We caught most of the banana poka in kokee forest as as kid , but theres so much invasive control to do to plant more trees and more limu and coral and break down the bacterias killing the native ones for our crafters tools . Join us as we work with my childhood membership on our 25 year anniversary with over 50 nonprofits , and crewing up help the kupuna and historians who started this all . Our Triple Threat team is celebrating 10 year anniversary at the @redbull Magnitude Party and in @ulu_vaa @manaai oahu to Big Island prepping for summer in our new tree grove. Mahalo this tradition of Hawaiian Ed, From Papa to Uncle Butch. We will be in Out of the Box Mix Improv radio. Every 3rd Thurs and some Wednesday. Mahalo to Me and Kaimi of “ Kauikeaouli Kaleiopapa a Kamehameha”( The original name and person of the Hanalei Cliff, Princeville ,Kaua’i ) and @kauaifiredepartment Hanalei . Last night it was fun , bit nervous on @kauaicommunityradio ,and we been with my mum and voicing my education on radio while she was in and out hospital for all 10 years. I got to see all the videos and super old film , and it’s due today. Mum had grown up with this from wakea to kanaloa ; the kalai temana,waa, kula, aina, ohana most of the way, and this year the kalai koa and new alakai fir the sports, our return staff from 1990s volunteered themselves to jump back in and her moke -ing along. We talked about our #Lonoikamakahiki Fest that we still decided to hold every year through Covid and added to our routine. I’ve got multi teachers and their own clinics. Mom can sit back and relax and just continue logging on my studies and family photos. We did Aha, Ahupuaa, Aumuakua, Makahiki trained and as a group did surf, skate, snow, wake; farm animal ,taro and coral, native plant and tree groves, dive, horseback, build homes and canoes, tech in coding , foam and carbon fiber, and in its older native hawaiian counter parts holoholo, heenalu, holua, mahiai; kalai waa , papa , wao kula papa kupu. Everyone had to fit in our Oct-March routine so i can finish our @hawaiianwatermovement history project. It’s that time again. @chickswhorip and the Aunty Dianes ( yup two #wonderwoman ) have helped build tree groves, food forests , native hawaiian cultivated dry land mala and garden classes at our outreaches throughout the island on and away from #kekahacommunitygarden the flag ship. Our ‘Oomano Point #kekaha location is now the home of our public and charter school garden run by our children. We see this island as our hale, our house, our canoe; each designated area a study , heiau, to educate the skills of economic growth of community involvement. As #haole , foreigners, and #malahini aspiring residents share space with #makaainana our training classes have now spread to become other individual gardens and groves. We will be combining our wood shop program and food programs with #Kalo and #kumulaauUlu , our ground plant and tree leading the group as they continue to grow. Mahalo to Aunty Diane Rozenkranze and #kanaka practitioner @chickswhorip for your particular medical diet and educating our legal administrators and Non profits that a collective is possible.
