Nothing worse than walking into work and finding out they moved around the desks and now instead of working alone in a side room You work in the main lobby/room/entrance where all the customers are (that you have nothing to do with) and 4 other employees 😣😣😣😣😣😣😣

i am starting to think i dont like mermaid books and its so sad

#i think i may not like Classic Monster books in general #i havent read a lot but i havent liked any of the ones i have read </3 #but mermaid specifically makes me so :( bc i LOVE mermaids!!!! i love thinking about them and how weird they could be #there’s a kids book that teaches kids abt different types of aquatic environments by illustrating a mermaid for each one #and the mermaids accurately immitate the wildlife from each thing (the kettel bog mermaid fucks severely) and its PERFECT #i think i may just prefer when i can Look At Them but still :(

And friendly reminder to USE WATER TO FLUSH TEAR GAS FROM EYES NOT MILK. WATER. NOT. MILK. There’s no reason to use milk. Period. Carry water. Drink it. Flush tear gas with it.

Also, not a requirement because it’s not always feasible, but if you have the time and resources, PLEASE take a Stop The Bleed course and get an IFAK (individual first-aid kit with stop the bleed supplies, not bandaids and shit - that can wait until home, this is about critical care). IFAKs MUST have a tourniquet.

A BELT IS NOT A TOURNIQUET IT WILL NOT STOP BLEEDING ENOUGH TO SAVE A LIFE.

Take care of yourself and each other. ❤️

Gentle reminder to anyone able to make it to any protests coming up please practice proper protest etiquette both for your own safety and that of others.

Wear a mask, cover any tattoos, and don't wear clothing with recognizable logos or branding. Don't take pictures of yourself or others. Don't talk to cops.
