Really been rotating the conclusion of Ben's spinal surgery in my mind...it's such an OT3 moment of all time. Kate sobbing as she tells the story, she knows this is the last she will hear from Jack for at least some time. Sawyer tearing up, you can just see him thinking "Jesus Jack is a good person" . And then on the other side you can literally see Jack just ...relaxing into doing the surgery, it's not something good or bad for him it's just what he was born and bred to Do.
