clumsy, scared ninja girl who one would possibly say is the worst ninja ever. Wants to make her clan proud and tries hard to be the best she can be. Also gets rather flustered and shy around boys. Has a FF14 verse!)

Kiyomi Tenshi (Loud, rambunctious, and rather hyper and reckless, Kiyomi is also one that some would possibly say is a terrible ninja. She fights more like a martial artist, punching and kicking and running straight into bad guys.)

Naoko Shizuko (The only one who acts like a true ninja in the trio of Kunoichi, Naoko is soft spoken, almost monotone voice and always with an unreadable expression. Despite this, she is incredibly smart and well trained in her ninja techniques which involve shadow tricks. She is the one to get the other two out of danger most of the time.)

Pokemon:

Piper/Peeps (An Altaira Gijinka girl who can’t speak human very well and tends to just say Peep or chirp or hum. Very innocent and naive and loves to give hugs to people and can be a tad air-headed.)

Fairy Tail:

Emilia Clarimond (Emilia is a Celestial Wizard with the Jade Zodiac Keys, Mouse,  Monkey, Tiger and Sheep! She is clever, stubborn, hard headed but can become friendly when she gets close to someone. To her, her Zodiac summons are like family. Has a Fate series Master verse!)

Monster Hunter:

Sonafuwa (A Paolumu who gained the ability to turn human. Sonafuwa is shy and  tends to stay in the trees and away from hunters so she won’t get hunted. When she meets someone friendly, she becomes more calm and is happy to make a new friend.)

Sakura (A Pink Rathian that gained the ability to turn human. Territorial at first but can become friendly if she sees the other means no harm. Prissy and doesn’t mind Hunters so long as she isn’t their target.)

Hi, my name is Coll! I’m a 29 year old lady with a full time standard 9-5 job. That said, I have some free time on my hands. I’d really love some new RPs.  =D I’m very friendly and willing to plot. I mostly roleplay video games and original plots.

A few things about me:

- I am looking for people who play in the third person and post multiple paragraphs in their responses. (Please give me at least 3 paragraphs and I'll be happy with that. Anything less and I get put out and most likely will not respond back to you out of disappointment ^^; Sorry.) I will also match my partner's response length.

- My hard limits are rape, vore, mpreg (good god no mpreg never ever mpreg), pedophilia, and a few others in between, but those are the big ones. If you ask for any of these four things, I will delete your post immediately. I don't mind rape being mentioned in a backstory, but I won't play it out. I'm not too keen on large age gaps unless we're playing a supernatural creature with a human. They need to look about the same age.

- I don't really care for unhealthy ships. I don't like cheating or abuse in relationships--that sort of stuff. I'm not about that life. - I am a slash (both mxm and fxf) roleplayer. I will not tolerate seme/uke paradigms. You will play a switch or there will be no smut. There are only certain canon ships I'll do mxf for. (like Lightning/adult!Hope or Tidus/Yuna for example.) I won't do mxf for originals.

- I will only accept roleplayers who are 21+. If I find out you're under my age limit, I'm going to delete you immediately.

- All kinks are based off of character preference, not my own. I'm also not really a kinky person. Sorry about that.

- I like canonxoc for certain canons. If I play a canon for you, I expect you to play one for me. Compromise! Some ships I will not do canonxoc for.

- I know this sounds like me being a hard ass, but I really like becoming friends with my partners and exchanging headcanons and songs!

- I roleplay through email only. No exceptions.

- I try to post every day. I really do. Sometimes, I'm just too tired to do so. ^^;;; Be patient with me.

- Once the roleplay gets off the ground, I have skype. You can ask for it--but only after intros are exchanged. Every time I've given someone my skype before we started, the roleplay never got off the ground.

- If for some reason I stop responding, I legitimately forgot. Just poke me. There are times when I'm at work and look at an email and forget to respond to it later because i thought I did.

Puella Magi Madoka Magica. I can play Kyoko, Homura, and Mami. I can also do originals in the PMMM setting, gender bends, or Puer Magi. (Magical Boys.) Seriously, my kingdom for a PMMM roleplay. I’m also not opposed to mixing canons and originals!

Original. Hit me up. Anything is good. If you want a something with a lot of smut, just let me know up front. I'm pretty flexible. I like steampunk, horror, creepypasta, victorian era, medieval/fantasy, modern/fantasy, would like to try cyber punk even? Never played it, though. Fire Emblem Awakening. I’ll die of happiness if you’d like to do m!tacticianxChrom. I’m looking for a Chrom. I can also play m!Morgan, Lucina, and a couple others. Let’s chat about it. I have a couple AU ideas, considering, well, you know how Fire Emblem is. There’s a war, let’s go fight the war!

Fire Emblem Fates. This, here, is what I'm craving the most. I've played all three paths, but prefer Conquest and Revelation. I want to play Corrin. (Male.) and am open to ships. (As long as they're mxm and fxf.) I'm mostly looking for a Xander (!!! Boy, I want Xander the most. Xander/Corrin happens to be my otp.), Leo (!!), Takumi (!), Ryoma, Silas, or Kaze. I also ship Selena and Camilla. (I play Selena.) I like AUs and doubling, so I'm sure we can figure something out. I am also leokumi trash and can play either... though I'd rather do Corrin/Leo and Corrin/Takumi. I also like Sakura/Elise! (Slight preference toward Sakura.) I much prefer AUs and am willing to hash something out with you. No OCs for this. Sorry.

Persona. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to do a Persona or Persona based roleplay!. My favorite pairing for Persona is Yu/Souji/ProtagonistxYosuke. I play Yosuke. I am seriously craving another Yu/Yosuke roleplay like woah. We can discuss this. I also REALLY like the idea of the P3 Female Protagonist/MinakoxMitsuru. I’d be playing the female protagonist. We can also do a whole new Persona group, too.

I’d also like to do something with Black Butler. I'd like to play a male oc against Ciel If you play Ciel for me, I’ll play Elizabeth for you in a fxf line or I will also consider playing Sebastian for your oc, but I'm VERY picky on this because Sebastian is a vainglorious bastard who needs entertainment. So! Try me, just don't say I didn't warn you if I tell you no. I also have a demon, if you want to play a contractor in an all original variation. (Note: my demon will not be your character's butler. He laughs at the very idea. He can change his gender, so he can be a she.) *Please note, that sebciel is a GIANT NOTP of mine, so don't even ask for it.

  Tales of. The first thing I'm looking for is a Sorey to my Mikleo. My kingdom for these two babies who are too pure for this world. The second thing I’m looking for a Richard to my Asbel and kinda have some vague ideas for this! I also roleplay Tales of cross overs and have a vague idea for that, too. I would also love a Gaius for my Wingul. Can discuss other Tales pairings, will be fine with ocs if you’ll afford me the same. I’ve played all of the Tales of games released in the US EXCEPT for Eternia and Vesperia. That doesn't mean you can't play these characters! I'm totally down for Asch/OC and will try and accommodate you as well. I also recently bought Tales of Berseria. I'm only about 40ish hours into it, so no spoilers!

The World Ends With You. I play Josh. Mostly looking for a Neku or whomever you want to throw at me. I'd prefer AUs (kind of have a basic idea for one) or post-game. Please, for the love of all things holy, do not play Neku as a weak willed little thing who won't tell Josh to go eff himself if he doesn't like what Josh is doing. We can also do a whole new Game with all ocs.

The Legend of Zelda. Would love this, too. I’m looking for a Link and am looking to do a brand new Zelda roleplay where we split the cast and have fun times~! I have a male oc. There doesn’t need to be romance, but would like. I can play Ravio or Midna for one of your ocs, if you'd like. With Breath of the Wild out, I'd be happy to do something similar to that, too--or just do a Breath of the Wild RP.

Devil Survivor 2. I want to play the main character (Hibiki/Hiro/MC) against a Yamato LIKE BURNING Also, Shin Megami Tensei IV, I'd love a Flynn/Walter chaos route roleplay where I play Flynn.

Kingdom Hearts. I kind of want to do an all-original setting with new Keyblade wielders, new villains and everything. We'd each play a keyblade wielder or something and fill out the cast. If you're not up for that, I do love SoraxRiku--I'll be playing Sora. (I love this ship with my whole heart.)

Final Fantasy. I'm cool with most things here. Some characters I play are Lightning (my favorite), Cecil Harvey, Yuna, Cloud Strife, Kadaj, Vanille, Terra Branford, Garnet til Alexandros/Dagger, Bartz, Faris, Noel Kreiss, Ramza (Tactics), and some others here and there. Some of the ships I play are Lightning/adult!Hope (I play Lightning and have some au ideas for this), Zack/Cloud (I play Cloud), Tidus/Yuna (I play Yuna), Fang/Vanille (I play Vanille. I'll also play Fang/Lightning), Zidane/Garnet, Cecil/Kain (Cecil) etc. There are others. I've played almost every Final Fantasy except the online ones, so just ask. There are a few canons I play that I'll pair with ocs, like Noel Kreiss for example. This is probably the only place you'll catch me for mxf. I would really love a Ramza for one of my ocs as well? Like I said, I'll play certain canons for you, too! ... or maybe just something with Final Fantasy Tactics in general.

Addendum: I just finished FFXV and would love to try out being Noctis--looking for Gladio, Ignis, or Prompto--or a mix of all four. We can discuss but my favorite ship is IgNoct. Will be happy to do Promptis or GladNoct, too.

  Bravely Default/Bravely Second. Ringabel/Edea, otp for life. I'd like to play Edea. Also willing to consider Tiz/Agnes (Tiz.) or Yew/Magnolia. (Magnolia.) Prefer an AU for this. I won't do this genre without Ringabel/Edea, though, keep that in mind.

Parasite Eve. Does anyone even know what this is? We can discuss--ocs, canons, I'm sure we can figure something out.

    Pokemon. I have a male Elite Four trainer I'd like to use against any character. I have a couple other trainers here and there. Why not, bring it on. If you want romance, it has to be m/m for this. I don't mind gijinkas or whatever they're called. I also beat Sun/Moon! So we can do some Alola stuff! Maybe a plot with the Ultra Beasts? Neaaaat.

Ace Attorney. Okay, okay. I only do canon/oc for this one, fam. I've also only played the first three games and Ace Attorney Investigations. I'm looking for a Miles Edgeworth to my male oc and for you, I can play Franziska von Karma for fxf. Might be talked into playing Phoenix Wright for you, depending on your oc. 

ATLA. I have a male earth bending oc (with a spirit pal who follows him) that I'll do mxm with. I'm really up for anything here, except LoK verse since he doesn't seem to fit in there so well. Canons? OCs? Sure, whatever. I'll leave it open. You wanna test a new OC or practice a canon against him? Cool.

There are also a few fandoms that I play, but only with an oc cast such as: Dead Space, Gravity Rush, Fatal Frame, Etrian Odyssey, and Silent Hill. Note: for Silent Hill, I will NOT be playing romance.

As for Silent Hill... I'm up for putting canons in a Silent Hill verse as well as using originals.

The same goes for The Last of Us. Canons in a TLOU universe could be fun. Same with ocs. I'm a little out of touch with this, though. It's been a while.

Maybe something based on Transistor? Or YoKai Watch? Yomawari Night Alone? Hey, maybe some creepy Japanese horror with a haunted town in the vein of Yomawari?

Suggest! If it’s along the lines of what’s mentioned above, then by all means. Other fandoms are: Okami (Human form!Amaterasu), a 999/Zero Escape based roleplay, Demon Gaze, Dragon’s Crown, Animal Crossing (humanized villagers), and more. Seriously, just ask. Ask away. I know some older animes but video games? I most likely know it, especially if it’s an RPG. I’m also a fan of AUs.

My Persona/Art Progression Timeline

Felt like documenting this for myself because why not. It’s fun to see progression. From what I noticed going through hundreds of papers just now is that progression occurs with copying/tracing poses/artstyles of other artists until you are comfortable doing it yourself. I used to act high-and-mighty about not being one of those people with sketchbooks full of animu-tracings, but don’t let that stop you from doing it if that was what gets into into drawing. Everyone traces, everyone uses references, you won’t get much better without it. 

October 1993-1997: A Susan was born. That’s me. I was a baby. I was apparently “sympathetic and calm” in the words of my mother in my baby diary.

1998-1999: Stick figures. Humble beginnings.... with uuh... Damsels in distress...  And pikachus.

2002-2003: Pokemon and elementary school step-by-step drawing books.

I would trace and cut out various Pokemon, animals, dragons, and tape them together to make flat/3d paper figures to play with my friends. I couldn’t find any pictures or remnants of these paper figures as you could imagine that probably got lost or crumpled through the ages,

2002-2004: Super Sue

As creative as 9 year olds go, I named my personal hero after myself. Which was really just me, with magic, and a big sleeve fetish. Oh and she was a daughter of a Lugia cause I love Lugia. Don’t ask for details. I could not find what I know to be the FIRST FIRST drawings of her but these were the oldest I could find. Almost nothing has dates written on the hundred of papers I just went through, even until today. It was a bad habit that mom scolded me for not doing. The dated journal entry is a redraw and the only thing with dates I could find that refers to this character.

Fun Fact: 2004 was also when I first experienced the world of the interwebs more for prolonged periods of time, and no longer ever cared for live cable television.

2005 - 2007: Suzan

Years will start to mix together here.

Again, very creative naming process here. This was my Kingdom Hearts/Riku obsession phase, and like all other fangirls, I made my own fanfic (in my head, god forbid I ever write anything ever) and inserted my character into the story somehow. I really just took the basic Lugia story for Super Sue and turned her into this, but she was also the keyblade..? I actually redrew this character again and again through the years, as shown here, and surprisingly with no significant outfit changes.

2006 - Today : Ess is born and reborn

If you haven’t already GuESSed ;^}, Ess is just the letter “S” spelled out. I love my name, that’s pretty much it. I made her for my Neopets phase as the “mother” of my Neopets and have stuck with her since. Her design was based off my Neopets name (Kyogre635) and a gijinka Kyogre I made (shown below). I decided to make her into some other creature other than a Kyogre because obviously I did not want my persona to just be a straight up Pokemon. Just... a not-any-less-obviously-a-pokemon pokemon, with Suzan’s vest outfit.

Fun Fact: I started digital drawing around this time.

This is the very first design of Ess and the first time I redesigned the “beast” form of Ess. Because I made her “human” form in 2008 way before I made the final “beast” design in 2011. I’m pretty sure my previous “big sleeve” fetish just reincarnated into a “big hands” fetish. No, wait, there are still big sleeves here, who am I kidding?

Mohawk slowly grew as time went on.

2006 Honorable Mention: Attonazia original story + Suzin

I started and created my first official novel/chronicles/never-going-to-get-finished original story in 2006. Though not an official persona, one of the main characters was named “Suzin”, who was obviously supposed to be me. The real-big-bad antagonist that I made up in 2009 still hangs as a giant poster on my wall. Big. Hands.

2007-2008: Ezan

A spin-off of Ess’s name for my first Ragnarok Online persona. Around this point I didn’t really have a “main” persona, I just usually drew all three (Suzan, Ess, and Ezan) interchangeably as their own person(s), along with just myself drawn with the same or similar white/black hairdo and a pair of clothing I wore quite often in real life.

2008-2009 Honorable Mention: Perola the Mystic

I made her for an amazing RP narrative written by a good friend who asked me to make her as the main rival/lover to his character Both of whom were the leaders of the two main “factions” you could pick for the RP. I honestly loved it so much I tried making an “anime intro” in flash for it. This was also where I got “The Mystic” from as my title.

2009-2012: Cuno Hildebrand

I’m in cahoots about counting her as a persona just because she does not fit the same hairstyle and naming convention, but she was a big part of my life during some of my favorite years of my life. So she might not count as a persona, but she counted as my imaginary-mentors. I got the name Cuno as a nickname of my username Articuno635 on Gaia Online because who the hell is going to say all that to address me every time? Though the character itself was created in 2004 in-game (and I was playing mostly as Ezan as a Sin-X obviously), I did not come back to the server to play until the end of 2009, and will never play anything but Professor now. 

Some of the first drawings of Cuno to when before they announce the Sorcerer third class design, I tried to imagine what it would look like.

Cuno as a Sorcerer finally, to when I first redesigned her for a semi-original “Apocalypse” story with the same characters. I tried to get off being Ragnarok related.

This is the most recent redesign for Cuno I did for some D&D fun just this year.

2013 - 2014: The years were kind of scattered at this point. After I started college and got a phone I didn’t use my random downtime like I did in high school to draw as much as I once did. I really slowed down, especially with the traditional sketches, which was how most of my drawing was done anyway. I obviously HAVE drawn as I have posted things on here and dA. Most if any drawings and sketches are scattered in hundreds of PSD files. Got my first job at Wendy’s during this time as well. Most importantly though, I met the love of my life. <3

2015: Concept Art Practice, Practice, Practice

To make up for how much I felt I did almost absolutely no art the two years before this point, even after graduating college in May of 2014, I dedicated myself to some official concept art courses to do at my own pace. (ConceptArt.org and CTRL Paint) If you want to follow a guided and free art course, I highly highly recommend CTRL Paint. Also learned how to use Blender for 3D modeling! Which was also when I changed Ess’s horn design. I felt it was a very productive year overall. Not to dump on Wendy’s but my I got my first real job at the end of this year at an amazing phone company with amazing people whom I admire dearly. <3

2016-Today: D&D, Dinosaurs, and werk.

I started D&D and will never go back to no D&D, start this young kids. You won’t regret it. My boyfriend and I would like to get a place together soon and are planning for that sometime next year. This isn’t really so much about art or personas anymore, though I know for sure that art is something I’ll never want to stop improving, and will always want to make more and more beautiful pieces to decorate my future home with. I’m definitely not at the skill level I imagined I could be at this age, but life and circumstances are my excuse, and I’m pretty happy with where I am enough that I know more practice and more time will get me to where I’d like to be. Don’t stop believing guys.
