as apathetic as saiki aims to be, i find him to be the most caring and kind person in the entire show (and in general). i was just rewatching s1ep6 and actually cried from how genuinely sweet he is. i think god knew that he was the only person in the world who would really never misuse his powers. even without them, i think he would be a wonderful friend.

Such a grumbly baby!

everything annoys him and pisses him off more than usual when he´s tired

to him, you´re like his safe space so he looks for you when he needs to relax or he simply someone

don´t question why he´s suddenly more affectionate than usual!! he will get embarassed

honestly, a good ol´ cuddle session is all he needs

if y´all are out and about and he´s feeling tired, he will teleport you to his house to cuddle, no questions asked

honestly, you just go with it cause it´s not often he´s so willingly so vulnerable

give him a few kisses here and there and you´ll have him melting in your arms 100%

Kaidou Shun

the second you run your hands through his hair he´s fast asleep

“im fine, sweetheart. i just scraped my knee.”

“BUT YOU'RE BLEEDING–”

“IM FINE–”

“uh– why are those two shouting? are they having an argument?�� hairo asked his friends as he watched you and kaidou scream at each other.

“no, y/n just scraped her knee and kaidou freaked out.” kuboyasu explained, shaking his head at the scene.

“BAHAHA LOOK AT HIS FACE–” nendou held his stomach as he laughed at the clueless looking kaidou.

it was true, kaidou had no idea how to help you.

you two had just started dating a week ago, so when he found out that you were so clumsy, he swore to himself that he would always protect you from both the dark reunion and yourself!

but here you were, standing in front him with blood trickling down your knee after you had scratched it against one of the desks around you.

he stared at the wound with both concern and fear,

‘this must be the work of the dark reunion! how dare they hurt my y/n!’

he dramatically clenched his fists and furrowed his brows, as his face twisted into an angered expression.

“d- don't you worry, my white feathered dove! i'll uh.. i'll just use one of my many powers to heal you! yeah!”

he told (shouted at) you, gripping your shoulders and giving you a determined smile.

“you will? oh, please help me, jet black wings! im losing so much blood.. i think im dying!”

you said, looking at him with droopy eyes. you placed a hand on your forehead, pretending that you were about to fall back.

he gasped and quickly caught you, pulling you into his arms.

“don't you give up on me, my dove! i- i'm just charging up my powers for a second, so hang on!”

deep down, you were giggling at how cute he was being right now.

you knew about his hero complex and even though it was a bit weird for a highschool student like him, you found it absolutely adorable. so you always played along with his little shenanigans.

“oh please, jet black wings! i feel the oxygen leaving my lungs already! i think you might need to give me mouth-to-mouth resuscitation..”

“i do?!” kaidou screamed as his cheeks flushed red.

‘what the hell does that have to do with a scraped knee?’ saiki thought to himself.

the pink haired boy sighed internally as he started to get annoyed at how obnoxiously loud you two were being.

he started looking around a class, trying to find a way to possibly shut the both of you up.

soon, an idea popped into his head as his eyes landed on something that might help the situation.

suddenly, a not-so-hard metal box flew on to kaidou’s head, hitting him at high speed.

you gasped, reaching out to cradle his head.

“a- are you okay?! what was that?”

kaidou shrieked and rubbed his head, looking down to see the object that hit him.

he grabbed the box and shook it in his hands.

‘what is this? is the dark reunion targeting me next?!’

he hesitantly opened the box, silently expecting for something to jump out and attack him.

but his eyes quickly lit up as he saw a roll of bandages, rubbing alcohol and some cotton buds.

“aha! j- just as i planned! i feared that i would accidentally hurt you more, knowing that my powers are too strong and out of control.. so i used them to summon the first aid kit, that way i could heal you safely!”

you could only stare at kaidou in awe, watching him as he started to clean your scrapped knee with shaky hands.

‘d- does kaidou really have powers..?’ you thought, blankly staring at the wall behind him.

‘dumbasses..’ saiki thought, resting his head on his chin after you two finally calmed down.

Imagine if Kaido found out that dark reunion did exist but it was Saiki, like if he found out that Saiki was the one to spray paint the dark reunion logo on the wall of that empty classroom where that kid stole his homework and wallet, or if Kaido found out Saiki was the one who terrified that fake fortune teller into giving him a refund on that ripoff necklace by making her believe in the dark reunion.

What if Kaido realized the dark reunion was real but only existed to help him, only existed as protection between him and the person he wanted most to be his friend. What if Kaido knew the loner he saw a kinship with in the beginning of his 1st second year of high school knew all along that he wasn’t a real superhero but became the supervillain anyway to support him.

What if Kaido knew Saiki was the reason he got to have superpowers for a split second to defeat Murder Dragoram Snake?

Though most the valentines gifts he turned down, he could never to yours. They were just a few flowers, hand wrapped by you. Though this meant the world to him.

He is more of a sweets guy and would've preferred a treat of some kind.

Not that he would tell you something like that, especially not after you gifted him beautiful flowers like this. He adores them, even if he doesn't show it well.

He would thank you and keep them layed nicely on his desk. He loves you more than words can describe.

"You got these for me? Thank you. They're very beautiful."

Kaidou Shun

Someone is actually giving him something for valentines? This is something new, sure he's been given small gifts here and there, but no one proclaiming their love to him.

Though it's not surprising you of all people got him something, he's a stuttering mess throughout the whole exchange. You're just so pretty, yet talking to the likes of him.

He's thinking of the whole jet-black wings speech he'll go on once it's his turn to speak.

Though when he does get his turn, it's nothing like what he imagined in his head.

He had been gifted a couple gifts from other people, but turned them all down. He was waiting for you.

When you handed him the flowers, his smile grew. While looking at the flowers, he handed you some cheap chocolates he had bought.

He kept one of the flowers hanging out the pocket of his bag, just to carry with him.

It's safe to say, many people found his knew pocket flower strange.

"Your flowers make my present look like nothing back garbage haha. Thank you a lot, these are beautiful."

Riki Nendo

You're the only person to have ever gifted him anything for valentines day. He was pleasantly surprised and rubbed it into his friends faces.

He found the flowers to be very pretty and actually kept one in his hair for the rest of the day. He looked a bit dumb with it in, but it was something from you, so it was special.

Though this didn't stop him from giving one of the flowers to each of his bros. Love has to be shared with everyone.

He loves you and his bros all the same, you just rank slightly higher.

"Woah, I expected chocolates or something, not something out of a garden. Thanks, I gotta tell my best buddy about this!"

Day 8: Horror Movies

Pairing(s): Shun Kaidou x Gn!Reader

Reader likes horror movies and is able to handle them

During the week Kaidous mom wouldn’t let him come over to your place. Insistent that it’d only serve as a distraction from his studies despite the fact that you somehow managed to charm her.

So now that it was Saturday you were more than happy to relax and welcome Kaidou into your home. Your guardian(s) were out for the night, proving as more reason for Kaidou to come over.

You were in your living room, it was semi-light up as the only source of light on was in your kitchen. You heard a knock on the door and the message that pinged on your phone only encouraged the thought that it was Kaidou.

Hurriedly, you abandoned your attempt at tidying the snacks on the table in front of the couch and quickly made it to the front door without incident.

When you swung the door open, Kaidou stood in front of you filled with buzzing nervous energy. As well as in his pjs- as you requested.

“Hey Kaidou “ you smiled at him, relishing in the fact that you finally got to hang out. “Uh yea hi” he looked elsewhere and tried to play his awkwardness off.

You gestured to him to come inside and he quickly did. Eventually you managed to herd him into your living room and onto the couch with almost a thousand blankets and pillows.

“Did you tell your mom we were watching horror movies?” You absentmindedly opened up a drink that you favored while scrolling through your tv, trying to find a movie to choose from.

“Uh no” Kaidou deflated besides you. You already expected that answer, I mean just imagine if his mom saw the spread of junk food you had in front of you. Better “safe” than sorry.

“Yea makes sense, what do you want to watch? Terrifer 2?” Your eyebrow quirked up and so did the side of your mouth, into a smirk. Last time you didn’t even get halfway through the first one.

“no thanks can we watch one that’s less” then he gestured oddly, though you could tell he meant ‘less scary.’

Despite being able to handle them well you knew better than to cross Kaidou’s boundaries. You quickly flicked through a few more options with him before you both settled on a movie and leaned back.

You were more than an hour through the movie when Kaidou flinched and visibly cringed besides you. He had jumped, causing the wrapped candy he had in his lap to fall onto the ground while simultaneously landing his hand on yours.

At this point the lights were turned off for a full experience. Kaidou quickly turned to you and flushed, hard. The moment ended as soon as it happened. He yanked back his hand once his self awareness caught up to his surprise “i-I’m sorry!” Despite being in the dark you could see Kaidous blush as clear as day, kudos to the TVs light illuminating it.

You only smiled and shook your head, this whole time you’ve seen Kaidou try to hide away from the disturbing imagery dancing on screen by hiding under the covers.

“If you’d like, you can lean on me for the rest of the movie” at that he squeaked but eventually was smart enough to just nod, not trusting his voice for anything.

He rest close to your lap, but not quite as there was a pillow semi on there as well, supporting his head. For the rest of the movie everytime he’d get scared he’d just lean into you, hoping to escape it.

At one point you intertwined your hand with his, he visibly tensed at the motion but made no stop to it. Then, 20 minutes before the movie would end, you heard an abrupt and loud noise coming from your window in the kitchen.

Your heart almost leapt out of your chest but you remained as calm as you could with your heart beating half way out of your chest. Kaidou, on the other hand, was terrified. He immediately leaned into you as if trying to hide while also attempting to protect you.

Once you paused the movie there was only one way to go about this situation: investigate. You got up from your position on the couch, feeling the contrast of the warmth from under the covers compared to the temperature of your living room.

“W-where are you going?!?” Kaidou yelled-whispered the question urgently and when you showed him that you’d go to check regardless of what he thought, he joined your side.

You two quickly tiptoed in the dark into your kitchen, looking for where the noise would have come from, then abruptly the noise you had heard not even 5 minutes ago occured again and Kaidou- in all his reckless bravery stood in front of you and tried to “protect” you.

“T-this is the work of dark reunion” his voice was trembling as he said it and if anything it sounded more like he was trying to convince himself than you. Still, you nodded in agreement, no point in arguing.

Again, the window pounded and you two (rather just you quickly running and Kaidou following behind you) ran up to the window.

Without a second thought Kaidou yelled out an attack that was way too familiar.

Though, you quickly saw a tree in the way. Did I mention that the wind was particularly strong today (tonight(?))

The ridiculousness of the situation quickly dawned on Kaidou and he rest his arms down to his side. The realization that the noise was ,no, not indeed the cause of Dark Reunion was the gateway for embarrassment to settle in.

His face blossomed into a fury of red and he tried to hide it in his arms as you got closer. You gently peeled away his arms the obscured your sight of him and leaned in, landing a sweet peck on his cheek.

This made him 10000x worse (despite the fact you’ve already kissed) and you quickly embraced him, letting him know that ,no, it wasn’t embarrassing and was in fact very endearing.

Once Kaidou was done feeling what he was feeling you two made sure the doors and windows were all locked before going back to the living room to sleep. It was incredibly late and even if this was bound to be a movie marathon , your plans were flexible.

Plus, you’d be a fool to not have been at least a little frightened by the noise. At least you had Kaidou by your side in case anything were to happen, you’d have each other.

For the other persons Chuuni izuku thing, a Chūnibyō is basically a archetype of delusional person(usually middke schooler) who *thinks* they are special or have supernatural powers and in fiction often build grandiose back stories for themselves. Examples include Gundam Tanaka from Danganronpa, Kaidou Shun from Saiki K and Anghel Higure from Hatoful Boyfriend.

So I imagine in this situation Izuku is mildly delusional and trying to be edgy and Bakugo has to explain what he actually means to everyone else.

To be fair..... that's not. Exactly. Wrong. From how Canon!Izuku was in the first chapter.

Like not fully delusional but the kid is literally riding on hopes and dreams of 'it's my dream to get into UA and be a fantastic Hero even though I have done very little to actually make that dream happen!'.
