Sekido has a weird link with electric type Pokemons. While Aizetsu is a Pokémon magnet as a whole, Sekido attracts the electric type ones and somehow manages to understand them to an extent.

Considering his blood demon art, I thought it was fitting.

And yes, Akari and Rei both adopted the Hantengu clones as their new siblings, no the clones did not have any choice in this.

Don’t worry, Karaku wouldn’t actually fuck a Pokémon, he sees them as pets, and considering he has a lilligant and Urogi has a gardevoir… Yeah no.

Although I am tempted to give him a Lopunny because Bunnies.

Karaku has an Hisuian Typhlosion, Hisuian Lilligant, and an umbreon. He raises cyndaquils for fun and trains them to burn Kamado’s furniture.

DAY 3 OF REWRITING DEMON SLAYER

Zenitsu is gone. I couldn't find a way to make his character good or even worthwhile so he's gone.

I'm just gonna use Asuhina as a replacement.

I don't enjoy erasing the main cast but Zenitsu is insufferable. Give me a break here.

Tanjiro has a lot more personality. He's less of a cardboard cut out now. He gets angry at points and isn't just all smiles all the time.

One of the biggest changes is that Nezuk8 can now talk.

She still can't come out in daylight so she is in the box. But sometimes she will put on a sunhat with alot of blockage and get around that way.

I've pretty much overhauled the entire breathing system. There's alot of bullshit i have to fix.

And I somehow have to fix the abysmal timeline and how NOBODY MENTIONS WORLD WAR FUCKING ONE!?!?!

The nezuko hate era in this Fandom is at it's peak, I understand that since nezuko can't talk her personality isn't showcased and her actions are that of a toddler's even though she's technically older than the caterpillars, and is overall basically a plot device, I understand not liking her, but hating her is a bit too much. Like it's fun making up a personality for her! She's like that one character that you can turn into a self insert. I'm not saying she's the best character, or that your reasons for hating her are invalid, I actually kinda agree with the fact that she just randomly conquered the sun. It honestly came out of nowhere, but if someone likes nezuko and says she solos or something, just leave them with their fantasies, I'm pretty sure you can roll your eyes and scroll or maybe block their account if you're very irritated, the person who made the post is probably an 11 or 12 year old, so hating on them is very extreme to say the least.

Personally, I think nezuko's character design is very cute, and I also think that it's amazing how creative people can get with her personality! It's very impressive! Other than that I think she's a bit bland, welp, nothing a fanfic can't fix!

I have one teeny beef with the Mount Coronet scene in Legends Arceus: I think it would've been cooler had the legendary of choice telepathically communicated with everyone instead of just the Clan Leader (unless they gave us an explicit reason why it could only speak through Adaman or Irida instead of the implied religious stuff).

Just imagine whichever Sinnoh you summoned first addresses everyone and introduces the other as its equal and sibling. That would've been so rad.

That false prophet/seer has caused plenty of discourse in that area where Tanjiro lives including his village. At least his family, home village and some neighboring townsfolk defend him since they don’t believe in that slander.

Oh man I could just imagine the Hashira being pissed at that seer on the Kamados and sane peoples’ behalf.

They have to find him again and make him explain the prophecy to everyone because some people (who have nothing else to do) believe Tanjirou is still going to do something against the Pillars or betray them somehow.

Anyway, PLA au or something I still don’t know-

Aizetsu is a Pokémon magnet and I stand by that since I originally hc him being a disney Princess. Put him in the Alabaster Iceland alone for three hours then go back for him and you’ll see him sitting with a giant Garchomp on his lap demanding pets. His shiny Sylveon is his baby, he will sent the world ablaze if something happens to her (she’s so tiny-), same goes for his zorua. Rei likes him, though Aizetsu probably stays near the training grounds. He’d probably enjoy Ingo’s presence.

Urogi would probably just have fun, flying around and sometimes bothering the wardens- especially Liam and Sabi, to play. Sabi is always happy to, and she’s Braviary’s warden so she likes birbs. Liam has shiny rocks. He may also offer piggy back rides to Akari and Rei (mostly Rei since he’s the one to ask). Pokemons don’t like him much though, so he often picks up Aizetsu to lure in a Pokémon.

As for Karaku he’s either with Urogi, getting screamed at by Sekido, annoying Cyllene or the rest of the corps, or he’s near Arezu, which is often the case. She wants to experiment with new hairstyles ? Well Karaku’s there, and he stayed still for several hours while she was experimenting with his hair. For being relaxed he certainly was ! He has a cyndaquil and a Petillil.

Sekido is.. angry. And an electric type Pokémon magnet. Really, he steps outside and suddenly there’s a Pichu latching onto his kimono and won’t let go. Also, due to his blood demon art, Pokemons who evolves with a thunder stone just have to touch him in order to evolve. He’s not well liked in the village, in fact people tends to avoid him (except Ingo because we love Ingo in this house and he’s wonderful) the only thing that they’re thankful for is that he’s the only one to stand up when Kamado is saying bullshit. He’s a Kamado Slander and that’s good for him. I do think Sekido is soft for his brothers, and if his brothers care for someone then he will try to care too, so I’ll let you imagine how he reacts whenever Commander Kamadoo-doo-head forces Rei to do something when he’s sick or wounded.

“What are you doing here ? Shouldn’t you be in the infirmary ?”

“Well..Kamado said-“

“I Heard enough.”

Before grabbing his staff and walking away. You can be sure Urogi and Karaku aren’t far behind wanting to witness an ass whooping while Aizetsu stays near Rei just in case. The only reason that Kamado isn’t dead yet is because Arceus decided to say “fuck it” and the brothers are hurting like hell each time they try to kill someone. They are surviving barely with blood donations, potato mochis, and corpses.

It’s three am, I did not mean to dump hcs like this, but hey, who is gonna read this anyway ? Just enjoy the art.

Just a quick rant here. I know people slander Kamado and villainize Melli. But is anyone else miffed at freaking Gaeric or am I the only one?

This man sends us on a wild goose chase after Sabi yet is perfectly capable of climbing up the stupid ice stack right after we fly to it! Then he calls us a “monster in disguise” once we quell Avalugg. No wonder Irida is always suspicious of everyone with a teacher like him. It makes me mad remembering us having to chase Sabi on Wyrdeer. Battle her Rhyperior, Electevire, and Magmortar then Braviary. Fly back to the ice stack (which Sneasler should be able to climb) only for him to just be up there.

Literally standing on the edge. I wish I could have pushed him off...

"Hybrids!"

One of the man's eyebrows shot up in a questioning manner and he waited for you to say anything further. When you didn't, he swiveled in his chair to the computer sitting on the desk next to him. He began asking you questions in a polite, but detached tone. You kicked yourself a little for clearly making him uncomfortable.

"Fiction or nonfiction?"

"Um… nonfiction."

"Subject matter?"

"Pardon?"

He turned his gaze back to you, peering over his glasses again. His eyes were glowing slightly and you were having trouble discerning what that meant.

"Are you looking for Legends? History? Anatomy? Art perhaps? I'll need to know what exactly I'm looking for in order to help you."

You hesitate. You had blurted out "hybrids" because it was the first thing that popped into your head after forgetting your question. The man before you was now clearly wary of your interest in his kind and for good reason. Most people were still wary of the more rare Hybrids and being a Mythical one made him a target of fear. Maybe you should take this chance to educate yourself more?

"H-history."

His eyes still glowed but his expression was unreadable. He turned back to the computer after a moment of contemplation and typed in your request. He readjusted his glasses with his shoulder and hummed a little at the results.

"Overall history or just a specific time period?"

"Overall"

He nodded in acknowledgment and set to work once more. Finally, he turned the monitor to you to show you what they had. The list was sadly small, only three or four books, and one was already checked out.

"My apologies, but trying to find specifically Hybrid history is quite difficult. Many Hybrids have refused to even write down their history for fear of backlash and discrimination. I tried my best to find you the ones with the most coverage, though I wouldn't borrow Kamado Rowan's 'Historiae of Basic Instincts'. He was known to be quite biased against Hybrids."

You're startled but intrigued by his explanation. Is this why so many people were scared of Hybrids? Because of a lack of information?

"Why keep it around if it's biased? Isn't that a little… counterproductive?"

He smiled softly at you and you could see his shoulder relax slightly. He seemed to enjoy answering your questions. You wondered how many people actually talked to him on a daily basis outside of receiving a library card or paying a late fee.

Oh! That was what you needed, a library card! You had just moved to the region and didn't have one for this library. You waited for his explanation first, since he was so nice as to sate your curiosity.

"We mostly keep it around as a teaching tool on biases. If you compare it to history books on the same time period it becomes plainly obvious how much of a sad and bitter man he was. The Hero of Sinnoh is where his discrimination truly shows. While most history books have numerous excerpts from people of the time praising the Hero, his is…"

He gestured vaguely with one hand as he tried to find the word he was looking for. When he did find the word, he snapped his fingers and pointed in no particular direction.

"Vitriolic. I remember it almost word for word because it struck me as odd that someone would hold so much hate for someone who was so helpful and kind. I think it was that the Hero was, 'just another worker drone who didn't know their place' and was 'an abomination that poorly impersonated Lord Sinnoh'. "

He noticed your expression then and his eyes dimmed slightly. You hadn't even noticed his eyes slightly brightening as he spoke. He cleared his throat and returned to his more professional manner, though the slight blush of embarrassment ruined the facade.

"My apologies, I started to ramble. You look like you have another question?"

You couldn't help but smile. He was kinda cute when he was embarrassed. Your first impression of him had been of haunting beauty, but it was pretty clear now that he was an adorable bookworm as well.

"I've actually just moved here and don't have a library card."

"Let's get you set up then."

The process was surprisingly fast and the man didn't even have to get up from his chair. The fee was cheap too. You rambled on about your travels as he worked and he made polite but sincere commentary. You ended up telling him about Guzma and how he'd been the first Hybrid you'd ever met. He paused in the middle of taking out your new card from the lamination machine to listen. When you finally noticed, you asked him what was wrong. He seemed contemplative and sad.

"Bug-type Hybrids aren't very common and tend to be discriminated against more than others… Combine that with what you've told me and well… He must've had a hard life. It's not surprising that he'd lash out and try to find solace in 'fellow outcasts'."

He handed you your new card and your fingers brushed. His skin was surprisingly cold and you wondered if it was because he was a Ghost-type.

"If he ever comes to visit, please bring him to the library. I'd love to meet him."

His smile was sweet and sincere. You wondered just how well the two would get along. On the surface, they seemed like complete opposites, but Guzma had shown he had a heart of gold under his hard carapace. Maybe they would get along just fine

"So, did you decide on a book or two?"

You had decided while he made your card. You had decided on "Historiae of Basic Instincts" and one of the others ones. When you told him, he tilted his head in confusion.

"After you talked up how shitty this Kamado guy was, I kinda had to read it just to see how bad it gets."

He laughed. It was an actual laugh and not the small chuffs he had made at your jokes. His sharp canines glinted in the artificial light and his eyes glowed brightly with mirth. It turned out his lips were naturally green because the color extended into the inside of his mouth. Even his tongue was a vibrant neon green and you got a good look at it as he bit it slightly in an effort to stop laughing. The tip was actually slightly pointed and you wondered if he had trouble with certain words because of it. He covered his mouth with a hand as he laughed and you wondered if he'd ever been teased about his laugh. He spoke once he regained his composure.

"Can't help but stare at a train wreck, yeah?"

A little bit of an accent leaked through and you wondered why he tried to hide it. His hand had lowered enough that you could see him grin. Some of his other teeth seemed sharper than before. You grinned back at him and nodded.

To your surprise, he pushed back his chair and stood up for the first time. He towered above you, and you suddenly remembered that Hybrids were generally taller than the average Human. He was easily seven feet tall, maybe even taller, and you wondered how he was able to hide so much of his height behind the desk.

He walked around the desk and politely held out a hand to you. His eyes glowed bright but his smile seemed even brighter.

"Let's go get your books then, yeah?"

So in canon legends Arceus lore it’s known Cyllene, while strict and stern, cherishes everyone under her command, and wants to make sure they are all okay.

Hence why at the start of the game she seems five seconds from killing you, to loving you.

The reason I’m so mad is cause I liked Kamado, then it was ‘oh wait I have a sad backstory a bidoof killed my grandmother.’

He is a commander, he’s suppose to think logically, yet he stood there, blames you for everything after all you had done, ignoring the two clan leaders and his closest people, who stood in your defense, and banished you.

Kamado showed his colors and showed he didn’t truly care about you, you were only ordered to fight the nobles because you were a stranger a new, if you died calming those nobles, nobody would’ve cared.

Cause to him if didn’t matter if you had died, at least no one important got hurt.

The more I think about the Kamado ordeal the more I hate this guy

Like Cyllene is a very strict, no nonsense kind of woman surviving in a harsh land with an asshole boss yet she’s also in a way very protective and proud of the Survey Corps and then everybody else in the village just likes you, and the clans also like you and trust you and  Cyllene is proud of you and what work you’ve done

And then after you do everything Kamado tells you to do he’s like hmm. This is all your fault, get outta my village literal child
