In 2019 Yu played Sailor Venus at the Sailor Moon themed cafe Shining Moon Tokyo until it closed in 2020. 2022 Yu was a guest at the 30th anniversary musical together with other actresses of The Super Live. In february 2025, she will reprise the role of Venus in the London version of The Super Live. At her side is Sufa (Tuxedo Mask), with whom she has already worked on Shining Moon Tokyo.She is also a jazz dancer and classical ballerina.
