you know what guys. after this whole thing goes down, i hope we get the ACTUAL kamiyama school festival and it is a very good comparison to the first one. where we can see clearly how much mizuki has grown since that first event in january 2021, since that first school festival in middle school.

and i hope mizuki gets to have fun with her friends and can hang out with ena. and i hope ena has fun too. i hope she gets to tease akito, forge bonds with her classmates at the fried squid stall, and hopefully get roped into a dumb show with the oddballs 1 2. i hope this is ena’s pandemonium. i hope we all can have a little bit of joy and whimsy while getting to see how much the gang’s lives have changed at this point.

and i hope rui is a little worried for mizuki — i sincerely hope he is somewhere in mizu5, quietly waiting by the rooftop like he always has for her. but by the end of the schoolfes event he can look at mizuki, her whole face bright as all eight students in our little kamikou main cast gang come down from the rooftop (for one last time maybe, but we don’t talk about graduation in front of rui… unless ofc we bring it up this event) and he can say “you’ve come such a long way, haven’t you, mizuki? i’m happy for you.”

One of Rui's most frequently used inventions outside of Nenerobo is a celebratory confetti cannon that is occasionally mentioned in birthday menu voicelines.

Rui initially made the cannon for Tsukasa's birthday in 2022, with most Kamiyama High students mentioning it in their menu voicelines, as well as Emu.

It reappeared for Emu's birthday in 2022 per her request, as mentioned in Rui's menu voiceline.

Its most recent appearances were Saki's birthday in 2023, where Rui lent it to Tsukasa, and Toya's birthday in the same year, where Rui let him use it.

There is also a giant party popper mentioned in Rui's voicelines for Rin and Len's anniversary in 2022, and An's birthday in 2023, which may be referring to the same cannon.

Given the inconsistent description of the cannon, it's very likely that there are multiple. The confetti launcher shown in the Kamikou 2nd years illustration for the countdown to the 3rd Anniversary (the artwork at the top of this post) is most likely meant to be one of the birthday cannons, and is currently the only time one of the cannons has actually been illustrated.

heres the STARLIGHT main sstory b4 i sleep

2nd year student Sato Naoko has always loved theatre. That, however, didn't mean he was going to be returning to Kamiyama's Theatre Club. Having slowly lost his motivation to act, he figured he was better off not returning. That didn't mean he didn't still get caught throwing a lingering gaze it's way- namely by Riku Tomomi, a fellow 2rd year and member of the theatre club.

She asks why he didn't return, and he brushes her off, saying something about his studies. Tomomi clearly isn't buying it, but lets him off... for now. A few days pass and Tomomi finds Naoko once again staring after the club and continues to pester him. In an attempt to brush her off and ignore her, Naoko opens his phone and plays the first track he can find. This turns out to be Untitled, sending them both to an area that looks like space.

Tomomi is fascinated while Naoko is incredibly concerned and confused. An odd variation of Miku appears, her hair just a bit more vibrant and green than usual and two antennae sprouting from her head. She announces that this is their SEKAI, but Naoko (already put off from Tomomi's harassment) just wants to go. They leave and Naoko brushes it off as some weird shared hallucination.

Meanwhile, Tomomi stumbles upon Manami Kohaku, a 1st year, sitting alone in the courtyard. Curious, she goes to approach them and they begin talking. Kohaku is unsure as to why Tomomi would want to be talking to them but indulges her nonetheless. She mentions being in the theatre club, which catches Kohaku's interest and they begin to bond over theatre.

After school, Naoko finds Asami Kazuya, a 1st year, standing outside the theatre club room. He asks why he’s stood out there and Kazuya mentions that he wants to join the club, but he doesn’t want to join alone. He’s offput from struggling so much to make friends with people, despite it being so easy for him when he was attending a different middle school. Tomomi pops her head out from the club room and sees the two standing there. Curious, she proposes something: what if they formed their own theatre troupe. She knows someone else who would be interested and joining, and it seems to be something that would benefit them all. Naoko and Kazuya agree, because it really can’t hurt to take the chance.

The entire group meets in an empty classroom and starts discussing what they want to do- group name, types of shows they want to do, things like that. They can’t seem to come to any sort of agreement though, and they begin withdrawing into themselves. It eventually ends up with Tomomi storming out, leaving the other 3 alone. They all feel guilty but say nothing, simply leaving the room.

Tomomi is more upset by the fall through than she wants to let on, and Naoko notices this. He ends up returning to their SEKAI and receives advice from MEIKO, who is also more vibrant and alien-like than her real world virtual singer counterpart. She suggests getting to properly know the rest of the group and become actual friends with them, because if they don’t have a bond then they’ll struggle to come up with anything. Kohaku also stumbles into the SEKAI while they’re talking, and Naoko speaks to them one-on-one in attempt to get to know them better. Kohaku is hesitant during their interaction, and even more off-putting than normal.

Naoko eventually leaves, and decides to make things right with the group, because he realizes that this is the first time in a while that he’s felt to motivation to act and do theatre again. He speaks to Tomomi first and asks to give it another shot, as well as (slightly more hesitant) a request to be friends. Tomomi is appreciative and agrees to try again. They also run into Kazuya, who was ALSO looking for Tomomi- though just to apologize. When Naoko extends the offer to try and make the troupe happen, Kazuya seems surprised but ultimately says yes as well. They go looking for Kohaku and can’t seem to find her. Naoko realizes where she might be though; SEKAI.

They all go to SEKAI and find Kohaku there, speaking to Miku and MEIKO. With some convincing, and reassurance from Tomomi, Kohaku agrees to return to the group. They rehash their ideas and take inspo from the SEKAI itself, deciding to become STARLIGHT. Untitled plays and boom. Main story done

Seo Miyako is a second-year student at Kamiyama High School.They are friends with the bully Hideki Masaharu and sometimes joins in the bullying.Despite them looking like a regular student,they are a villain that goes by the alias "Melaina". Seo is gender fluid!!They go by any pronouns!! Powers: (Only Eldritch Horror is known by the public) Eldritch Horror:Upon activation,Seo can summon whatever they want,as long as it's a living creature.It can be a real animal or a fictional one.However,as time passes,the creature becomes more and more 'distorted'.Distortions can vary greatly,but some examples include:additional limbs or loss of limbs,parts of the body becoming misshapen or moving to another place.Some distortions are based on the target's fears. Setbacks:The creature has free will.It can decide to whether listen to Seo's commands or not,meaning it would attack them if they wish.The distortion happens quickly or slowly depending on their control over their power,meaning that the distortion might happen very quickly or takes forever to start. Nightmare:It creates purple beams,which when someone is hit by it,they won't feel pain.However,after a few minutes the effect of the beam starts to hit in:they will face their worst fears or trauma.Although it's fake,in the victim's point of view it's very realistic. Setbacks:After using the ability,the next time Seo sleeps she'll face a nightmare.It'll feel very realistic and she can remember it vividly even after she's awake.Her beams can also be reflected by a mirror and it could hit her,affecting herself.Moreover,she can't control when the illusion ends. ANYWAYS!! Hi, I am certainly not ready to introduce my boys, but I need space to hyperfixate on them anyway! Not every discord server is available for that sadly!!

This is my Project Sekai neoclassical group, Prima Vista! I will do a proper thingie majingie when I actually have their 2☆ cards, but for that to happen I still need to finish up their 1☆ cards and I'm oh, so procrastinating on them...

As for now, I'm going to share the basic stamps I made for them, as well as their names and little facts about them + the links to AO3 stories, because I'm well into writing events for them already (even if I'm strongly late for the next story... nerd stuff is difficult).

This is Kaii Kotebiki, a first grader in a private male school Nanatsu No Bitoku (7 Virtues), cadually called Toku, the only one going to class 1-A. He is the main singer, as well as the original owner of the Sekai.

This is Hayato Edogawa, a 2nd year in Kamiyama High. He's in class with a bunch of people you already know from the base game... And it gets a bit interesting. Because I aged them up a year (due to the third anniversary coming up), he's the same age as people like Emu, Mizuki, Toya etc.

He himself plays the violin (and some more) and he was the first one to discover Sekai and Miku living within.

This is Ikuo Heiru, also a first year in Toku, studying in class 1-B. He usually plays the trumpet, but he can also switch to a trombone. He also tried a few other instruments and knows them on a basic level.

This little guy (the shortest of them all, but don't remind him of that) is Ranmaru Tokuse, an aspiring pianist and composer going to class 1-B in Toku, but he also takes on the role of the group's manager and leader.

While this... is their Miku, residing in the Abandoned Castle Sekai. She's awaited someone's arrival for years, but nobody came for her...

Perhaps there are other people in that Sekai, but... They might not show themselves...
