Choose yourself. I know this sounds very simply, but it's not. Choosing yourself can be, and is often, much harder than choosing to align with what someone else wants for you. . It can be as little as never getting the chance to clear the air because you know the person will never be able to receive your message, or it could be as big as experiencing homelessness in order to create a new space where YOU come first. Seeking & realigning with the Soul Self is not a task for the faint of heart, but you don't have to do it alone. . When times seem the worst, when no one will choose you and put your needs first, commit to doing it for yourself. Love yourself so much that you will pick yourself up out of the dirt and walk yourself home from the playground, just like a mother would do for her child. Love yourself so much that when you're sobbing alone on your couch that you will wrap your arms around yourself, stroke your hair and tell yourself it'll be alright, just like a lover would do for their partner.
