Imagine a water Greek God obsessed with you, a mere mortal. He tries everything he can to woo you, but you refuse him everytime.
It doesn't deter him though. He will have you.
His pursuit of you becomes more aggressive. You start to feel helpless, afraid, powerless. Your family gathers around you, assuring you that no harm will come to you.
"Continue as you always have," they said, but an overwhelming feeling of dread started to flow throughout your body. You could feel that the fate of your life has been decided and ultimately, you will be in the hands of that god.
One day, you walk out to the sea and you come face to face with the God who keeps trying to court you. His face was devoid of any emotion and he towered above you.
"Come to me," he said, his hand outstretched towards you for you to take. It seemed inviting and tempting.
But that same sickening feeling came over you again. You refused him, just like before.
Suddenly, the air around you changed. It became heavy and the winds whipped around you angrily. The once clear, blue sky turned dark as the clouds swirled in together as they blocked out the sun. And the waves rushed back to the sea, leaving the sandy beaches bare.
Fear began to nag at you and you looked back at the god, whose expression has changed to one of anger.
"Come to me," he said again. This time he demanded it, his voice taking on a possessive, furious tone. "Join me as my wife, mortal. I will no longer take no for an answer."
Your breathing became heavy and your body trembled. You couldn't move you legs and your lips quivering as you tried to stutter out, "But why me!? I do not want to leave my family nor my village!"
His eyes flashed with anger and waves came crashing back, violently, against the shore. His voice boomed, almost roaring, as he spoke to you.
"It matters not! The fates have decided that you shall be mine! I have been courteous enough. Come to me or I shall flood your village. In the end, I will get what I want, my wife...
You have but one choice."
Your eyes began to sting and tears ran down your cheeks. You were truly powerless.
There was nothing you could do. You were just a human and he was a God.
He held out his hand once more.
"You will make the right choice, or will you not?," his voice went back to being void of any emotions once more. With your tears still falling, you made your choice and took his hand.
He smiled down at you. A cold, terrible, obsessive smile that didn't reach his calculating eyes.
"Good choice. My wife."

4n4 tips (backed by science)!!!
Figured I would make one of these since they really help me out!
In order to make f4sting easier, switch to a d1et with more protein or a keto d1et.
Most people have a d1et that is high in carbs. This means that most of the energy they burn is readily-available glucose instead of fatty acids or ketones.
When f4tty acids are used for energy, they turn into ketones which is a process that takes longer and makes you feel fuller. It also burns b0dy f4t. When glucose is used for energy, it’s depleted within 24 hours AT MOST and usually around 8 hours. This will lead to severe cravings, especially for high carb f00ds.
But by following a high protein d1et, a keto d1et, or by going through long periods of f4sting before your body will get more used to using the f4tty acids and help lessen cravings.
E4t at irregular times.
When your body gets accustomed to receiving f00d at the same times every day grellin spikes. The hormone grellin is responsible for many feelings of hunger. It has been shown that grellin will spike at the times that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are usually 3aten, making you hungry. By making your meals irregular you can help avoid severe grellin spikes. This also means that the more you f4st, the less hungry you will feel (in general) because grellin will not spike since you’re not 3ating meals.
If you feel hungry, wait 2 hours.
It’s been shown that the spike in grellin (the hunger hormone I talked about above) is short-lived. About 2 hours after the initial spike in grellin, it will even back out to normal levels so your appetite will drop as well.
Only f4st for 3 days max.
I know I know. But hear me out: after about 3 days you stop burning b0dy f4t and are instead burning muscle. That’s fine if your overall goal is to l0se we1ght but if you’re going for that toned sk1nny look that you see in a lot of th1nspo, then stop. If you’re very overweight you can maybe go for a little longer, about 1 more day before you stop burning f4t but that’s it. If you’re really lean already, then you will start burning muscle instead of f4t in even less time than 3 days, maybe closer to 2.
Just a side note but due to autophogy (essentially the breakdown of old, less functional cells) f4sting for 3 days can help reduce inflammation, boost your immune system, and potentially even slow down acne, wrinkles, and age spots. However these effects ONLY last for about 3 days before they stop and the negative parts of f4sting kick in.
Take your vitamins and minerals.
I’m sure you’ve heard this one before, but seriously. A few days without food gives you an immune boost but longer than that and your immune system begins to weaken severely, leading to more serious infections and sicknesses. Even something like a common cold can take you down. And it’s hard to keep up the 4n4 lifestyle if you’re sick all the time.
Get everything you need to done in the first 3 days of a f4st.
If you’re going to f4st longer than 3 days (which I don’t recommend), try to get anything important done in the first 3 days. Homework, readings, slideshows, meetings, and even friend hang outs should be done within the first 3 days of a f4st. During this time your body will experiences higher rates of neurogenesis (growth and development of new brain cells and nerve tissues) in the brain, which has been linked to clearer focus, improved mood, and better memory. So set yourself up for an easier rest of the f4st by getting things done ahead of time during this period.

Wait, I'm so sorry. You don't have to, of course, but can you explain the keto/ketosis/cutting thing? I though I kinda knew what keto was but some of the language/specifics confuses me.
they’re the same thing a teeny bit in that keto diet forces the body into ketosis but the main difference is that on keto you’re trying to go into a a permanent state of ketosis.
ketosis is the metabolic process in which the body burns fat storage instead of carbohydrates, so by not eating carbs you can force this process to happen. someone who works out a lot will go through phases of bulking (eating a lot of calories and carbs so that their body can use that energy to create a lot of muscle) and cutting (forcing the body into ketosis so that the excess fat is burned and the muscle they’ve just built is very visible and toned). the main idea is that they only temporarily cut the carbs (because carbs are GOOD and you NEED THEM)
someone on keto will be not eating carbs in a long term way and in a constant state of ketosis so that their body is always burning fat storage instead of using carbs for energy. this is a shit diet because as soon as you bring carbs back into the diet you’re just going to gain the weight back! plus the fact that you’re depriving your body of a NECESSARY macromolecule. don’t believe keto propaganda.

A (long) Rant About Fitness & Personal Health

So if you're new to my blog, hi, Im Lyra and I am a 27 y/o who is very passionate about fitness and physical health. A few years back I was 165lbs and very unhappy, so I decided to start working out and then boom, currently 116lbs and 18% body fat. (Im 5ft2)
I didnt do that through some wacko diet, restricting my food, keto, whatever. No. Simply put, I ate food, and lifted heavy shit over, and over and over. And whoda thunk?! I lost body fat, gained muscle, as well as mental clarity, improved my sleep health, and physical health as a whole. And another fun fact, I still ate "bad food". Oooo, scary. Pizza, beer, burgers, cake, cookies, if its food, I want to eat it, and I did (and do).
It irks me on a cellular level that some people try to convince others that the only and or best way to lose weight, is to follow some weird ass diet that likely has more health risks than benefits, and the people theyre trying to convince, are already pretty vulnerable and are ready to try pretty much anything to get results and FAST!
Whilst I more than understand wanting results asap, fitness and physical health is not something you will see results and progress with in a short span of time. Sure, you might start feeling a little better after a month of implementing a fitness routine, but you'll look the same, and more or less still be the same. Fitness above all else teaches patience, and discipline. The muscles, slimmer figure, or whatever your original goal was is just a bonus.
Let me break a few things down for you;
Food is fuel, so fuckin EAT
You dont need to be keto, or follow the carnivore diet, vegetarian, vegan, nada. Nothing. Zilch. Zero, to be able to lose weight and gain muscle effectively, efficiently, safely, and be able to maintain a healthy body.
The best thing that I have ever heard regarding food (and it helped change my own relationship with food) is a quote from personal trainer and fitness coach Alex Tima from Hybrid Wellness. Alex said "There is no such thing as bad/unhealthy food. There is only more nutritious food, and less nutritious food".
Too much of anything isnt good, and too little of anything is also not good. Thats why we call it a "balanced" diet.
A lot of fitness influencers and whoever now days are trying to convince their followers to follow a strict diet of only animal products and maybe some fruit, all while eating one meal a day because "thats what our ancestors did!". Yeah, and our ancestors died at the ripe old age of 30.
True, we are/were hunter gatherers, but evolution is a thing as well. Just because back then we could survive off of only one meal a day, doesnt mean we have too now. More so, the biggest and strongest of our ancestors, still ate more/the most!
Bottom line, eat food when youre hungry. Eat good food. Meats, fruits, veggies, grains, fats, etc.
Dont let anyone tell you that youre undisciplined because you dont subscribe to any particular diet.
2. If You Wanna Look "Toned", You've Gotta Put in the Work
After becoming more fit and healthy myself, I have had quite a few people approach me and ask how they can do the same. However, nine times out of ten, they all say the same thing, or at least some variation of "I just wanna look more toned".
Well guess what? You will not look more toned, if there is nothing to tone.
Cardio alone will not help you achieve your goals. Sure, walking is fantastic and jogging is a great way to increase cardiovascular health and stamina, but it will not make you look more "toned". For that, you will need to build muscle. And how do we build muscle?
WE LIFT HEAVY SHIT WE EAT LOTS OF PROTEIN AND THEN WE LIFT HEAVIER SHIT
Unless you are literally training like Sam Sulek, you will not look like Sam Sulek. Lifting weights will NOT make you look "big" or "bulky" if you're not trying to become big or bulky. Just lift a good amount to where its a bit of a struggle, and increase the weight gradually overtime as you become stronger.
That with a little bit of cardio works wonders. Not just cardio or weights by themselves.
Again...balance
3. FUCK THE SCALE
Sooooo many people are obsessed with the scale, being skinny, having the smallest BMI they could possibly get but let me tell you something.
My own mother has been obsessed with not only her weight (shes an almond mom with the exception of booze), but mine for as long as I can remember. Shes done so many diets, taken god knows what concoctions of...whatever, pills, etc all for the sake of being skiiinniiiiiiiii!!!!!
Guess where she is now? I mean sure, shes super fuckin skinny, but shes got diareah 24/7, liver damage, blood problems, thyroid issues, she had fuckin scurvey, and various brain issues and pretty much, delusions. But so long as her weight is low along with her waistline, she does not give a fuuuuuckk.
Guys, its not worth it. Do NOT stress over the numbers you see on the scale or any BMI calculator. Its okay if you want to drop a few pounds, but I highly HIGHLY encourage you to just simply take progress pics instead. Your eyes may lie to you, but the camera will not.
I could go on and on and on about this topic, but this is already a long enough post, and I don't want to info overload you lol.
To wrap up, fitness and personal health is all about balance. Nothing more, nothing less. Balanced diet, balanced sleep, balanced workout plan, etc.

You’ve been in a depression funk ever since your friends you’d met freshman year stopped reaching out a year after graduation.
At first, the group chat remained populated with once a day, then once a week texts. Weeks turned to months, until it was only you ever reaching out.
Loneliness creeps up on you, slowly at first, then all at once like an all-consuming force. You barely have time to prepare before your normal routine is squandered as your depression settles over every inch of your body.
Eventually, you stop reaching out completely.

You’d been drifting for a while ever since college ended, but you were left with the daunting question most people face at some point or another. The question being, of course, how do you make friends when you’re older?
First step, you realize with disdain, is getting out of the house. This is how you find yourself at a yoga class in a part of town you’ve never been to.
Have you ever done yoga before?
No.
Do you particularly like being surrounded by fuckers who seem perfectly content to solely talk about what they can and can’t eat on keto?
Also, no.
Yet, here you are with a loaner mat and the cutest gym set you own.
Everyone in the class seems to know someone, but there you are, standing off in the corner like a voyeur. Your arms come to wrap around your stomach self-consciously as your eyes flit across the room filled with perfect-looking women. 
Women who look nothing like you.
You look down at your outfit distastefully, second-guessing, well, everything.
You shouldn’t have come.
You don’t have time to leave, however, because class is being called into session. 
You swallow down your sigh and find a place in the way back. You keep your head down as you make your way across the room, not even taking in a single face as you busy yourself with unrolling the mat. 
You berate yourself as you straighten it out to avoid conversation. What’s the point in coming out to meet people if you’re just going to exclude yourself from the start? 
The instructor goes slow enough, but it doesn’t matter. You don’t know what you’re doing and your social anxiety is rearing its ugly head. 
Soon enough, you’re tumbling from tree pose and straight into the woman next to you in a horrific crash.
“I’m so sorry!” you immediately spew as soon you catch your bearings. You’re staring down at her Tom Nook inspired yoga mat while she semi-spoons you, semi-squashes you from behind. “I totally lost my balance and I-” you trail off as soon as you scramble up with some help from the woman and face… “Holy shit.”
She’s ethereal.
You wipe at your eyes to make sure you’re not actually seeing an angel in front of you. 
The red-headed goddess easily nears seven feet tall. She’s tanned, toned and… really fucking hot, okay?
“Are you okay?” The woman’s effervescent green eyes shock your soul back to life like a defibrillator. Her hand is still on your lower arm from helping you up.
Are you okay?
Your pulse is rapidly beating.
You can feel everyone’s eyes on you, but, surprisingly, that’s not the cause of your racing heart. No, that’s all thanks to this otherworldly beauty on the mat next to you.
“Good,” you mumble, nodding dumbly. The entire time, you’re reveling in the weight of her hand around your arm like a lifeline. “So good.”
She laughs, throws her head back and fucking laughs like she’s a headlining star on The Late Night Show.
She’s perfect.
You know, for a friend… 
Yup, totally just a friend.
The teacher’s gone on to the next position, though some eyes still remain on the two of you. 
“You are adorable!” she exclaims. The redhead woman looks at you like you’re the most precious kitten she’s ever laid eyes upon.
You got out of the house to make a friend and here you are in a position to seal the deal. Hell yeah.
You rub sheepishly at your neck as you build up the courage. “Would you want to ditch this place and grab a coffee?” you ask timidly.
Her eyes widen. “A coffee?”
You nod. “There’s a place down just a block over,” you offer. 
Without further mention, she’s bending down to roll up her mat. You try not to stare at her tits popping out of her sports bra, but bent over like she is, it’s nearly impossible. It seems like she can hardly see what she’s doing with the way they hang obtrusively in her face.
When she suddenly pops back up with a beaming smile, you hardly have enough time to cover up your line of sight. 
Luckily, she doesn’t seem to notice as she grabs your hand, yes, grabs your hand and leads you out of the room as everyone else looks on.
“You are not the yoga fan?” she questions you innocently, ducking her head to look at you as she waits for your response. “Please excuse my, uh,” she pauses, stopping to look at the sky as she ponders the word, “accent.” She nods to herself, leaving her red locks to cascade in her wake. “I am not from here, you see.”
She called you cute and, yet…
“S’cool,” you say, trying to sound nonchalant. Both of you start walking again and you can’t help but glance at her beauty from out of the corner of your eye as you do.
A quick look at your surroundings proves that nearly everyone on the street is in the exact same boat. All around the two of you, people instantly lock onto your yoga buddy. 
No, seriously. 
People all around begin openly gawking at her curves, literally STOPPING and staring, girlfriends hitting their boyfriends for not paying attention to her over them and even the obnoxious cat call from cars passing by.
She’s a bombshell and you feel starstruck in her presence alone.
“I’m Kori, by the way,” she says politely.
“Sounds good,” you mumble, not really hearing her until a few seconds later. “Oh, shit. I mean,”
She laughs, cutting off your rambling, “You are so cute!” The gorgeous woman beams down at you, eyes crinkling like you’ve truly overjoyed her with your awkward behavior.
You choke on your spit.
Definitely cute.
You tell her your name, quickly ducking your head as soon as you do. You hope she doesn’t think you’re some fucking creep like the rest of the people you’re passing by, but you can’t help that her stunning looks are rendering you speechless.
Kori seems completely oblivious to your plight, let alone the rest of the passersby. In fact, based on her ever-present grin, you might actually get the idea that she’s genuinely charmed by you.
Your heart’s racing, though you blame it on the anxiety of actually hanging out with someone for the first time in, well, too long. You really can’t afford to fuck this up because you’ve really been needing a good friend.
The coffee shop is quaint, nearly empty, when the two of you walk in and capture the attention of everyone in the small cafe.
She orders some insane sugary frappuccino drink and insists the two of you get a large to share because it sounds “so good!” 
Who are you to refuse this goddess?
The pink and purple (?) drink is delivered with mounds of whipped cream and pink and teal sugar dust on top.
What the fuck is this shit?
“This drink is as beautiful as you are!” she exclaims as soon as the treat with two bendy straws is deposited on the table.
You choke, but she’s too busy taking a picture of the drink to notice your predicament. 
“It’s, uh,” you trail off as you regard the drink in front of you as if it’s going to attack you. With its obscene neon swirls and indiscernible flavor, you’re not too sure it won’t. “It’s definitely something,” you finally manage.
With two straws, it’s all about timing, you realize. You, however, don’t understand this timing and go in at the same time she does. Instantly, you sputter backward with a hasty apology she doesn’t even seem to hear. What everyone else hears is a pornstar-worthy moan she makes as she takes the first sip.
You stare at her in shock and awe at her pure sexual prowess. 
It’s like she doesn’t even know she’s everyone’s wet dream and, yet everything she does only adds to her ethereal charm.
“It is incredible, no?” she asks, leaving you to nod instantly. You can’t help but revel in the blinding brightness of her smile at your response. “I will need to bring Jason and Roy here!”
Your brow quirks at the new names. “Who’re they?”
“We all share an apartment together,” Kori says. All the while, she twirls her straw around absentmindedly as she answers you, seeming to space out as she does so. “I’ve known them ever since I came here, so about four years or so. It has been,” her mouth quirks sadly, “Challenging getting used to your customs.”
You nod, not really wanting to pry too much. In the short time you’ve known her, seriously short time, this is the saddest you’ve seen her and you’re determined to make her smile again.
“Fitting in is lame, anyway,” you say.
Her face twists beautifully up into her signature model smile. “You are just like my friend Jason,” she confides. “He tells me that all the time, though I still can’t help but worry I’ll misspeak and draw attention to myself.”

Well honestly it really comes down to diet. The number one thing that will determine your body composition and the way it looks is your diet. I've done intermittent fasting for 6 years now, only eating one meal a day (obviously there are some days where I'll break this), and I'm pretty happy with the results! Fasting makes it really easy to decide what you'll eat for the day, and is super useful for counting calories!
But to slim your waist down you will have to 1) cut down on your caloric intake, and 2) reduce your sugar intake. Really the only way to lose weight is to eat less, it's as simple as that.
Exercise is plenty important, but it won't really alter your body much besides making you more muscular or toned. You can't like do lots of crunches and expect to lose weight around your waist, unfortunately it doesn't work like that :\ I work out 3 times a week though, mostly doing climbing at my climbing gym, but you can start small with walking or running or something else you like!
Really just find a diet and live a lifestyle that works for you! Whether it's fasting, keto, or just cooking at home and eating healthier foods, just watch what you eat and give it A LOT of time and you'll surely see results. You can do it! :3

The takes were all over the place - some commenters dismissed it as just the latest fad in a body-obsessed culture. Okay, that’s not unreasonable. Others rolled their eyes at it - these people are just deluding themselves because they want to eat bacon, they sneered. Others expressed concern about excessive restriction leading to disordered eating, and the micronutrients keto devotees might be losing out on by eschewing basically all fruits and vegetables. And still others argued that keto is the most efficient way to eat, since, unlike calories from fat and carbohydrates, our bodies can’t store up calories from protein in the form of fat.

However, you can't help but start to take it personally when your sex life begins to suffer. He's often claimed being tired...but there's another suspicion that's been taking root in your mind, feeding your doubts and insecurities about how your boyfriend sees you, and about how you see yourself.
When you slip into bed at night, a kiss goodnight is all he gives you lately, before he's sighing deeply and closing his eyes, his soft snores soon filling the room.
One night, you try touching his shoulder, leaning in to kiss his bearded cheek. He hums at the pleasant feeling.
"You wanna...?" You trail the question in his ear, pressing more sweet kisses down his neck.
"Aw, sweetheart," he groans. "I'd like to, but I think I'd just smother you. I'm about to pass out."
You huff a laugh. You teasingly walk two fingers across his chest. "What if I make it easy for you?"
You shift onto your side. Resting a hand on his chest, you lean down to kiss him. He hums at the softness of it, but the more passion you try to imbue into each new kiss, Beau isn't as responsive as you would like. Eventually, you stop all together.
You frown, becoming disheartened. "You're not into this, I guess."
He opens his tired eyes, gazes up at you in apology. He opens his mouth to reply, but you beat him to it.
"You know it's been a month since we've had sex," you say.
Beau frowns, sliding a hand up your back. Only now does he notice, with appreciation, the familiar silky négligée you're wearing.
"Nah, that doesn't sound right," he says.
"Well, it is," you say. "I know you say you're tired, but I mean, you've had this job for as long as I've known you, Beau." Your eyes fall away from him. "So is it the job, or...is it me?"
Beau's brows furrow. "Now wait a minute."
The mere thought dredges up what's been plaguing your mind recently, and it has your throat tightening. Tears of embarrassment and upset well up in your eyes, no matter how much you try to push it down.
You push away from him and turn away, crossing your arms. You try not to look at yourself in what used to be your favorite lingerie.
You can't stand the extra weight you've put on, mostly in your hips and ass, but in your middle and arms too.
You've gone through your own stress at work this year, with less and less time to try and take care of yourself, along with making sure Emily gets to and from school, cooking for the three of you, going to PTA meetings when Carla can't make it (since Beau often can't), and every other proverbial hat you wear.
Beau follows you, sitting up and laying a hand on your back. "Sweetheart--"
"I know I've put on a few. Hell, more than a few," you admit, hastily wiping under your eyes. "God, I can't even look at myself right now, let alone have you--"
"Hey. You stop right there," Beau says, more firmly. He gets you to turn around with his hand on your shoulder. He doesn't like the way you're curled in on yourself, as if hiding your body from his gaze.
That, and the sight of your tears damn well break his heart.
He cups the side of your face gently and presses a tender kiss to your forehead, followed closely by your lips.
You don't want to melt, but you just can't help it. You cling to the front of his shirt and lean into his kiss, like you've been lost in the desert, and his lips hold the breath of life.
You almost don't realize it when his arms slip around your waist. He earns a surprised yelp from you when he gathers you close against his chest and rolls you underneath him.
You land against the pillows in a huff. You stare up at his playful smile, his green eyes glinting with amusement, with fondness, and also with desire as they roam over your breasts, barely contained by dark green satin and lace.
"I've been neglecting you, haven't I?" he says. His voice is a low, earthy drawl as his gaze rakes over you. His big hand runs down your side and over your hip, then down your bare thigh, squeezing soft, tender flesh. He slips that hand under the satin night gown.
His hand can't span your entire thigh, but it's not for lack of trying. Your heart beats a staccato rhythm at the way he looks at you, your breath hitching when his thumb dips between your legs, brushing against the damp, silky fabric of your panties.
"It's not because I don't find you sexy as hell. Believe me, darlin', I do," he says. "You're so fuckin' beautiful, especially when you're all laid out for me here."
And he means what he says. You know it by the hardness you feel pressing against your hip. You slip your fingers into his hair with a sigh.
He bows his head to press kisses along your neck; down and down, he noses at the thin strap of your night gown. His path of kisses continue, and he indulges himself by dipping his tongue between the valley of your breasts.
"Filling out this lacy little thing so nice," he murmurs into your skin.
Your upset has turned to abject relief, but you still have to blink away the remaining urge to cry.
You let out a slightly tremulous breath.
"Oh, yeah?" you ask.
Beau pauses. He pulls away, just so he can look up and meet your eyes. He still finds insecurity in yours, so he meets you with a kiss filled with heat and intent.
He's now wide awake. He plans to take his sweet time taking you apart, inch by inch.
In fact, in the back of his mind, he also plans to do better about letting his deputies help him out more at the precint so he can have a better work-life balance.
(Because going a whole damn month without the taste of you is "no bueno," in his words.)

The man may not be very patient, or particularly perceptive, but he's not an idiot.
At least, not about sex.
He knows that you've been feigning tiredness, and generally avoiding his touch.
What's strange is that you haven't been avoiding him. You still cook for him, still share conversation with him, still insist on having him spoon you on the couch while catching him up on the past four decades of TV shows and movies.
But when he begins to sneak a hand under your oversized shirt (an old one of Ben's), caressing your hip, then dipping down to your softer stomach on the way to your panties, breaking your concentration from the movie as unease laces down your spine.
You grab his wrist on reflex, instead lacing your fingers together.
"What's the matter now?" he asks.
You look over your shoulder at him and find him frowning at you, a divot between his brows. You don't manage to hold his gaze for long.
"Sorry," you say quietly. "I'm just, um, tired."
Ben doesn't believe you, and he's direct when he calls you out on it.
Reluctant to put what you've been feeling into words, you pause the movie and leave the couch (and him) behind.
Ben is annoyed enough to follow you (and underneath, he hides an edge of concern). The conflict leads into the bedroom, where you're still unwilling to open up.
He finally stops you from walking away from him, pinning you against the dresser by your hips. He practically looms over you as he demands an answer. He knows you're hiding something — something that's had you reluctant to let him touch you.
"Is there something you wanna tell me?" he says, a raw edge of warning in his tone. "What, are you fucking somebody else?"
Shock flashes in your eyes, making you angry. "What? No!"
"Well, you seem to be getting your fill somewhere, and it hasn't been from me--"
"Are you fucking serious? I'm not..." Your lips purse. You're actually hurt that he would hurl that accusation your way--and it couldn't be farther from the truth.
You tug your long shirt downwards and cross your arms, but it's more like you're hugging yourself, shielding your body away.
Ben's brows furrow a little bit more.
Eventually you get it out; you haven't been feeling up to being intimate because you're having a hard time even looking at yourself lately.
"I know I need to, um, get back in shape," you say, taking in a shaky breath to try and steady yourself. Your throat constricts, the beginnings of tears stinging your eyes. You want to look at anywhere but at Ben. "I just haven't had much time, with everything going on. But Annie gave me this guide on some different diets, like intermittent fasting, Keto--"
"Fasting," Ben intones. "What, you wanna fucking starve yourself? What the fuck is Keto?"
You sigh, barely resisting the urge to roll your eyes.
"No, not starve myself. And Keto's just..." The idea of trying to explain the new diet craze to your boyfriend is too daunting a task to consider. "Never mind. The point is, I have a plan. My hips, my thighs, my ass--"
Ben squeezes your hips at the mention of them. He happens to like the softness.
"Yeah, you've got a little extra. So fucking what?" he says, his voice deep and exacting as his gaze roams over your body. "Just gives me more to hold onto when I'm fucking you."
You utter a shocked laugh. "Ben!"
He grins lazily, and he turns you this way and that, admiring you from all angles. In his eyes, he doesn't find a side he doesn't like. You can't help but blush hotly under his gaze.
"Sweetheart, do whatever you want if it makes you feel good. But you don't need to starve yourself." His hands move to your ass, squeezing a bit harder on the plush flesh.
A yelp escapes you; he's pressing into you from the front as well, and you feel him heavy and already half-hard against you. You grab onto his arms for stability as your breaths quicken.
His attitude kind of surprises you, even though it soothes the frayed, insecure part of your soul that wants to be as beautiful and attractive in his eyes as he is in yours.
Ben is literally a super soldier. You're actually kind of jealous. The man can drug and booze hard and eat whatever the hell he wants, but his super metabolism just seems to absorb it into his washboard abs.
(The more you think about it, the more you want to smack him.)
Nothing about him isn't hard and lean, muscle and strength.
Only his hands have a measure of gentleless when they're holding you like this.
"I've just got so many stretch marks now," you begin to complain, in an emotional whisper.
He snorts. "And? You think it's anything I haven't seen? I'm not afraid of a little cellulite either."
At that, your head tilts in consideration. Butcher's Granny Fucker remark comes to mind. You bite your lip against a smirk.
Ben crooks a curled finger under your chin. He guides you to meet his eyes, before he lures you into a lusty kiss.
It's somewhat rough because of his beard, but you still smile afterwards, leaning against him now.
"Ain't nothing about you that I can't handle," he adds, all smirking and cocky. To prove his point, he hooks those strong hands behind your thighs and lifts you onto the dresser.
You gasp and cling to his shoulders. From there, he makes quick work of ridding the oversized shirt from your body, revealing you to the cool air and his hot gaze.
You take his face in your hands and bring him in for an even steamier kiss, your heart lighter and trembling with anticipation.
You've held yourself from him long enough, Ben thinks, and he has every intention of devouring you right on your old dresser -- before you two even get to the bed.

Progress update nose a lil swollen right now in the morning especially or when I wake up but it’ll snatch skinny when I get officially back to my metabolism and my skin heals. It doesn’t scar. There are no bumps. This is before my serums. I have to wait until I get to my normal body fat percentage. I lost my collarbones because it was a bit of organic keto with more meats than a single vegetable when I got back from Berlin because I walked miles and miles grocery shopping abroad and I had to prevent b12 deficiency and calcium erosion or whatever.
I got blemishes after traveling. TSA needs to nawt recycle the same containers without disinfecting.
But my skin looks like this then by a week they grey matter peels off with clean and clear and it’s the same skin tone with no scarring.
