They both cheat whenever they tease the other too much so this game of UNO is suddenly a life or death thing.

Neither of them. They are highly careful when borrowing something.

As kids, Midorikawa did send some odd stuff with no context and Kazemaru engages if he ain't sleeping.

As adults, Midorikawa keeps being the one sending odd stuff only that drunk now and most of the time complaining about work. Kazemaru still answers.

Who is more likely to get them into ridiculous situations

Wow I feel it depends because they can both be chaotic if they want but they're mostly chill so the just play hot potato with the chaotic braincell and then just go with it I think

Who makes it a habit of showing up at the other's house unannounced

I actually hc most of the raimon appears unannounced at ohisama en JUST BECAUSE so Kazemaru would drop in to play videogames from time to time

Kazemaru, no doubt. It doesn't matter Midorikawa has the mom vibes as an adult he knows if he has a problem he can dial Kazemaru up to help him and he'll be right there
