GENERAL HOSPITAL Stars Remember Robyn Bernard
Soap fans were heartbroken to learn of the death of GENERAL HOSPITAL actress Robyn Bernard, who played Terry Brock on the soap. And so were some of the castmates and friends she made during her six years in Port Charles who shared their thoughts and memories with Soaps In Depth.
Kevin Bernhardt, who played Kevin O’Connor, Terry’s love interest who married her before gaslighting and trying to kill her, was devastated by the loss. “Robyn so perfectly embodied the character of Terry Brock that oftentimes Terry Brock seemed embodied in Robyn,” he recalled. “Robyn lived life to the fullest, and left every ounce of herself on those sets, as well as a big piece of her heart — with her songs.
“I am saddened to hear of the personal challenges she suffered after she had graced the show,” Bernhardt continued, “but I will continue to hold this beautiful and talented leading lady in my heart — as I remember Mrs. Kevin O’Connor. Robyn’s surely in a better place now, where she, Terry Brock, and their gospel songs will be just as beloved as they were by those who loved them on GENERAL HOSPITAL.”
Terry’s singing partner in 1987, Dusty Walker, was played by Shaun Cassidy, who shared: “I was saddened to learn of Robyn’s passing. She brought joy to a lot of people through her work on the show, and while I was only there for a brief period, she taught me a lot. My condolences to her friends and family.”
Brad Maule (ex-Tony) expressed: “Robyn Bernard was a wonderful actress and very much loved by everyone on GH. In the words of Willie Nelson, she was, ‘an angel flying too close to the ground.’
Guy Mack, who was Terry’s other leading man, Patrick O’Connor, composed some absolutely lovely words to pay tribute to his friend. “In the tapestry of life, she was a melody lost, a soul ensnared by shadows of torment,” he said. “Through the labyrinth of her existence, she sang with a voice that was a testament to her immense talent and resilience. Yet, her journey was veiled in a shroud and the harrowing echoes of past traumas. Gone are the burdens of a harsh world’s weight as she shed her cloak of mortal toil and pain.
“Though she wandered alone, lost, stubborn, and resolute,” he continued, “may she now find solace in the embrace of our Lord with eternal tranquility, where her voice and her soul’s song echoes forever. Like the autumn leaf untethered from the bough, she departs this mortal coil, no longer bound. Farewell, my friend. May your spirit soar unfettered, finally at peace. God bless you, Robin.”
Lynn Herring, whose Lucy was a mousy librarian at the time, shared: “So very sad. I loved her beauty and her talent so.”
“I remember Robyn very fondly,” shared Ian Buchanan (Duke). “She was a gentle, kind soul. So very talented and tons of fun! I am very sad to hear of her passing and send my deepest sympathy to her loved ones.”

Michael’s POV
The guys and I get on google maps and searched the address from the envelope. “We got something Mike!” Chris says. I go to the computer and see the place, it looks like a dump. My baby sister is in there. “Search up Joseph, Anderson.” I look at my phone, we took a picture of the address and name. Chris typed up the guy’s name, James comes up behind us. “I think I found him.” Mark came behind us to look at the pictures of the man. “He looks terrifying.” “That man has Madison.” “We need to go to that address.” “What do we need?” James questions. “Protection and a phone to call the police.” I look at James. “We need a crowbar, a uh, hammer, and uh-“ “Why a hammer?” Markson says. “Well in the letter, she’s chained up, we need it to get the chains off of her from the hammer.” Mark shakes his head.
We get the supplies in Mark’s car and got the address in my phone and drove off. We’re getting my sister back!
Madison’s POV
I look down at my body, why do I look skinny like bad skinny, he’s slowly killing me. I’m so hungry.
I hear footsteps, it’s Joseph. “Madison, I’m going to the nearest Hy-Vee. I’ll be back about, a hour.” He looks at his watch and me. “Fine.” He walks upstairs and locks the door.
20 minutes later
I’m about to fall asleep until I hear banging and screaming, that’s Michael’s scream. “Madison! Madison! WHERE ARE YOU!” Markson yells. “I’m down in the basement! IM DOWN IN THE BASEMENT!” I hear running and the door getting hit and opens and I hear running again. The first person I see is, Markson. “Mads.” Michael said. The guys run and starts to hug me but I whimper. “Are you okay?” Chris questions. “If you get me out of these chains.” “Where’s the key?” “I don’t know.” The boys look around and James says, “The hammer!” Michael grabs it out of his bag and hits the chains until they break. The chains on my wrists fall off of me and I hug Mark. “Call the police.” Michael says to James “I missed you so much baby.” Mark whispers in my ear. “I missed you too and you to Mike.” “I called the police, they’re coming.” James says. “Let’s get out of this place.” Mike said. Mark picks me up and takes me to the stairs and I look around to see what I’ve been in for god knows how long.
When we get out of the house, I squint. “I forgot what the outside looks like.” Mark looks at me and sets me on the grass and sits next to me.
3 minutes later
We see police cars. One police officer comes up to me and says, “Are you Madison Hart?” “Yes I am.” “Is Joseph Anderson in there?” “No he went to the nearest Hy-Vee.” “Get number 34 to 75123 West 89th Road.” I lay my head on Mark’s shoulder. “Madison, mom wants to talk to you.” I grab the phone and put the phone on my ear, “Mom?” “Maddie?” “Yes mama?” “Is it really you.” “It’s me mom. It’s your daughter.” “Madison!” I hear my dad. “It’s me dad!” “Where’s Michael?” “Next to me.” “Is there police there?” “Yes there is.” “Give me the phone to any of them.” “Mike give this to any of the police.” Michael goes to a cop and gives it to him.
15 minutes later
I hear a car come to the scene and it’s my parents and Ally. I try to get up but I’m too weak to get up, Michael and Markson help me up and they help me to go to my parents. “Madison, it’s really you.” “It’s me mama.” She hugs me and kisses my cheek. I look at Ally and I limp up to her and I can see her face, looking happy but worried about me. “Ally, I missed you.” I put my hands on her shoulders. “Mads, I- I- I can’t believe it’s you. You look different.” “It’s because of the man who kept me in that house.” “Oh god I missed you so much.” Ally hugs me, I feel a little pain so I whimper. “I’m sorry Madison.” She stops hugging me. “It’s okay but when I feel better, you can hug me like that again.” We both chuckle. “Dad!” I hug him tightly. I hear him whimper. I look up at him and say “I missed you.” “I missed you too.” He looks down at me. I can see a tears in his eyes. I feel other hands around me, I look around and it’s the people who I love. All of us did a group hug, I never felt this happy ever since I saw my family and friends seeing me dance on stage since god knows when.
“Hart family, Joseph Anderson has been found and is taken to custody at this time.” A police officer came up to us and says. “You hear that Madison? The son of bitch has been found!” Mark says. I felt so relieved!
Eventually, my family gave me food and water and took me home where I feel safe. We’re going to get that bastard in jail!

Warnings: I'd like to clarify this is just me rambling on about marvel for ages just for something to think about so i'll put a little 'keep reading' section SJDKJDAKJ
(Tony Stark / Iron Man, Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow, Clint Barton / Hawkeye, Sebastian Stan, Bucky Barnes / Winter Soldier, Steve Rogers / Captain America / Sam Wilson, Chris Evans, Eternals, My opinions on pretty much everything Marvel related.... ok byeeeeee....)
Also I'm sure there is gonna be a heavy long rant in there about THE Wanda Maximoff / SCARLET WITCH............. because she's the best and I'm in love with her.... you could say.... I've got my vision on her if you know what I mean.... okay enjoy (if you wish)
I know... so much wasted potential!!! like I ALWAYS LOVE the characters they play but maybe only because of my interest in superhero stuff... ESPECIALLY Marvel (not really DC that much but I do love Batman.... and a certain Batman villain (also the (1) Wonder Woman was good...)) Anyway.... erm.... wasted potential!! Sooooo sooooo much it's painful, I think the way they killed off Tony was good but I think Natasha deserved... a much-deserved mourning and a scene dedicated to that... she sacrificed her literal life in the hopes that this would guarantee... literal whole world and everything in it...
Yet she died knowing that even if she dies they still might not yet win and that's the gamble she's going to have to take because HAWKEYE can't do it since he has a "wife and kids" sort of scenario. Anyway...
They gave her some crappy screen and the only real shown display of weakness and sadness that was shown from them was Bruce Banner/Hulk's crush of a can and that was in despite of Clint dropping to his knees in shock as the realization that THE NATASHA ROMANOFF wasn't there. And they gave her some shitty little thing where they go "sHe DiDn'T HavE A. fAmiLy" ((BULLSHIT)).
Anyway
I thought Eternals was good... like it doesn't deserve all the hate?? I thought it was good and enjoyable and seemed interesting enough (also bonus little Harry Styles in there who I looooooooovvvveeee with every fibre of my being) And also I thought the acting was pretty good and I really like Gemma Chan she's wonderful and charming and a good main character girlboss moment!!! Anyway lol....
And I sorta loved the thing she had going on with Ikarus (idk how they spelled it in the movie I just remember laughing at his name and how it's spelled) Like he was kinda weird and creepy yet really sexy (I think he looks like an English version of Sebastian Stan). And she's this lovely and open... like someone you would run to when you cry or someone helps you out sometimes. She was sweet like a cherry and he was the wolf to eat her. I know that sounds dumb but they're both attractive people. And ALSO OMG BARRY KEOGHAN IS IN THAT MOVIE AND I LOVE HIM.... He's Irish and he's done stuff with Cillian too (+Harry Styles). Anyway the movie was good... I won't give away all the spoilers lol but the romance and I thought the monsters and stuff was cool (FUCKING BILL SKARSGARD WAS IN IT BUT HE PLAYED A MONSTER SO YOU DIDN'T EVEN ACTUALLY SEE HIM BECAUSE HE'S JUST CGI ughhhh).
Onto the next sorta films after Endgame, it all became sorta mush... like the cereal had turned soggy from the milk that is Creativity. And maybe the characters are bland... I've never looked at them that way because you can project onto them and imagine what they would do and say in certain scenarios and stuff like that. Black Widow the movie.... was actually pretty good, it introduced Florence Pugh into the MCU (Ha... it rhymes...) as Yelena <3 I love her and she's putting on some sort of Russian accent.
I'm so sorry to whoever actually reads this you poor soul...
Anyway, I love the characters... like all the new stuff... like I love the characters, what can I say? But the actual movie itself with all the poor CGI and cheaply written jokes and sort of lazy action sequences (and blah blah blah)... it all becomes one huge JOKE within itself. It's bad. But I'm talking about projects like Thor: Love and Thunder which I saw four times in cinema just out of disbelief at how bad it is that it was nearly good. I tried to convince myself I liked it but eventually all the stupidity got in my head.
Let's just talk about what I'm thinking about and that is:
Wandavision, Loki, and Falcon and The Winter Soldier...
Those were fucking amazing. And maybe I am biased because I have a deep fondness for them because I was only like fourteen or something when it came out?? They were just so.... perfect and they still are to me because I love them so much.
Wandavision is by far my favorite. I just love everything about it. It's quirky and I fucking love Elizabeth Olsen because I think she's just beautiful and amazing and so talented. Wanda Maximoff is a deeply emotional character for me and I sort of feel like I am her but also in the way that I just want to be with her and around her and feel the power of her love. And I love Vision... he's so fucking great and I love them so much it hurts. This is gonna be one long-ass blog... I am so sorry no one is reading all this lol.
I loved the way Wandavision used different sitcoms for each episode, I just thought that was brilliant. I remember showing it to my dad (who really hates the MCU but has enjoyed some but he hates the CGI) and he really loved it up until the last episode or two. He hated all the bits where she was up in the sky being the Scarlet Witch. But he still said he liked it. Anyway... Wandavision is one of my favorite things of all time (even outside of just my love of Marvel and all that). Also, my actual name is Scarlet so the name Scarlet Witch is really fucking cool. (Flower is just a nickname). I love her, her powers are so cool and incredible... the fact she can even do that is amazing. Anyway... I LOVE THE SCARLET WITCH I JUST LOVE HER. (I'm not gonna discuss Multiverse of Madness in this post...)
There was Falcon and The Winter Soldier next.
The middle child of Wandavision and Loki that didn't quite... move the people as much I guess.
Falcon and The Winter Soldier was soooooo good. I loved it. I couldn't name any major things I would want to change but there were little things I guess lol. I loved it though. And I love Bucky and I love the way it showed his grief and the way he deals with it all. And I really liked the way they dealt with Police Brutality and racism and stuff. Sam Wilson really changed as a character to me then, I had always liked him but this made me really like him as a character and understand him more. He was then no longer "Falcon" in the title but CAPTAIN AMERICA. No, it wasn't some big tall blonde blue-eyed soldier from the 40s anymore. It was Sam Wilson, a black man whom the people he had to deal with... weren't quite ready for. But that doesn't deny him of the hefty title CAPTAIN AMERICA. Meanwhile, this John Walker fella is saying he's Captain America and he's some Kurt Russell lookalike (the actor is literally Kurt Russell's kid) and he's got the blonde hair and freaky blue eyes and he's saying he's Captain America because THE GOVERNMENT SAYS SO. (Because that's totally what the actual Steve Rogers or Sam Wilson would feel....) (Sarcasm). I loved how we saw a more flirt side of Bucky... yes there were all the true and dark sides of him but we saw him open up a bit more, he smiled and talked to the ladies a bit and was a bit cute and snarky instead of usually mellow. I just love the characters.
Loki was also really good... I just love it. I love Loki. I love that Tom Hiddleston is so passionate about playing Loki... like he truly tries to perfect it. He's like canonically bisexual basically?? Which is cool!! But I hated what they did with Sylvie... I just found it unnecessary. I thought they could've had like a cool person moment and been like fun siblings sort of thing SINCE THEY'RE LITERALLY THE SAME FUCKING PERSON JUST FROM ANOTHER UNIVERSE OR WHATEVER. UGHHH But then they made them have weird tension and then made them kiss and Loki cries and all that. Whatever. Omg... I still haven't watched Season Two yet which I need to do immediately!!
There's a lot I haven't gotten the chance to watch/haven't even bothered to watch at all like She-Hulk, MoonKnight, Ms. Marvel... Secret Invasion... or even the new Captain Marvel that has just come out. I have a bit of Marvel Fatigue, to be honest, I just think they need to slow down a bit. They need to let the suspense hold a little longer... I think they've all just become too money-hungry to care what they're putting out.
Anyway that's all from me!
let’s talk about how badly marvel went downhill after half of phase four… lol… let’s talk about it..

Do you have a fancast for the batfam?
Ooo! Thank you SO MUCH, anon!!! I absolutely ADORE getting questions like this and I don't usually get them so this is such a treat! 😁
That being said....I don't exactly have a fancast for the batfam 😅 Instead, I tend to have a specific version of each character (mostly from a certain comicbook style) as a fancast if that makes sense.
However, I've put some thought into it and have a few ideas I'll put under the break if I were to cast them today. I'll also include the version of the character I usually picture when I write/read/think of the character.
Bruce Wayne/Batman
My go-to version of Bruce Wayne is the Dan Mora comic book one (though he sounds like Kevin Conroy in the Animated Series 😁).
For a fancast , I know it isn't an original opinion but I think Jensen Ackles would be a great choice. We missed out on him doing a live-action Jason Todd after his amazing voice work in Under the Red Hood, but I think he could really capture the duality of Batman & Bruce Wayne as well as show a third, more tender side when interacting with the Batfam.
(Other options I like include Karl Urban and Jon Bernthal. Also, shout out to @mayhem24-7forever who first suggested Oscar Isaac to me as a possible Bruce Wayne and I LOVE that idea!)
Dick Grayson/Nightwing
So this one is a little more complicated. My go-to version of Dick is the comics version by Mikel Janín. However, my Nightwing costume is the one by Bruno Redondo.
For the fancast, this one might be a little out there, but I really like Leo Howard for it. He hasn't done much acting recently, but he is known for his martial arts skills which would be a big plus for playing Dick/Nightwing.
(Honorable mentions to Evan Evagora)
Jason Todd/Red Hood
The Dexter Soy version of Jason is the one I always picture him as, especially the Red Hood costume (and it is still my dream to cosplay this one day).
For a fancast, I really like Tanner Buchanan for a post-death Jason. My only problem is he's too short! I need a 6ft+ Jason! But otherwise, I think he'd be great!
(Another choice I really like is Jacob Elordi)
Tim Drake/Red Robin
I had trouble finding the specific artists, but this is the version of Tim that I usually go to.
For a fancast, I'm leaning toward Griffin Gluck. He has a sort of presence or aura that feels very Tim to me.
Damian Wayne/Robin
I am most familiar with Damian from the DC Animated films so that's usually what I picture him as.
For fancast, I think Carter Rockwood is perfect! And the fact he is already working on a short video playing Damian just solidifies it.
If anyone is interested in me continuing with more of the extended Batfam or any of the villains, please let me know and I would love to share! 🥰

I swear he dropped like 15 years off his face after he saw Sarah for the first time. He has never looked happier.
Remember, they told a whole side story in FATWS about Sarah and Bucky meeting and falling for one another. They just didn’t have space and time to show it all in the series and gave us crumbs. Never forget that. SarahBucky is canon.
This meet-cute, as adorable as it was, was a reshoot of another scene where Bucky arrived at the Wilson home, Sarah answered the door, and they both hit it off.
