Which Commision of each unit took the longest and shortest time to get Alt. Vocals (Including VS version and Unit members)?
It's not a thing anymore, but early in the game and for some reason also in the summer of 2022, alts were often given out on the same day as the comm/cover was added. nowadays it can take up to like 16 months to get an alt. i think that's the record now.

* ヘビロテ ('hebirote') - Slang, taken from 'heavy rotation,' referring to how radio stations play popular songs very frequently - they rotate those songs heavily on their stations.
** For cultural context, a person who is haughty or conceited is said to have 'become a tengu.' (Reference: Kotobank, search results for '天狗になる')
*** 境界 is usually read 'kyōkai' and translates more directly to 'boundary', but the lyrics include a phonetic clarification in katakana, ライン ('rain'). Katakana is usually used to transcribe foreign words. I took that as a cue to translate it as 'line' instead. Also, the word here that I translated as 'dispose of' is more accurately explained as getting rid of something unnecessary.

Here’s the first of possibly a couple future Kuroyume song translations, as for some reason they’re really lacking in that department… but, it’s one of my favorite bands, so I don’t mind! Urei no Shiro : Yamaguchi Kappei (Rene)
I was going through my Japanese songs and this one struck a chord with me for the lockdown vibe. I don’t know how many people know Neoangelique - and it doesn’t really matter, Probably more people know Yamaguchi Kappei. But this is the song of a person who is confined to a particular place for the whole of his life, envying the world outside that he can never go to.
