Aurora: "Well when I was a Sneasel I figured out I could rip open portals with my claws and it kinda just never stopped? Eventually I got found out by some dudes called The Aether Multiversal Force and I continued to use my powers to run away." Aurora sighed. I feel like Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon did some things right. I mean, aside from switching up a few of the totem Pokemon to keep us on our toes, they actually stuck to the Island challenge code of clearing every trial before the Grand Trial on Poni Island. Not only that, it was a bitch of a time battling a level 45 pokemon then suddenly battling a fucking level 65 legendary with BOOSTED STATS a few minutes later!!!! Arceus was with me and my Pokemon as our weak level 45 asses confronted Ultra Necrozma, the evil light-sucking dragon god. oh god that battle theme tho I still remembering entering the battle like “uhhhhhh, what????” MVP of the battle: Shuichi the Decidueye and Haruki the Arcanine. Honorable mention: K1-B0 the Metagross. K1-B0, sweetie, it’s ok that you missed that meteor mash when it counted most. It’s ok. Ilu sweet baby child.

Oh yeah, and I totally named Necrozma Atua and Solgaleo Kaito when I caught them lololol

And I thought the best tough of all was when right before you enter the Pokemon league, your partner comes out of its Pokeball and gives you encouragement. I remember when I had Shuichi as a lil’ nervous Rowlet! And now he’s all grown up! *sniff*

And that Hau battle at the end...It wasn’t as fierce as the battle against Prof. Kukui in Sun and Moon, but it still was intense and fitting.

Now that I’ve cleared the main game, it’s time to get that shiny charm and start the grueling quest of shiny hunting. RIP

First I draw a side view, and now a back view?!? Sjsjhddhd I have been drawing a lot of thing that I have little/no experience in lately- not sure if that’s a good or a bad thing- maybe both lmao

Tried to give the second image an old-timey look. I think I did pretty good! ^^

”You’re going to need a couple of potatoes, potato starch, salt, water, and butter. First, we’ll need to wash the potatoes. Then, we’ll prick the skin before putting them into a pot of boiling water to cook. Once they’re ready, we’ll peel them and place them in a bowl with the butter, and salt and mash it together. Then we’ll add the potato starch in and mix it until it feels like firm mashed potatoes. After that, we’ll let it rest for a minute or two, and then separate it into equal bits, roll them into balls, and then gently flatten them into disks. Then, we’ll take our frying pan and cook them until we can see the bottoms turning brown; then we’ll flip them and cook the other side. Lastly, we’ll coat them with a savory sauce.”

“There! You’ve successfully made your first batch of potato mochi!”
