Bokodere — character who lashes out with their fists when they get embarrassed from their love interest in order to hide their shyness and feelings of love. They go into fight-or-flight mode when flustered despite not really wanting to hurt their love interest. After some time as they get more used to being affectionate with their love interest they will feel less flustered and will gain control over their aggressive impulses.

SAYAKA:

When Sayaka first met you, she thought you were just really shy, and she found it adorable! While introducing herself, she playfully teased you.

Your face turned red, and you accidentally punched her in the face so hard that she fell backwards. "Ah!" She let out a small squeak. She looked up at you and asked, "Um... I'm sorry, did something I say upset you?" Sayaka's voice was soft and gentle. You covered your face in shame and embarrassment. "N-no! I'm so sorry, I don't know why I did that! What's wrong with me..!" You said, feeling incredibly ashamed.

Sayaka lowered her head, her face hidden in shadow. It made you feel even worse, but suddenly she lifted her head with a smile on her face. "It's okay, Y/N, don't worry about it!" You helped her up and asked, "Uh... Are you okay? I punched you pretty hard..." Sayaka chuckled slightly and replied, "Yeah... It hurts a little..." In reality, it hurt a lot, but she didn't want you to feel bad or for you to use your fists on her again.

She had a strong intuition that you didn't have any malicious intentions when you punched her, and she had a knack for reading people. As you spent more time with her, you slowly became more comfortable around her. And when the two of you started dating, you stopped getting so embarrassed over simple affection. Well... You still got embarrassed, but instead of taking it out on Sayaka with your fists, you learned how to control yourself with a little help from her!

MONDO:

Mondo always gets nervous around girls he likes, so it wasn't surprising that he acted that way around you. Most girls tend to get scared off by his loud behavior, but you were different. You got easily embarrassed around him. So, could it be said that both of you are nervous around each other?

Well, yeah. The only difference is that he doesn't hit the girls he likes. "What was that for!?" Mondo asks, his tone rising. "I-I'm so sorry! I couldn't control myself, it was a reflex!" Now Mondo wasn't sure what upset him more - the fact that the girl he likes punched him or that it actually hurt.

Mondo has a severe complex about appearing weak, so the fact that a girl hitting him hurt made him feel weak. "W-why aren't you saying anything... I'm sorry, I really didn't mean to!" You apologize once more. "Don't worry about it! I didn't even feel it!" He says, trying to convince himself more than you. "Really?" You ask, confusion evident on your face. Normally, people would admit it hurt a lot. Your doubt made him slightly more frustrated, but he managed to hide it well. "Hell yeah, it didn't!"

Sorry if you wanted a gender natural reader for Mondo but it was way easier for me to write a female reader when it comes to Mondo!

KAEDE:

When Kaede first saw you, she couldn't help but call you cute because of your adorable appearance. Little did she know, that was a big mistake. It made you feel so embarrassed that you reacted impulsively and ended up punching her.

"W-what was that for?" she asks, clearly confused. "Oh my goodness... I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to! I'm really sorry, it's just a reflex for me when I get embarrassed. I don't know how to handle it, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to hurt you, I apologize!"

You blurt out your words in a rush, feeling remorseful. "I-it's okay..." Kaede says, a small bead of sweat forming on her cheek. "One apology is enough..." She says, trying to smile nervously.

Just like you, Kaede can be impulsive at times, but she's trying her best to be patient with you, hoping that you'll do the same and learn to control yourself around her. And if you do, that would be great!

But even she can lose her cool sometimes, especially if you continue to react the same way even when you're dating. "Y/N, please stop hitting me!" she exclaims. She holds your hands in hers and looks into your eyes. "Please, just calm down!"

KOKICHI:

He would quickly notice how easily flustered you get around him and would take advantage of it by teasing you. When you hit him, his mischievous expression lingers for a few seconds before he dramatically bursts into crocodile tears.

"WAHHHH!! H-how could you hurt me like this!? I was just trying to be friends with you!" Your lips tremble slightly as the blush remains on your face. You try to think of something to say to diffuse the situation, but before you can, he laughs.

"Nee-heehee! Just kidding! You're obviously too weak to hurt me!" That was a lie.

Kokichi continues to tease you, testing your limits. Sometimes it's hard to keep up the facade of being unfazed when he pushes too far. One time, he couldn't hide the pain when you kicked him in his crotch. He fell to the floor, clutching himself. "Agh..! I shouldn't have told them to be rougher!" he thought.

Over time, you start to get used to his teasing, which sometimes annoys him. He doesn't like it when you don't react the way he expects or stop paying attention to him. That's just boring!

MIU:

Miu is Miu, no doubt about it. It's no wonder you feel embarrassed when you're around her. She's always making those sex jokes and whatnot. So, in a fit of embarrassment, you lash out and smack her in the face.

"What the hell!?" Miu exclaims. "What's your problem!?" She asks, caught off guard and feeling defenseless. "I'm sorry, Miu!" You apologize. "Sorry? Are you apologizing for hitting me or for your lack of chest size!?" She bluntly questions. Your face turns even redder as you struggle to find the right words. "Oh, what's the matter? You seemed pretty confident when you smacked me right in the face!" She reminds you. "Listen, Miu... I'm really sorry, I didn't mean to!" Miu scoffs. "Just don't fuckin' ever do it again!"

This one is very short but I didn't have an idea how to continue this.

He loves being able to feed you because not only is he being helpful, but he feels good about himself knowing he can take care of your needs.

Definitely starts giggling every time you open your mouth to take a bite.

Like I'm not even joking, sometimes he'll drop it before he can even feed you because he's kicking his legs too much.

You'll raise a brow at him because he's starting to twirl his hair, and now he even insists on calling himself your wife.

"Kokichi wtf are you doing?" "Shhh.. Let wifey take care of you... Blinks eyelashes aggressively"

But the first time when you asked him to, it wasn't that he was uncomfortable, but you could've sworn he started to sweat and his hand was shaking the whole time.

When you ask him if he's okay, he'll "Nishishi~ Don't worry about it!" it's off but he's trying to make sure that he doesn't hit your face with the spoon or something.

Also he does a taste test before he feeds you. Just to make sure that it's not poisoned, yk? Totally not because he wants to see if the food is yummy.

Imagine if you look inside your bowl because for some suspicious reason, the spoonful's aren't even full. They're just tiny portions. And the bowl is like, 80% empty because your stupid boyfriend ate everything.

It's a disaster, but it's out of love.

Shuichi

REALLLLLLYYY shy about it.

He wants to so badly but it's like he can never get used to it. Not when you look so cute whenever you let out a little "aah" before taking a bite.

He'll short-circuit halfway through putting the spoon in your mouth.

Apologizes for EVERYTHING.

If even a bit of food was on your lip, he's gonna give you a thousand apologies, and he's not gonna stop until you tell him to politely shut up 😭

He's a clever boy, when you asked him to feed you because you needed help, first thought was just to do what you asked for because it was probably for something important.

He's not the best at it, but much better than Kokichi. At least he doesn't eat your food..

If you're eating or munching on something unhealthy like ice cream, he'll probably sneak a few bites though. Not because he wants to actually eat your stuff, but he just doesn't want you getting diabetes or smth LMAO

Hands down literally the best most caring sweetest girlfriend ever it's baffling.

Even if you don't ask to, she's still gonna feed you because she loves showing that she cares.

She's smiling the whole time and it makes your face get all hot every. single. time.

It gives you baby fever because she has that motherly kind of care to it.

kaede sat in front of the huge piano placed in the center of the stage. the auditorium was still empty, as the concert wouldn't begin until a few hours later. but as always, the two of you were already there, preparing for the show.

“if it was up to me, things would stay this way.” you admitted. “i know attending hope's peak academy is a once in a lifetime chance, but i wouldn't give up what we have for anything in the world…”

kaede was too far away from you to see, but you could've sworn you saw a small blush hush over her cheeks as she averted her gaze hastily.

“you're just saying that to guilt trip me into staying. there's no way you could resist hope's peak, if they offered you a place.”

kaede's tone was playful, but tried to brush over what you said earlier. she knew that what you two had was special, yet she had already made her choice. she might never find another musician that she harmonizes with as well as she did with you. but perhaps, hope's peak could help her achieve even greater heights. even if she might leave behind a treasured co-worker and friend in the process…

“no, i'm being serious.” you said, slowly closing the distance between kaede and you, as you walked over towards her piano. “sure, it's tempting to leave. but i know i'm not half as good of a musician without you by my side.”

kaede's head hung low as you said those words. and when you finally stopped in front of the piano, you could quietly hear her sob, as she quickly wiped away the upcoming tears.

“i'm sorry that i'm leaving…”

“oh– n-no, it's alright–!” you quickly sat down next to her and grabbed both of her hands, smiling gently at her. “i know that this is a great chance for you. you don't have to feel guilty for taking this step and doing something new. i just–”

you paused. gently, your fingertips traced over kaede's hands, as you carefully thought about the next few words you'd say.

“i'll miss you.” you quietly admitted. “you gave me a reason to be better, to improve myself and push forward. without you by my side, i– i just… i can't imagine doing this with anyone but you by my side, you know?”

kaede's eyes widened, tears glistening in the corners of her eyes. for a moment, she seemed to have calmed down. but then, she started crying even harder, wrapping her arms around you.

“i don't want to leave you behind…” kaede sobbed, clinging onto you. “and i don't want this to be our last time on stage together…”

your heart ached to see kaede cry. but to know that it was out of love and affection for you made it bittersweet.

“come on now…” you smiled, trying to be strong for the both of you. “don't cry, alright? you're way prettier when you smile…”

If you say yes, she'll play one of her pieces for you.

Oh yea that reminds me - she TOTALLY writes music for you on, like, a daily basis.

Very jealous, and can get openly hostile with the person she thinks is about to sweep you off your feet. She really just loves you a lot, though, and thinks she knows that you can do so much better than her, though she'd never tell anyone that.

Maybe not the best with advice, but I think she could actually be a darn good listener when she wants to. Very good when you just need to vent + cuddle.

to fall for saihara is that random rush of happiness you get when pulling an all-nighter.

when he finally realizes he likes you, he is such a flustered mess.

it’s almost pitiful

he’ll stutter and stumble over every word, pink to the ears and jaw

touches from saihara pre-relationship will linger much longer than needed.

(they still linger even after you’re dating— a very clingy boy !!)

this includes but is definitely not limited to long hugs, intertwined hands, and linking arms

much to yours and everyone’s surprise, saihara confesses first !

you squeezed his hand to reassure him that he was okay. that he was free to say whatever was on his mind.

he calms himself down, slowly gathering up the courage to tell you what he’s been trying to say for a painfully long time.

saihara’s face is mixed with that of confusion and bashfulness, eyes darting back and forth to meet anything but your eyes.

to date saihara shuichi is the embodiment of floating atop cloud nine. it’s that feeling of happiness when you realize that you have that special someone. when you know there’s somebody out there who loves you. somebody out there who cares about you so much to the point they’d risk their very life for you.

after you two start dating, everyone swears they’ve never seen saihara happier

‘ heehee !! wow, i’ve never seen saihara-chan smile so much ! you should’ve seen him when you weren’t around, n/n-chan !! it was all “y/n this”, “y/n that”, “i wanna kiss y/n soooo much-!!” ’ 

‘ kokichi !! ’

needless to say, his friends like to retell tales of saihara’s god awful pining

he always feels the need to tell you in some shape or form that he loves you, even if you already know it.

speaking of which, failing to give him a constant reminder that he’s loved will result in a whole lot of overthinking and panic.

so make sure to tell him you love him !! whether this be verbally or through your own love language, saihara always needs affirmation when it comes to anything

even just a small “i love you” will mean the absolute world to him

nicknames nicknames nicknames !!!! sometimes they’re purposeful, most of the time it’s a subconscious decision.

“darling, my beloved, sweetheart, dear, my love” are his favorites and what he’ll usually refer to you by.

if you call him nicknames, however, he melts.

you called him pretty boy one time and his whole body went rigid. he stumbled over his words and spoke quietly, a state you hadn’t seen him in ever since he confessed.

a simple yet sweet person. the small things he plans out for your dates or the gifts he gives to you all have some sort of sentimentality behind them. 

saihara is very observant, so he’ll pick up on things you enjoy without much issue.

this benefits the two of you, for he can give you all you want and desire(though you tell him time and time again that just being with him is enough) whilst knowing your likes and dislikes.

he gets so shy about everything. he’s too afraid to do anything with you, so again, affirmation is all he needs. especially when it comes to touching you, it doesn’t come as easily as it does before you got together.

at least, for him.

it’s a must to tell him it’s okay to touch you. he’s so afraid he’ll overstep your boundaries or hurt you. when cuddling, he thinks he’s suffocating you by laying on top of you. when holding hands, he thinks his palms are too sweaty and that his grip on your hand is too tight.

he’s such an over thinker and doesn’t want to mess anything up with you, please tell him he’s doing amazing

I wake up inside a strange classroom, my memory hazy about how exactly I got into this place. Unable to process anything, I just focus on finding my way out of this place. I wander for a long time in the maze-like hallways. Somehow, I find myself back in the same classroom.

Again.

And, again.

'Am I seriously lost?' I think to myself as I frantically run around in the hallways, hoping to find an exit. Somewhere. Anywhere. Someone. ANYONE.

"PLEASE GET ME OUT OF THIS PLACE!!!" I desperately scream at the top of my lungs before falling flat on my face. Why are there plants inside this school? To trip me over? Job well fucking done.

I try to help myself up. No avail. Just when I readily accept my fate of lying unconscious in the middle of an eerie hallway, I notice a pale and soft looking hand extending towards me.

"Hey, are you okay?", A voice as soothing as a classical piano piece envelopes me with warmth. I nod and look up, my gaze following the hand's kind owner. A girl with shoulder-length blonde hair with a prominent ahoge. I'm hesitant to grab her hand but I do it anyway and she helps me up.

With a cheery expression, she introduces herself.

"I am Kaede Akamatsu, the Ultimate Pianist."

Kaede. It means 'Beautiful'. A name befitting of her.

Without missing a beat, I introduce myself as well. However, my memories surrender themselves before I can think of what ultimate I am.

"So, what is your ultimate?"

"...I don't know."

"Huh? Is that even possible?"

"Well, I can't ...remember."

"I see." She sounds quite disappointed but she brushes it off quickly. We wander around the school, talking about how exactly we could've ended up in this place. Searching for any sort of clues we may find to escape this place, we reach a room which resembled a gym.

Kaede sneakily peeks inside and beams with excitement.

"Oh, my god! There are a bunch of people inside the gym. Geez, and here I thought I'd be stuck in this place forever with you." She teasingly pouts. "Ah.. that's.. kinda rude?" I reply, dumbfounded. She chuckles in response while I just stand there, confused on why she's teasing me.

Suddenly, she brings her face quite close to mine and exclaims, "Geez, I was just kidding! Let's escape this place together with everyone." She seems determined. The heat on my face rises and before I can bring myself to say anything, she slides the doors to the gym and enters inside.

Two perfect melody.

Act II - Knowing Her

'A killing game...?' I shudder even thinking about it.

The black and white funny looking bear with his five annoying cubs reveal the true intention behind gathering 16 of us "gifted" students together. And that is -- The Killing Game.

My eyes immediately search for Kaede.

"We'll never accept this killing game!" Kaede strongly revolts against Monokuma. But the rebellion goes futile as she's met with nothing but squealing joyous laughter from the Monokubs.

I approach Kaede and give her a slight pat on her back to acknowledge her fighting spirit against Monokuma. She looks up with a small smile.

"Don't worry, We will definitely get out of this place together. I definitely won't allow for a killing game to take place." Kaede tries to convince me. However, it sounds as if she's trying to convince herself before me.

I flash her a warm smile and nod my head acknowledging her efforts to bring everyone together. "I believe in you, Kaede. And I trust in everyone here to successfully escape this hellish school together." I reassure her.

Her cheeks burn a rosy red at my reassurance. "Geez, now. Help me prepare something for everyone to brush off their anxiety and fight against the killing game together." She instantly orders me.

'Uh-huh, she can be pretty assertive when time calls for it, huh?' I think to myself, an idiotic smile plastered on my face. I shake off my thoughts for now and suggest, "How about we hear the Ultimate Pianist work her magic?"

"That sounds like a great idea!" Both Shuichi, the Ultimate Detective and Rantaro, the Ultimate ??? affirm at once. It is quite relieving to know that I am not the only one who doesn't remember my Ultimate Talent.

Kaede seems pleased with my idea. She decides that she's going to play Liszt's "Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2", Rachmaninoff's "Prelude in C#" as well as Debussy's "Clair de Lune" for everyone as soon as her Ultimate Lab is ready for her use.

It's like mentioning a piano concerto turned on a switch inside her brain. The part of her brain which has been dying to excitedly ramble on about piano. Hearing her passionately talk about piano makes me quite envious. Whether it is an envy about not having something I'm gravely interested in or not being the person Kaede rambles on about... I'm quite confused.

And frankly, I don't want to think of it for now. Especially not when we're all stuck inside this place. So for the time being, we all decide to form groups and search for our ways out of this "school".

Act III - Falling for Her

Have I mentioned that I get tired easily? I'm not a very social person, so my social battery runs out fast when I'm hanging out with an extroverted person. Kaede is an optimistic social butterfly, I suppose. She does seem to make a lot of friends very easily.

As we're searching around the courtyard for any sort of hints useful for our escape, I sit on the nearest bench I can see. Kaede notices that and her face changes into that of genuine concern.

"Hey, are you tired from walking around the school?"

"Uhm, sort of...I guess"

"Geez, had you told me earlier, we could've taken a break!" She pouts at me. "Oh, well..." I trail off. Why am I always at a loss for words in front of her? God, it's so annoying. It's like I'm actively sabotaging my own social life.

She hums a distinct melody as she sits besides me on the bench.

"Is that 'Say Good Night and Go' by Imogen Heap?" I ask curiously. In response, she surprises me with a sudden turn and a dramatic gasp. "What happened?" I get nervous. She starts giggling out of nowhere. "I'm surprised you know of this song." Kaede shakes her head.

*Clink*

We are interrupted by the sound of a pin dropping on the yard. I notice that one of Kaede's special musical note hairpin has fallen off her hair. It probably slid down when she did the dramatic gasp and fell when she shook her head.

I point at her hair and she notices her hairpin is no longer there. I help her search for it on the huge ground of grass. Luckily, the sun made our job easier. The silver music note hairpin shone bright. Just like her. I pick it up and return it to her.

She ponders for a few seconds before holding her hand with the hairpin out to me. "Why don't you help me put it on?" She suggests. I get taken aback, but soon regain my composure and accept the hairpin back. She roughly shakes her head around, completely messing up her pretty blonde hair.

Holding the hairpin on one hand, I gently run my hand on her hair. She relaxes her shoulders and closes her eyes, as if I'm massaging her head. Her hair is silky, fleeting my hands as soon as I get a grasp of it. Much like Kaede herself. When I think I've figured her out, she completely surprises me with a new way to catch me off guard.

Is she doing it on purpose? Has she...? Oh, well, I shouldn't let my imagination run wild and focus on her hair for now. With a click, I put the hairpin back on her hair. As I run my hand on her hair for one last time, I accidentally touch her warm neck with my cold finger tips.

Kaede yelps in response. "Oh, uhm I'm sorry." I immediately apologize. She buries her face in her hands. 'Is she mad?' I'm scared that I touched a sensitive spot which made her pissed at me.

"Kaede..." I call out. "Ah uhm ahem uhm, see ya!" She rushes out of the court yard without even facing me. I'm positive I made her angry now. Fuck. Would it be okay if I run behind her? What if she gets more annoyed?

"..."

My sweet piano girl.

Act IV - Finding Solace in Him

A bunch of my classmates soon approach me with a newfound excitement. They tell me about a manhole with a possible escape route on the backyard. 'Finally? We can get out of here together just as Kaede wished?' I feel happy for everyone and join them inside the manhole quickly.

With Kaede leading us, we try to maneuver past the tunnel full of traps designed specifically to make us suffer. We try to get to the exit the first time. But our efforts are futile.

Kaede encourages everyone once more and motivates our spirit to try and reach the exit together again. This time, we seem to get closer to the exit but the more we walked the further the exit went. At this point, our body was beyond tired.

Kaede, however, wasn't one to give up. She tries to motivate us again when I realize that this could be a trap set up by the jolly looking robot bear. Monokuma. I interrupt Kaede's speech to say--

"Hey, Kaede, I don't think we should try to exit from this tunnel any further. Because--"

"Because our bodies are tired and your little hope speech is not gonna bring our stamina back" The liar shortie harshly intervenes. Before I can lay down my reasoning to her, others begin to voice their agreement on Kokichi's point.

Kaede looks distraught now. I try to console her but she brushes me off. Kokichi interrupting my point made me come off as harsh as well. Soon, Monokuma makes his appearance inside the tunnel and leaves us in despair.

Kaede apologizes to everyone and rushes out of the manhole. "W-wait, Kaede!" My voice doesn't seem to reach her ears.

"Well, well, well. The flat chested annoying bitch has left. Aren't you gonna follow her since you're her boyfriend or whatever? Ahahaha!" Miu cackles. Her WHAT?! Since it's a comment made by Miu, it's disgusting by default. But.. being called her boyfriend, well.. I don't necessarily hate it, I guess.

I find my way back outside. It's quite dark outside, I should probably find Kaede and clear up the misunderstanding. I quickly make my way into our dormitories, and click on Kaede's intercom. Repeatedly.

After umpteenth attempts, she finally opens the door to her room. Her eyes look swollen. Was she... crying? My heart sinks at the thought of what she's feeling right now. I slowly get into her room. She locks the door and gestures me to take a seat on her bed.

"Uhm, so, Kaede?" I call out her name, my voice shaky with concern.

"Mhm?" She purses her lips and looks away.

"I really loved how you were leading us back then. Don't listen to Kokichi. We really do appreciate your efforts in keeping all of us together."

She meekly nods, as if she doesn't believe my words. I stand up and firmly grab her shoulders, making her face me. Her body shivers lightly, before she starts sobbing, burying her face on my chest. Her arms wrap around my body and she hugs me tightly, refusing to look up.

"K-Kaede." I genuinely don't know what to do now. So I gently pat her head, slowly making her sit down on the bed with me. "Uhm.. Kaede, please don't take what Kokichi said to your heart." I try and console her.

She nods her head frantically and looks up, directly into my eyes. "All I want is for my friends to escape this place together with me. Maybe I took a wrong approach on it...." She manages to voice these words in between her sobs.

I caress her cheeks and wipe her tears away. "You did your best, Kaede. I believe in you. We all do." I reaasured her. She slowly calmed down. Her body still shivering, she weakly said, "I'm tired." before laying her head down on my lap.

My cheeks burn a deep red. I get flustered easily when I'm around her. "You know, I never thought I would say this to someone I met just a day ago, let alone in these circumstances. But, basically--"

"I like you." She completes my sentence for me.

"Wh-what?!" I am completely taken aback by surprise.

"It's as I said. Even I didn't think I would fall for someone ...so passive. But, I grew rather fond of that side of yours." She adds in.

"Well, If it's not obvious akready, I.. like you too."

"Geez, you're just finding ways to turn me into a blushing mess now!" She fake pouts. I'm quite used to her teasing me now.

"I hope I can escape this place together with you. No. It has to be with you." I'm determined now.

"Pfft! Yes, of course. I'll work hard so we can all escape together. Until then, I'd love to play my piano for you everyday." She beams with excitement. It seems she has regained her lost energy.

Night time announcement annoyingly interrupts our conversation.

"Well then it's night time, I should go back to my room", I loudly exclaim. She seems unhappy with my decision. She refuses to move her head from my lap.

"Y-you have my permission to stay the night here", she mumbles just barely audible, hiding her flushed face with her bare hands. Her hands seem cold. I hold them, enveloping them with the heat radiating from myself.

We chat away the night, until Kaede drifts to her sleep on my lap. I carefully tuck her inside her bed, not to wake her back up. Just before Ieave her room, I lean in close to her face and kiss her forehead.

"Good night, my sweetheart." I whisper.

Shuichi was walking around the campus of the academy. He decided he would go and spend time with one of his fellow classmates just to get to know them better.

As he was walking he saw you, he saw you outside in the grassland. He gulped down the lump in his throat. Shuichi had a crush on you every since the very start of the killing game. He caught feelings for you and of course he tried to keep it to himself but it didn’t work due to his fellow classmates catching up with this.

Despite having a crush on you, he couldn’t bring himself to talk to you, thinking that he would embarrass himself and make himself look stupid. But yet he did want to talk to you, he really did.

This is his chance.

He took a deep breath as he started to walk over to your peaceful figure.

“H-Hey, Y/n…” Shuichi said, fighting back the heat trying to rise to his face. You turned to him with a smile. “Oh, hello Shuichi.” You said with a small wave. “Would you like to join me on a nice walk around the outside of the Academy?” You offered. Shuichi, in shock at how quick you offered him to take a walk, he agreed.

You two walked side by side as you talked about random things. Mainly just you. He allowed you to rent about your hobbies as you two walked, he adored the sparkle in your eyes as you talked about things that interest you the most. He felt a smile creep up to his thin lips as well as a small blush. He enjoyed your company, he loved the way you used hand motions to explain certain things, he loved how you spoke, he loved how you would look his way—that way was always greeted with a beautiful, sweethearted smile. You never fail to make his heart melt and get him red in the face.

“Oh! Sorry..was I talking to much?” Your voice took him out of his beloved thoughts and he immediately reassured you. “Oh, no. Please, keep talking.” Shuichi said with a smile. You smiled back at him as you continued to rant on.

After the time with you ended, he felt a bit sad that it ended. It felt like it all ended so quick.

“Thank you for spending time with me, Shuichi.” You said with a smile. “No problem.” Shuichi said. Shuichi smiled at you but then his eyes widened when he felt your soft lips touch his cheek. “Bye, Shuichi!” You said happily before running off. Shuichi was left there, looking like a tomato as he touched the spot where you had kissed him.

Kaede bit her lip as she fiddled with her thumbs. She was nervous. She looked at you from afar, as you were chilling in the dining hall.

Kaede had a big crush on you, she always felt herself stuttering and blushing around you and she really wanted to talk to you. She was always thinking about you to the point where her head starts to hurt.

“Come on, Kaede…you’ve been on stage many times..this—this is no big deal..” Kaede said to herself quietly. She took a deep breath and calmed herself down before turning on her heel and making her way over to you.

“Hey there, Y/n!” Kaede said with a smile. You looked over at her with a smile of your own, waving at her. “Hello Kaede!” You greeted. Kaede blushed when she saw your smile. “Would you like to hangout in my lab? I can show you a few thing or two about Chopin!” Kaede said excitedly. You happily nodded your head as she took your hand in hers and began speed walking to her lab. You weren’t able to see how red Kaede’s face was due to her leading you from behind her. Her mind was going haywire over thr through of being able to hold your hand.

When you two arrived at her lab, she started talking to you and telling you about Chopin, Prelude, Op. 28, No. 15 and the three Waltzes, Op. 34–everything! You sat there and you listened with a smile. She even got you to play the piano and taught you a few notes or two. It was great seeing her like this, especially in this killing game. She did this all with a smile on her face and a blush that you didn’t realize she had.

Kaede’s heart was bubbling with excitement. She was so happy that she’s spending this much time with you and being so close to you. It felt nice, it warmed her heart and it made her palms get sweaty, it made her feel all sorts of loving emotions that she got to spend so much time with you.

She didn’t even mind that you guy’s freetime was over. Spending all of her time with you fulfilled.

“That was so much fun Kaede!” You said with a smile. “You really are a good teacher, we’re gonna have to do this again sometime!” Kaede’s original blush deepened. “Y-Yes! O-Of course!” Kaede nodded in agreement.

“You taught me all sorts of things today. Thank you… Thank you so much.” You said before giving her a warm hug. She let out a gasp before she immediately returned it. She couldn’t believe that this was happening. She punched herself on her arm, still in the hugging position.

🩷Rantaro Amami🩷

Rantaro had always been..crushing on you. He isn’t so open about it and is really good at hiding it but really his mind is just all about you. He has the strength to you, of course.

…That’s what he thinks at least. When he’s talking to you, he is red in the face a little and he’s avoiding eye contact. He makes himself look like a complete idiot…But, that doesn’t stop him from being able to spend some quality time with you.

When he saw you standing in the hallway alone, he took his chance. “Hey there, Y/n.. How has your day been?” Rantaro asks with a smile. You smile back at him. “It’s been, alright. I’m just bored now..” You said. Great. That was great. Rantaro didn’t want you to be bored so of course he’s gonna immediately ask you if you wanted to hang out with him. Besides, that’s what he’s been wanting. “Eh? Bored? Nonsense… Here, how about you show me your lab? Never been in there before.” Rantaro offered. You nodded with a chuckle of yours.

When you both appeared inside your lab, he couldn’t help bur look around in pure interest. Your Ultimate was very unique, and he loves it. He definitely loves your lab. He listens intriguingly about all the things in your lab, asking questions or making nice statements. He could see that you were very happy with this and that’s what made him also feel happy.

Rantaro may think he looks just fine on the outside and just crazy on the inside but really the inside is just using it’s side effects on the outside, making him a blushing mess.

“Hey…are you okay?” You asked with a worried expression. “What..? Of course i’m okay. Why’d you ask?” Rantaro was confused about what you meant. “Y-Your face! It’s red! And your sweating a little…” Crap. Rantaro chuckled nervously as he scratched the back of his neck. “No, No..it’s fine. Really. I’m fine, don’t worry about me.” Rantaro said, hoping that you would move on from this.

“Okay..just tell me when your feeling ill!” You said with a smile before going back and continuing your talking. Rantaro sighed in relief but is also a little bit happy that you care about his health.

Rantaro and Your freetime is about to end sadly, but Rantaro will make the most of it. He told you a little bit about his sisters and the sad story about somehow them getting lost all around the world. You told him how sorry you were because of that happening and you wished him the best of luck on finding them safe and sound.

Rantaro felt himself getting closer to you, he was so happy he got to spend his time with you. He was happy he got to learn more things about you. It made him feel like he accomplished something greatly. Before you guys parted ways, you surprised him with a small peck on the cheek. “Bye, Rantaro. See you later!” You said as you ran into the distance. Rantaro put his hand on the cheek you kissed him on as a blush formed on his face.

Kokichi is a liar. We all know that. But there’s you…you. You are able to tell when Kokichi is lying or not and your able to see through his mask. The funny thing is that you never plan to expose him of his lies unless you really need too..

Not only you can read him like a damn book. You wormed yourself into his heart, apparently he does have a heart after all. It doesn’t help that when he’s trying to hide those feelings for you, you figure him out! It makes him so mad but yet it also makes him…happy…it makes him happy that you realize his feelings for you. And he doesn’t know why. You also didn’t get tired of him so quick despite his lies and how annoying he is..you stayed. He tried to scram you away but it never did work. It also added onto his heart.

…He wants to spend time with you. Shuichi was busy, and of course nobody else wanted to deal with him so he wanted you. You fascinated him.

“Hey Y/n~” Kokichi said, skipping over to you. You were chilling in the game room. You looked down (your an inch taller) at Kokichi. “Hi, Kokichi.” You said plainly. Kokichi gave you a sly smile and you raised your brow. “If you want something then say it, Kokichi.” You said. He let out a hum. “Hmmm…what if I dont?” Kokichi said, snickering. “Then okay.” You said. Kokichi furrowed his brows at you. “Your no fun, Y/n!!” Kokichi whined. “You’re booorrrriiiiinggg!!!” You shrugged, not caring. “You want me to spend time with you, don’t you?” You said, putting your hand on your hip. Kokichi was silent as he still looked a bit upset.

“Come on, let’s go.” You said, walking out of the game room. “Wait for me, what the hell!?” Kokichi exclaimed as he ran out behind you.

You and Kokichi did lots of things together. You gave him a piggyback ride as you ran throughout the grasslands on the academy and inside of the academy, it was fun. Kokichi hated to admit it but he was actually blushing really hard during all of this but it was still fun. Both of you were laughing together as Kokichi directed you where to go. But you definitely had to target some people, just to add to the fun.

“Shuichi—! Run!!” Kaede said as she grabbed Shuichi’s hand and started running as you two chased them.

“Y-Y/n..! Is that degenerate male making you do this..!??” Tenko said as she carried a passed out Himiko in her arms.

“I will have you both in court for your robophobic acts..!” Kiibo said as he got chased by the two of you. He had to go through this TWO times!!

After all that chasing. you decided to buy kokichi Panta from the vending machine. “It was nice spending time with you, Kokichi.” You said softly. Kokichi snickered. “I agree! We should do this more often!” Kokichi said. You nodded. “I have to go but kokichi…” You said. Kokichi hummed and his eyes slightly widened when you kissed his head before walking away in the distance. “Bye.” Kokichi was left shocked and flustered.

You never give up and that’s what I love about you.” You said softly, with a smile, Tenko hugged you tightly. Himiko hesitantly knocked on your door, waiting anxiously for you to answer. When you answered, Himiko’s face get a little red. “H-Hey..Y/n..” Himiko said meekly. When you two got there, Himiko wanted you to make her a small cup of tea. She also said that you could have a cup of tea as well which you happily took the offer. You guys spent some time drinking some tea together and talking to one another.

It was fun hanging out with you today.” You said softly adding you sat down in a chair next to her bed. “Yeah…thank you for…hanging out with…..me….” Himiko had fallen asleep. Gonta took you over to his lab, and showed you all the bugs, he taught you stuff about bugs that you never knew about and you listened intriguingly. You asked questions and he answered them to his full capacity. It was really fun. You were also starting to get closer to some of the insects like the butterflies, ladybugs, stick bugs, and beetles. You were so happy and Gonta was happy as well, he was happy he got you to feel the same way, he was proud of himself for acting like a true gentlemen and treating you well!

“Y/n..” Gonta started, catching your attention. “Gonta…Gonta has something to tell you..” Gonta said as he fiddled with his fingers. “Go on ahead, Gonta.” You said with a smile and a nod. Gonta cleared his throat.

Angie’s mind went off as she painted. She was so happy that she got to spend so much time with you, and being able to paint such a beautiful portrait for her beloved is what makes her so happy. I was in my dorm after that Monokuma announced that we have to kill each other in order to escape from the killing game, and I wasn't expected for it, but I will make sure that I will survive from this killing game with my close friends. As I was thinking about something, I heard my doorbell ringing, I walked up to my door, opened the door and see Gonta Gokuhara and Kaede Akamatsu, standing in front of me. "Hey Akamatsu-san and Gokuhara-kun, what are you both doing here, do you need something??" I asked them nicely while looking at Gonta and Kaede.

*few minutes later*

After Kaede left to Shuichi, I was about to go to my dorm, but I got pulled closer to Gonta, I looked at Gonta in confusion, but when I heard that Gonta wanted to have a dance with me, I was confused at first, but I agree to dance with Gonta, as the slow dancing music started playing, me and Gonta started slow dancing together while enjoying the 1st moment, I don't blame him for making this happen, but I loved having this moment with Gonta..

Gonta's POV:

Gonta enjoy with Gonta's little butterfly, Gonta wants his little butterfly to be with Gonta forever, and started to have an wedding once Gonta and Gonta's little butterfly to survive of the Killing game and have a family of Gonta Gokuhara and Y/n Gokuhara.

As Gonta and Gonta's little butterfly keeping slow dancing, Y/n-chan started to feel exhausted and was about to sleep, Gonta stopped the slow dancing music, lifts Gonta's little butterfly up in bridal style, and started walking to the dorms while heading into Gonta's dorm, Gonta walked to his nice clean bed, puts his little butterfly into Gonta's bed, and kiss Y/n in the forehead.

No, Kaede, you didn't. She attempted to coax the reason out of you, but after several tries, she lost her patience. "Can you please tell me why you're so scared to be around me!?" She snapped.

However, she quickly composed herself and apologized. Kaede decided to take things slow with you from then on. "Hey, Y/N! How about we visit my lab? I can teach you how to play the piano and perform for you!" She proposed with a smile. You hesitated. "Y/N... If I were to harm you in my lab, it would be obvious that I'm the culprit." She said.

"What if she's just trying to gain my trust? What if she's pretending so I'll trust her, we'll become close, and then she'll harm me, and everyone will console her, never suspecting her as the culprit?"

"Y/N!" Kaede stood in front of you, poking your cheek. You let out a small squeak. "Ehehe... Sorry, sorry." She playfully apologized. "Let's go!" You followed her out of fear, mostly.

Upon entering her lab, she offered to teach you piano. Her standing behind you, ready to strike at any moment? No, thank you. You'd rather watch her play the piano to ensure she doesn't do anything. As she played, the music was beautiful and soothing. You couldn't resist closing your eyes, ignoring your anxious thoughts screaming at you not to do so.

She saw your expression and felt a bit relieved. You weren't shaking, which was good. After finishing the piano song, she waited for you to speak. Silence filled the room for a few moments. Lost in the music, you forgot about being alone with Kaede. She was someone you were scared of due to her personality.

A/N: hello i woke up today and just. wrote this entire thing. i am slightly embarrassed about it, not my best work and very silly and drabble-y so don't judge it too harshly, but um!! yes here have some girlies being girlies!! (also note that the reason that they keep mentioning "boyfriends" is bc i wanted to imply the girlies are still a bit closeted. but this is still a lesbian tenko only account so please don't misunderstand that thanks!!)

It was almost midnight on New Year’s Eve, and Kaede couldn’t be happier with the way she was spending it; her entire class had been invited to a party that was being hosted by Miu, but she had opted not to go, instead inviting Tenko to spend time with her privately. It wasn’t that she didn’t like parties or being around her other classmates, but welcoming the new year just seemed much more special as an intimate moment between her and her closest friend.

As they waited for midnight, Kaede was gently braiding Tenko’s hair, something she liked to do every time they spent time together. Her friend’s long, dark hair was soft between her fingers, easily slipping into braids as she gently weaved each strand. The music softly playing in the background added to the ambiance, all trendy pop songs made by various girl artists that Tenko had chosen. None of the songs were ones that Kaede recognized compared to the classical music that she usually listened to herself, but just knowing it was all of Tenko’s favorite music made her love it as much as she loved her own favorite songs.

For a while, neither of the two girls interrupted the peaceful ambiance they had created in the room, but eventually, Tenko was the one to finally break the silence. “Hey, Kaede?”

“Hmm?”

Kaede turned her full attention to the girl as she waited for a response, but Tenko suddenly turned very red, stuttering on her next words. “U-um, never mind! It was nothing…” Kaede giggled at this, knowing her friend was always very quick to fluster like this.

“Tenko… you can tell me anything, you know that. You’re my best friend,” she said in an attempt to soothe her. Tenko exhaled at this, relaxing her tensed shoulders and speaking again, this time much more calmly and clearly.

“Yeah, you’re right…” She took some time to contemplate before saying her next words, and Kaede waited in anticipation of what had Tenko so bothered this time. “Kaede… have you ever had a New Year’s kiss?” Kaede’s eyes widened slightly at the question considering it had been the last thing she expected to be asked, but after her initial shock, she just softly smiled.

“Yes, I have, but it was never anything too special. Just with some friends,” she answered, fondly reminiscing on her memories from past New Year’s parties as she spoke. Kaede had always been the type of person to be openly affectionate with her close friends, disregarding what seemed strange to other people entirely, so casually kissing her platonic friends was one of her favorite New Year’s traditions from before her time at Hope’s Peak. “Never with, like… a boyfriend or anything, though.”

“So you just… kissed your friends…!?” Tenko was once again shocked and flustered, and Kaede couldn’t stop herself from giggling again, finding all her reactions adorable.

“Mhmm. It’s really not a big deal. It’s just a kiss, no reason you should have to be dating someone to kiss them,” she explained, finishing off Tenko’s braid and carefully clipping her large green bow into her hair. “It was just for fun, but maybe one day, I’ll get to have a romantic New Year’s kiss. How about you?”

“No… I’ve never had a New Year’s kiss… I could never just kiss someone so casually like you!! I mean, don’t you get super nervous?”

“Mmm… not really when it’s just my friends, no. Maybe I’d be more nervous if it were romantic, but I haven’t tried, so I don’t know,” she explained with a shrug. “If you want, I can show you. I’ll be your first New Year’s kiss and you’ll see that it’s no big deal.” Kaede thought her suggestion was quite casual, but with the way that Tenko froze for several seconds and then buried her tomato-red face in her hands, she wondered if she had pushed too far.

“Wh-!! You can’t just… you can’t just suggest that!! I haven’t even… kissed anyone before…” Tenko then buried her face in her knees, letting out an exasperated sigh. Kaede hummed in understanding; she’d never asked about her friend’s past romantic experiences, but she had just assumed everyone their age had at least kissed someone before. Then again, Kaede supposed she was practically in the same boat as Tenko to some extent; she had shared plenty of kisses before, but none of them actually had any romantic meaning.

“I see… then I’m sorry if I pressured you, Tenko.” She gently wrapped her arm around her friend and traced her fingers up and down her back soothingly. “Don’t even worry about my offer. I understand if you want to save your first kiss, and I’ll be cheering you on when you find that someone special to share it with.”

“W-well…” Tenko looked up from her knees, briefly making eye contact with Kaede before blushing and looking away. “I didn’t say no… I mean… best friends are pretty special, right? So maybe it’s better to share your first kiss with a best friend… than with some… boy that you’ll probably break up with eventually anyway…”

Kaede gave her a soft giggle and nodded. “I guess you’re right. Then if you’re sure, I’d be honored to be your first kiss. And look, you decided right on time…” She pointed to the clock which currently read 11:59 PM. They both stared at the clock, waiting for the minute to change; the feeling of anticipation made seconds feel like years, but eventually, the time changed to midnight.

Kaede turned her eyes to Tenko, and she had a feeling in her stomach she wasn’t expecting: nervous butterflies. She hadn’t been lying when she said kissing her friends never made her nervous before, but something about this felt different as she leaned closer to the girl sitting next to her. Slowly, she brought up to her hand to tuck a few loose strands of Tenko’s hair behind her ear before cupping her soft cheek in her hand. She closed the space between them, brushing her lips gently against Tenko’s.

“Happy New Year, Tenko…” Instead of waiting for a response, she kissed the other girl, being gentle as she finally connected their lips. It took Tenko a few seconds to get used to the sensation, but once she did, she was quick to reciprocate. Kaede kept the pacing of the kiss soft and slow, and even when she noticed that she had let it last far longer than any platonic kiss she had given before, she simply couldn’t bring herself to pull away, and she instead wrapped her arm around Tenko to pull her closer.

It was already a couple of minutes later when Tenko was finally the one to pull away from the kiss, checking the clock. “I… I promised my parents I wouldn’t be home too late…”

“Right… yeah! That makes sense. You should start to make your way home.” It was Kaede’s turn to be flustered with the way she looked down at the ground instead of directly at Tenko as she responded, nervously rubbing her arm with her hand.

“Hey, Kaede?”

“...hmm?”

“You were wrong.” Kaede looked up at the other girl in confusion at this, waiting for her to explain what she meant. “I don’t really think… that was no big deal. And I think… it should happen again sometime.” Kaede nodded slowly in understanding and agreement, too entranced by Tenko in that moment to fully respond. “For now, I have to go, but… happy New Year, Kaede.”

With that, Tenko stood up, waved, and left through the door, leaving Kaede with a swarm of thoughts filling her head. She had never felt the way she did when she was kissing Tenko before in her entire life, and that moment they shared had welcomed many new feelings that Kaede had yet to decipher and understand.

However, despite the anxiousness brought on by all of the unfamiliarity, Kaede couldn’t help but be excited as well. With the new year came a new opportunity to re-explore her relationship with Tenko, and if they could continue to share moments like the one they had on this New Year’s Day, then she was glad to welcome the changes.
