To go with my Mp100 & Sonic post. About the message of what they give,
I think Sonic has that (you can be better, you can change, etc etc) towards lonely children. C'mon. Lots of the main characters in Sonic, are— by some standard, lonely kids.
Sonic doesn't have set parents (he has them, yes, but many parents; in many different canons; but generally he's just the speed guy that goes with the flow— he goes by his heart). Amy, we never hear anything about them (not to my knowledge). Tails, the only one with two tails (I don't think we hear of him having parents- in Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog he was found by Sonic in a tree with baby birds). Knuckles -stated in many canons, I believe (yeah, I know he has a mom in the Archie comics. But thats- practically the only canon that explores the echidnas I think??)- is the last of his kind. Shadow, he does have a family; but they are more like his creators and his duty.
Hell. Not just the main characters. Even some exclusive characters in their own canon; Chris. I know he's not necessarily a lonely kid. But he's lonely— emotionally and mentally.
Elise. She's a lonely kid.
But I think they go with the message of to say the ones that stay with you and accept you— are family. (Sonic has this found family in it. Starting with Sonic and Tails, and then others) but also go with the message of being able to change, to be a good person, to live your life as your own. It's just mixed with the found family (hell probably mp100 can be seen as found family too! In the Mob and Reigen sense. Ritsu and their parents are active in Mob's life)

Beauty placements in Astrology🌸💄 Part 1
(I am mostly talking about physical beauty in face and body but attractive/seductive placement are completely different topic) These are just the basic common ones.
🌠Neptune, Venus or Moon aspecting ascendant or in the first house. -
Neptune =Their aura is intresting and different. They can be like mirrors to other people and are idolized easily. People with this placement can be invisible if they want to but suddenly have everyone staring at them. They can be bit cartoonish. This can be difficult placement but it can give so much creativity and miracles to a person.
Looks: Can have looks that people deem as iconic. You can see their faces at peoples houses , public places and in paintings and in clothes. Unique but classic at the same time. They look dazzling in photos.
Archetype: Siren that lures you with gentle lullaby and turns into a monster. No one can resist the urge that they bring up.
Celebrity examples-->
//Neptune in the first house/ Conjunct//: Marilyn Monroe, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Ariana Grande, Scarlett Johansson, Nicole Kidman, Eminem, Tom Cruise, Chris Evans, Paris Hilton, Paul Mcartney, Paris Hilton, Bradley Cooper.
//Neptune opposite ascendant//: Audrey hepburn, Halle Berry, Adele, Lady Gaga, Christina Hendricks, Amy Adams, Jared Leto.
//Neptune trine ascendant//: Jim Morrison, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Heath Ledger, Jessica Alba, George Clooney, Cindy Crawford, Julia Roberts, Sophia Loren.
//Neptune square ascendant//: Elvis Presley, Britney Spears, Johnny Depp, Elizabeth Taylor, Rihanna, Dua Lipa, Jimi Hendrix, Birgitte Bardot, Ryan Gosling.
//Neptune sextile ascendant//: Madonna, Beyonce, Leonardo Dicaprio, Keanu Reeves, Kurt Cobain, Monica Bellucci, Christina Aguilera, Sharon Stone, Grace Kelly, Aaliyah, Khloe Kardashian.
They are magical, mysterious and etherial.
🎇 Venus= They are just gorgeous and have such a balanced body and face. People enjoy their company and they can become popular easily. Good placement in every aspect but vanity can occur so it's good to have something where to use that visual/artistic gift even as just a hobby.
Looks: They are very aesthetic and are often used as wallpapers for that reason.
Archetype: Aphrodite who bring pleasure and beauty that you can't get enough of. The senses are overwhelmed and lured you in.
Celebrity examples--->

//Venus square ascendant//: Kim Kardashian, Billie Eilish, Gia Carangi, Birgitte Bardot, Christina Aguilera, Mila Kunis, Uma Thurman, Richard Gere.
//Venus sextile ascendant//: Lady Gaga, Pamela Anderson, Paris Hilton, Audrey Hepburn, Zac Efron, Dua Lipa, Kim Basinger, Amy Adams, Madison Beer.
Beautiful, stylish, symmetrical, sensual, artistic .
🌌Moon= Can reflect other peoples emotions and be very sensitive/emphatetic. Children and animals are drawn to these people. Just so adorable. Their style/makeup can be expression of their feelings.
Archetype: Nyx that in the dark evening shines mysteriously and brings nostalgia upon you and holds you dearly . You can be completely vulnerable you feel like a child again.

Undrafted / unsigned players as of right now
With the SDHL / AuroraLiiga / Postfinance Women’s League / EWHL / other leagues either underway or soon to be underway, a lot of rosters are close to solidified with only a few spots left.
A lot of PWHL teams have made clear that they plan to not sign any / very few remaining free agents or draft picks until after training camp where they plan to have everyone remaining compete for spots. Obviously signed players and drafted players will be there, but who else? This is meant to give some light to that
This list does not include NCAA / USports players who went undrafted, mostly just due to lack of time. But feel free to add anyone notable!
Current list of rumored undrafted training camp invites.
Please note that this is not from PWHL teams officially and may not include all players invited / some may still be responding to offers
Boston Fleet -Jillian Dempsey, Klara Peslarova, Cami Kronish, Maude Poulin Labelle, Kelly-Ann Nadeau
Minnesota Frost - Claire Butorac, Brook Bryant, Lauren Bench, Charlotte Akervik
Montreal Victoire- Clair DeGeorge, Sandra Abstreiter, Gabrielle David, Alexandra Labelle,
New York Sound - Chayla Edwards, Madison Bizal, Taylor Baker, Savannah Norcross
Ottawa Charge - Taylor House
Toronto Sceptres - Rylind MacKinnon, Jessica Kondas, Lauriane Rougeau

Let's talk more fashion: who are your top ten fictional characters with the best style 🥰
Right off the bat I have to go with Carrie Bradshaw. She annoyed me to no end for most of the series (apart from that one episode where she went to a house party and someone stole her shoes and she insisted that the guests pay her back for them) but I'd be lying if I said that her outfits don't continue to be iconic and they are always going to be a huge chapter of costume design and fashion. Patricia Field really is THAT woman.
2. Rachel Green my forever girl has to be number 2. I love so many things about her style and how it evolves throughout the seasons. In the early days it was jeans, T-Shirts and overalls but in such a chic and 90's way and then as she starts working in fashion and growing more into a more grownup version of herself she has an amazing office wardrobe that I still take inspo from. I also love all her slip dresses.
3. Meave Maisel. I started watching The Marvelous Mrs Maisel mainly because of the clothes and the fact that it was written by Amy Sherman Palladino and I stayed for as long as I did for the clothes as well. I believe the plot got a bit tired and the creators got distracted by the fact that the budget kept getting bigger so therefore they thought the show should be getting flashier instead of more human and funny but you'll never catch me complaining about the costumes because, well look at them!
4. Lisa Fremont. LISTEN. The costumes in this movie (which is Rear Window, directed by Alfred Hitchcock) are my Roman Empire. Especially the black and white dress combined with Grace Kelly's incredible beauty makes it one of the most iconic fashion moments in cinema history and we should give Edith Head (the costume designer) her flowers.
5. Fran Fine. It took me a while to realize what an absolute fashion icon this woman is because I didn't watch The Nanny as a kid or teenager (I still haven't watched all of it and I plan on making it right eventually) but omg the absolute serve after serve after serve AFTER SERVE. Plus, that body is bodying. And a special mention to this particular outfit which is all of my dreams coming true:
6. Issa from Insecure
This show's entire costume department deserved all the Emmys, Oscars, Tonys, just everything but Issa's style was always my absolute favorite because it was so versatile and reflected on her character journey as well. Plus I loved the fact that even when she had a casual look on, there were still so many smart details about it. Argh I miss Insecure so much I need Issa Rae back on my screen immediately.
7. Daisy Jones. This character has had a tight grip on my heart ever since I read the book and I knew I'd love her when I watched the tv adaptation but I didn't expect to love her to the point I spent all of last spring trying to find pieces to recreate her entire cool girl hippy wardrobe. And also I just have to mention this "gold dust woman" moment because it was arguably the most iconic outfit of them all
8. Holly Golightly
I don't think I need to say too much about her to be honest do I? Audrey Hepburn is literally a work of art, in this movie and in general. My maybe somewhat unpopular opinion is that the pink outfit is my favorite one :')
Honourable mentions:
Monica Geller/ Blair Waldorf/ Cher Horowitz/ Zoe from Grownish (I hate the show though)/ Devi from Never Have I Ever/ Hilary Banks from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air
#flora THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ASKING ME THIS LET'S KEEP TALKING ABOUT FASHION FOREVER :')#also lmao it ended up being top 7 instead of top 10

1937, 1940, 1950, 1966, 1973, 1988, 1999
1937: Gotta go with Stage Door! A who's-who of actresses from the day that is both hilarious and heartbreaking.
1940: The Philidelphia Story. One of my all-time favorite movies and definitely one of my favorite romantic comedies.
1950: Time for another all-time favorite: Summer Stock! It's my personal favorite Judy Garland movie and her chemistry with Gene Kelly is off the charts. And of course, since this is an MGM musical, there are some kick-ass song and dance numbers, including the iconic "Get Happy".
1966: How to Steal a Million. A fun little heist movie, while not perfect, it has quickly become one of my comfort movies. I find myself watching it after I've had a rough day and need something light and fun. Audrey Hepburn and Peter O'Toole have fantastic chemistry and play off each other really well. Plus, it has a really fun score by John Williams!
1973: The Exorcist. I mean...it's one of the greatest horror movies ever made, so this choice was easy. :)
1988: Running on Empty. This is a smaller, character-driven story about a family that have been on the run from the FBI for the past 15 years; and how their oldest son, Danny, wants to go to college and live his own life. The performances in this movie are all incredible...River Phoenix received an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress, and there's a scene between Christine Lahti and Steven Hill that never fails at making me weep.
1999: Drop Dead Gorgeous. Does this movie age well? No. There's one thing in particular that could almost be a movie-killer...but I can't help it. I love this movie so much. It's up there with Clue as one of the most quotable movies I have ever seen...It's a dark comedy/mockumentary about a small town in MN and their annual beauty pageant...and the...incidents that happen along the way. It is so ridiculous and funny that I can't not love it. Also? This cast is absolutely stacked: Kirsten Dunst, Kirstie Alley, Brittany Murphy, Ellen Barkin, Allison Janney (who nails every millisecond) and Amy Adams in her first movie role.
Thanks for asking!!!!

Surge fics.. blazurge fic where blaze sees the northern lights and the green ones, remind her of surge. Smth smth, she's bright like the stars even tho Surge would say she's more like Mars or smth. Surge is grateful tho. To be Blaze's light In a cold night. To be a few of the things that Blaze thinks about when she visits the North (she doesn't know how to deal with it so she just acts cocky bout it and all).
Surge fics.. surgamy fic where it deals with how surge was practically raised in an unloving household (maybe the same for Amy. Amy def has some abandonment issues), not dealing well with the fact that Amy loves her and wouldn't leave her. Wouldn't leave her, and loves her. Even if she has many problems with emotions (they both do). Hurt comfort surgamy is real to me
#time diary(?)#audrey/kellie's time diary#had these thoughts since. two days or smth#had them in summer school. so bad that i cant fully remember them....#sonic the hedgehog#sonic#sth#blaze the cat#blazurge#surge the tenrec#sonic idw#surgamy#amy the hedgehog#waugh#they make me sick#i kinda want more surge fics. angsty ones#kinda feeling angsty and such#but also maybe im just projecting onto surge (<- totally is tbh)

I'm so excited to announce the contributors in my inaugural zine, LAMINATOR Vol. 1! This new publication—Artists on the Lam's first physical booklet—features work by 68* artists, poets, and writers from all over Chicago, the country, and the world. This is a labor of love.
*(If you think that's a lot (it is): The submission process unexpectedly became highly competitive for a little zine; I received applications from over 200(!) people, a record number for me. It got to the point where one night I actually continued to review entries in my dreams.)
In this volume, enjoy poetry, prose, and art across all media and forms—including illustration, painting, photography, collage, textiles, and more—by:
